How WebCE is Developing Future Leaders Everybody has their own brand of leadership, and every leader has a fundamental set of skills comprised of communication, motivation, and working knowledge of their institution. Companies such as Amazon and AT&T have leadership and training development programs that allow employees to reach their full potential. WebCE has joined the top companies with the goal of fostering a culture of confidence and innovation.

WebCE not only strives to be the leaders in continuing education, but we also want to develop leaders within the industries we serve and within our own organization. With the right tools, WebCE believes that every person can be a leader regardless of their title or role; that’s why we developed our own leadership program modeled after training and development leaders.

WebCE recognizes the importance of developing top talent. At WebCE, we created the Leadership Exploration and Development Program, or LEAD for short. This optional employee program combines experiential learning and personal study in a flexible way that lets participants tailor the program to fit their learning preference and personal schedule. The LEAD program provides employees with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to become effective leaders.

Throughout the program, participants learn to be confident in their leadership abilities. Through training and development in areas such as communication, decision making, innovation, and business skills, WebCE employees have a greater sense of autonomy and what it means to innovate and work collaboratively with an equally motivated team.
