EXCEED is a uniquely-different training approach engaging insurance professionals using interactive elements, application-based content, and real-world scenarios.
EXCEED was developed in partnership with the insurance experts at International Risk Management Institute (IRMI). Since 1978, IRMI has been the premier educator of insurance professionals, and their expertise is showcased in EXCEED, a training experience that can be used to create a comprehensive knowledge base shared by every member of the team.

We created EXCEED to help bridge that gap,” said Josh Klarin, WebCE’s Training Program Director. “With EXCEED, companies will be able to enhance on-boarding, improve retention, and increase sales and revenue.”
Our EXCEED property and casualty series uses short, impactful videos and interactive content so producers will be engaged with the content allowing them to expand their knowledge base and put their knowledge to the test. Reporting abilities will allow companies to track employees performance and address any training gaps.
EXCEED is designed to build upon and reinforce past lessons and preexisting knowledge. EXCEED Reinforcements remind learners about scenarios that are important to them and their customers, allowing them to apply their knowledge to real-life situations. Twice a week, students will receive links to 2–3 minute engaging refresher modules on a specific property and casualty topic.
The EXCEED Property and Casualty catalog includes 18 series on a variety of personal and commercial lines topics with more to come.
