The product should be upgraded for todays way of settling claims. Most claims are now virtual and adjusters are rarely going into the field.
There were a couple of quiz questions that were unclear. For example, Chapter 5 - Question One. The question referred to a windstorm that damage a window which then led to damage to a new sofa. The answer was B - Coverage is provided under the additional safety glazing material. However, windstorms are frequently accompanied by rain, snow, sleet or hail. I believe the answer should have been C.

As a professional Property adjuster, I appreciate the fact that continuing education courses are being required to add to the professionalism to our line of work. most questions default to auto policies, it seems super obvious that the people creating content have a lot more experience with auto insurance... I am a property adjuster, and it would be very nice if it was at least more even. It just makes it unduly more difficult for property adjusters, I have to think harder, which is obviously unfair, and biased toward auto adjusters. overall very good course though. thank you

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!
For choice of answers, more relevant answer choices could have been given. For example, for Property Not Covered section, some of the answer options included Cessna plane, Palomino horse, Learjet airplane and Shimano racing bicycle. Something which we don't have to Google to figure out the choices given.

The only issue I had with this specific course was the wording (or lack of it) in the both the practice questions and the exam questions. There was one practice question I got wrong due to missing words that would have clarified more and one question I got wrong on the exam that was confusing how it was worded. I am a perfectionist and it is the only exam question I got wrong on all four of my course exams, so it bothered me a bit. :-)

The written exam questions need significant overhaul. Often times there is information repeated that creates significant confusion i.e. using the persons name in the sentence twice. Questions are wordy, difficult to follow and could be re-written with significant improvements in clarity. Often times there is irrelevant information in the question that creates confusion and personally I feel this could be stripped out, although it's unclear if this is an intentional inclusion, One section exam for this part of the course contained a question about a woman taking her injured neighbor's child to the hospital and the correct answer was "First Aid Coverage." However the question itself contained NO reference to the insured's first aid supplies. This is a poorly written question of which the right answer had NO relation to the content of the example itself. For this particular section I initially scored 20% on the exam as a direct result of other poorly written questions that were ambiguous. The subsequent retake I scored 100%. I'd recommend a review of the questions content for the liability sections of this course. Thanks!

The questions and answers are the weakest link in your program: when more than one answer is acceptable, it reduces the quality of the question.

I do not recall WebCE using AI to do the voicing overs in past years. It is REALLY bad. There is a lot of mispronunciation of words being narrated. I would recommend going back to human voice overs. If a professional voice over is too costly, then try training a long time staffer for the task. Also, it would be very nice if the courses were re-organized such that a demonstration policy was available as various concepts, both over the model policies themselves are discussed, but also various coverage scenarios are covered. Doing those two things would bring the quality of the courses drastically up.

The audio on the courses I have selected is subpar.
I think there is a typo in the material. Under the below section for Subrogation, the paragraph refers to a waterbed as the subject material. In the last sentence of the first paragraph, however, a "furnace" is referenced. I believe that should be "waterbed" correct? Residential Renters Insurance: Exposures and Coverages Liability Coverages in the Renters Policies (HO 4 and HO 14) 5. 7 - Liability and Property Conditions Subrogation "In this event, the insured must sign and deliver to the insurer all related papers in conjunction with the purchase and maintenance of the furnace, as well as cooperate in assisting the insurer in collecting from the negligent party."

The content included in this course appears to be skewed by the authors lack of experience. The question are "carrier specific". All carriers do not operate the same way. The quoting of authors (i.e. Plato etc.) and references to multiple works (books), regarding ethics is irelevant. The course is based on the opinions and bias of the the author. This is everything an ethics course should not be.

Were some editorial mistakes in one of the questions. The text alternatively referred to one of the characters as Mr. Green and Ms. Green. Minor error, but it made the question confusing.

I liked the format of the course - questions followed short sections of the material, and I appreciated the humor incorporated into the questions as well. As a lifelong Lutheran, I found the "Reformation" question and answer very clever!
There are several references to woke material or ideas that should be purged to provide an unbiased course.
I would have liked the read-it-to-me audio if the computer narrator had a more natural ability to utilize inflection and punctuation. In several areas it was too confusing to listen rather than read the material myself.

I FOUND THIS TEST SO MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THAN ONES IN THE PAST.
I was a bit frustrated that I couldn't manually select to RE-PLAY the audio. It appeared as either, "choose auto-play," or, if you said, "no," to that, you still had no ability to select it be replayed each time you were in that section. Would have been a little extra help to get the info retained to memory! Thanks, though. It's a great course!

My only "complaint" is these courses use obscure names of people and companies and they are a distraction for someone who has Dyslexia like me. If I could make one change, it would be to use common names across the board. It is a lot less confusing.

The automated voice reading the text was frequently incorrect in pronunciation and made sentences hard to follow by the fact the pronunciation of many words was so obviously wrong. A human being reading the text would have been better.

it would be even better if you can make the answers easier a bit more obvious... it certainly helps with learning.
When highlighting red flags, one of the red flags listed was "extensive chiropractic treatment" due to soft-tissue injuries. However, in my experience working in Florida PIP, most auto injuries do end up being mainly soft-tissue and/or with chiropractic treatment being the most likely treatment. I understand this is likely a reference to the fact that chiropractic and soft-tissue injuries are the easiest to misrepresent, however it is not specifically because it is extensive or that it is soft-tissue, but rather that there seems to be no improvement in condition with treatment over time. This line could be reworded to explain better why this could be a red flag, since the wording as it is now comes across as out of touch for how auto injury claims actually present.

The cutesy names throw me off the main topic I should be focusing on.
My only critique is that I often am on the road for long periods of time and this is an excellent time to listen to the audio content. Problematically, and indeed dangerously, I have to use my phone to switch to the next chapter. This creates a distracted environment. I know that you also occasionally have content quizes, which stall my advancement in reviewing the content. Is there a not safe way around this? Maybe you could provide an app that recognizes that the user is in a car and waive these requirements? I really would love to be able to do this while I drive, but the danger due to distraction gives me pause.

There were parts like the one about Ms. Mclure & the Stylish lady where people's pronouns did not correlate with the name. I don't know, maybe Melvin Green was her boss? But it referred to the boss as if she was someone else I think. So maybe that was a typo. There was also a part where it called Ms. McClure a he. There's a few in there like that. Where a word or two is off, but overall I enjoyed.
Some of the questions have options that are not clearly the correct answers. They should be more factual.

Based off of my personal experience, I feel the time to take these courses should be prolonged. I was giving 1 1/2 hours to complete 3 full CE course, and it took me over 2 hours to complete without any retakes. It is highly recommended that we listen and/or ready each passage and that alone took longer than the time given otherwise the course was fine and to the point.
There are typo's in this unit. One area actually says one thing when it is obvious that it means the opposite. And there is another area is What insurers are doing (I wrote this one down because there were other mistakes before this) (n=213) needs to be corrected.
Navigating the online study guide is very easy. Always bringing the user back to where they left off.
There were 2 questions where they said I made the incorrect answer. If you are denying a claim we are taught to use specific policy language. I am unable to paste the question into the additional comments

I've used WebCE every renewal
The exam questions were often using clever or "funny" names which are more distracting than entertaining.
I enjoy the ability to use read to me for these learnings, however, Slide 4.3 - Auto Insurance Red Flags I had to pause and read myself. I am assuming due to the use of all the "red flag" icons the learning advised to pause the audio and read between each flag. It then reads the flag to you. This is very disruptive to the learning.

You chose to put woke BS in this course. The ESG crap and your love of the UN - a terrorist organization that espouses Marxist principles in everthing it does. You need to remove it. I won't be taking anymore WebCE courses after these 24 hrs. I've already paid for.

There were a couple of questions where I answered correctly but it showed I was wrong. Please review the information to make sure everything matches up.

Some Example test questions in the modules are worded in such way as they can be taken in different ways, resulting on wrong "answers" - Ex. Question about First Notice of Loss vs. Documentation: the background info in the question leads one to believe the First Notice had already been reported.
The audio could use some improvement to be more easily understood. For example, the written text frequently contains a number of days in the following format "thirty (30) days" and the audio reads this every time as "thirty thirty days". As a side note, there are also a few typos within the text.
Some sentences were incomplete and gtrammar was incorrect at times.

There were errors in the tests of a few of the chapters... I believe they may have been 11 and 12 but I could be wrong. They would be the chapters somewhere in the middle of the course though.

Some of the example questions were difficult to answer because most of the articles/paragraphs in the training course did not provide different examples or descripted scenarios for first time test takers to understand the significance of the narrative. Providing descriptive examples will be helpful for understanding the contents and obtaining the ability to quickly form an answer during the examination process quickly and more efficiently.
Questions on the policy at the end were ambiguous and not clear in my opinion.
Some of the questions were long and almost run on, which made it difficult to concentrate at times.

Whoever came up with the names in these circumstances is amazing. Catching on to all of them made this course more enjoyable.
I really liked being able to go back and check my understanding when testing after each chapter; there were times that I had actually misread the question, and reviewing the question(s)/material before submitting my answers was very helpful.
Some things were long winded for no reason, while other items did not provide enough clear description. The questions on the quizzes made no sense and the chapters they provide for help dont have the answer or let alone question you are looking for. I passed the final exam faster than the quizzes. I ended up ditching reading and just sped through the whole thing because it was taking too long and I wasn't getting anything useful from it.

The voice over sometimes goes too fast and skips pauses in speaking that a normal person would use.
It would be very helpful to have a mixture of tools to meet the learning goals, to include videos, interactives etc. I found the material was overwhelming in content and at times hard to follow even with the audio.
It really helps to have an exam at the end of each chapter.
Reading it out loud and section reviews during the test were extremely helpful

Everything was as expected.
27 years of taking Ethics, the quizzes are now deliberately written to be very difficult. Search feature is almost useless as all multiple-choice answers are within the searched chapter and have no clear-cut choice that matches the question being asked.
Test are too long and complicated. There should be only one or two or max three tests per course, not 24 tests!
For longer chapters I do wish there was a "back" button to restart the audio for a section. I don't want to go back to the start I just want to rehear a section.

On my Chapter 4 Exam, The question was: Franklin did not pay the renewal premium on his homeowners policy. Two months after his policy expired lightning struck Franklin's House. On receipt of Franklin's first-party property claim for lightning damage, his property insurer will most likely a. accept the claim without qualification. b. tell franklin to go fly a kite, and deny the claim outright. c. file a declaratory judgement action. d. I don't remember what this one was. Even though B seemed the most correct answer, it also seemed the most likely to cause a terrible customer service experience and tank the credibility of the adjuster/company with telling an insured We are Denying your claim go FLY A KITE. You are telling adjusters taking this exam that is ok to tell an insured to go fly a kite Because that is what Ben Franklin was doing when trying to get electricity on to the key tied to his kite string? Really?! So, no, I choose some other option that made less sense because I would never tell an insured/claimant go fly a kite while denying their claim. So much for sympathy/empathy.

I am glad it has a lot of in credit of classroom equivalent. I was hoping it has more 1, 2 or 3 hours credit classes. 6 hour credits are too long.
Several misinterpretations of the coverage actually provided incorrect "right" answer. last was fire spread to neighbor home at 11 pm and was extinguished at 3 am. at midnight new insurer period began. Fire damage occurred during the policy period. new policy does not exclude the occurrence. no duplication just proper.
Questions are long and sometimes have poor grammar; names are just trying to confuse the reader. Otherwise, good course.

There was a question in the test about compensation for hobby-business income not exceeding $2000, but I thought the material explained that in 2022 form this was updated to $5000? Maybe I misunderstood. The question was easy enough to answer even if I did misunderstand because $2000<$5000, but I wanted to comment on this.

Many times the description of the issue at hand was confusing. I read some sections many times trying to understand the content. It was difficult whether the insured or the insurer was responsible in the course description.

These ethics course requirements seem overly complex and with several sections that didn't seem to apply to ethics at all (i.e. claim reporting process). I've done this job nearly 23 years and still much of this seems like word-salad nonsense.

All of the parts of this course were very easy to understand. I enjoyed having the audio/course read to me, as it helped me understand it better and was faster than me having to read it myself.
If someone is to have a role, that role should be clearly stated. Last names (i.e. Adjuster) should not be used to identify the role of a person in a scenario. It should/would/could not be assumed that Amber Adjuster is the adjuster in a scenario just because the last name is "Adjuster." Cole Carpenter wouldn't be assumed to be carpenter in daily application. When an answer is dependent upon the roles of each person in a scenario, test takers should not have to question if a name is just a name or the actual role of the person being discussed.
This was a tough course to comprehend all the different endorsements. It might make it easier if you had some diagrams which could summarize all the coverages and differences between the HO4 and HO14.
Thank you for bringing some levity to the training through the creative names in the scenarios.

Under Chapter 3.2 after "following" there should be a colon: Under Chapter 3.5 halfway down the page it states: "A primary ..." there needs to be a colon at the end. Under the third bullet "the" should be changed to "their". Under the fourth bullet "rises" should be changed to "would evoke." ( I was an English major so though I would help you out. Some of this language was so confusing ... unsure how to make it better, but some of the questions were set up to really confuse you ...
Use more realistic names. The tongue tying and "pun"-ny names are tricky and extremely distracting to the actual question

The course material was fine, but I am not sure why it was necessary to mention Black Lives Matter or ESG. Depending on what side of the aisle you are on this could be inflammatory or praised. I just don't see a need for either in this material.
This training took far longer than the six hours I get for completing I wish that it was more condensed or that there was more hours awarded

Typo: The text is missing the limitation amount after the "$": "Special limit c. imposes a limitation on watercraft of all types. Boat trailers, furnishings, equipment, and outboard motors are specifically included in this $ limitation as well. With this limited coverage as well as various homeowner liability exclusions on larger boats, it is advisable for an insured with a larger watercraft exposure to add the Supplemental Watercraft Liability Coverage (HO 24 75) endorsement or, for broader coverage, to purchase a boatowners policy." Also, exam question #12 asks for this exact limit.

I appreciate that you provide Continuing Education Packages. The package I chose provided everything that was required to renew my Insurance Adjuster License. This made it easier for me than picking out the courses myself.
The content could have been easier to follow if it compares HO4 and HO14 side by side instead of mixing in or reference each in each section.

the questions in these exams need to be reviewed and reworded. the structure of the sentences and the punctuation was incorrect so it made reading and comprehension difficult.
The audio portion of the curse was very monotone, and I feel that some lessons can be shortened a bit. Some of them were rather lengthy and I feel that by cutting the lesson in smaller segments might work better.
it seemed as though there was a lot of repetition between courses , I feel a lot of time could have been saved had the course not presented the same information with the same exam questions. I also noticed a couple right answers were marked incorrect

The was one comment in one of the questions, I felt was inappropriate. Something to do with a person meeting death. You all should figure out another way to phrase the question.

The questions are almost made to confuse you on purpose. I am VERY familiar with the material but the questions are poorly worded. Additionally, many questions also have additional information in them that is not prudent to the question or the answer. And lastly, the questions and reading material are so poorly composed and presented that it actually takes LONGER to complete the course. This setup makes me highly frustrated, and I find absolutely no value in this.

Some of the questions we not clear at all. One question mentioned "the list below" where the answers were the only "list". That question didn't have a clear question to answer. I just guessed at the answer since I couldn't understand what it was asking me. The correct answer was battery. The explanation of why battery was correct provided clarity, but of course that was After I had already gotten it wrong.

The tested material needs to be a bit more obvious. Sometimes the information in the chapters can be a bit misleading.
For the long portions A video would have been nice to view to really allow it to sink in but honestly it was great!

The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the below practice question & answer. Compared to the veriage in the content, it was very confusing and seemed not to quite line up with the content around this topic; for example, the answer I selected (letter a) used some of the same language as the content did for this definition (like "Suggested wording"); yet the answer that was supposedly correct had differing language & didn't seem to define the term Model Regulation compared to how the content described it. See below: 1. The NAIC provides the suggested wording for regulations that state insurance departments to use to administer a law that follows the wording of the NAIC's sample law. This suggested wording is known as a(n) a. model law. This answer is incorrect. The correct answer is "B. model regulation." A model regulation, which will be enforced by regulators in the state's insurance department, is a draft regulation that may be implemented if the state legislature passes the related NAIC model law. b. model regulation c. unfair claims practice. d. unfair trade practice

The questions are outdated. For example, one questions says it would be best to meet with a police officer in person. This never happens anymore in the business. I work in Ohio and the majority of my claims are in another state. It should be updated to say that attempting to call or email the officer directly is the best approach.

I've Used WebCE once before
Some of the sections were a bit long and dry.
I enjoyed the ethics course but I did experience some issues with the audio stopping before the text was read completely in various sections.

The preselected packages make it easy to stay in compliance with the state requirements for CE courses.
Some questions used confusing language. They did present in basic, everyday language but when attempting to determine the technical answers, the plane language sometimes obfuscated the actual issue.
There is still no package option for commercial insurance. If you want to do commercial, you have to select them individually.
This was the VERY BEST CE course I have taken. Thank you.
The 60 minute password to confirm identity continuously popped on screen and made it difficult to complete the course.
This particular course required one to remember the various deadlines associated with responding to a claim, etc., so it required a little more attention to that type of detail than expected. I am taking other WEBCE classes; however, there aren't enough monitor-free classes and the course topics need to be broadened as many of the same classes are offered from year to year.

It would be helpful of the audio portion of the presentation the voice deflection. It is too monotone. Also, Color code key areas of importance.
A lot of the learning is opinion based material which makes it difficult for agency's who needs facts and insurance law/ policies to make judgments off of able to. This program teaches agents to draw suspision without statistical or fact based justification.
Much of this module is not correct. Your documentation does not match the testing. You need to reevaluate this section.
Web CE is a reliable company to obtain or renew a license. The information is needed for any adjuster to digest with complete understanding.
I really don't care for all the biblical references in regard to ethics. I don't put much stock in bronze age mythology to support ethics and good behavior.
It would be nice to see more interactive activities and videos.
I would suggest that you not use examples of organization (i.e. BLM) that have been proved to be organization who engage in illegal activities when using examples of ethical organization.
The residential renters guide was long enough with the ho4 and ho 14 policies and endorsements without having to include all the other kinds of property coverage endorsements.

The attempt of tricking or using verbiage in the test questions that isn't contained in the training is frustrating. I got one question wrong for simply stating I would follow up with the lab before contacting the customer instead of answering that I would tell the customer I haven't received the report. There is nothing wrong with going above and beyond and that question is ridiculous as the answer is based upon personal interpretation on our daily work habits.

the questions were vague and some even incorrect in grammar creating confusion of what the questions were asking to properly select the correct answer.

Every year I recommend that FEMA/NFIP use WebCe for the annual renewal of my NFIP flood adjuster certificate in the course survey. I don't understand why they make us sit through a 6 hour presentation that teaches nothing and tests nothing.

If you have to pause the read it aloud audio then pick it back up again it is hard to find where on the page that audio is starting back up. If there was a way to highlight the word the audio is on at that time, or to highlight continuously as the reading progresses, it would be easier to follow along.
The Course Helper is imperative to keep as it helped to ensure I could refer to the information I was to retain.

While I understand the time requirements set by the state. The required "time" inside the course is eponentially LONGER than the time it takes to actually read the content. There's no benefit to sitting around waiting for the clock to tick one all the materials'been read. Please consider adding EXTRA reading material to the course. Otherwise, this ends up just being a clock watching game with no actual benefit to MOST Of the time spent taking course.

A few times, I was not able to match up the questions with the content and as very confused when I saw the actual answer. This is the first time I have seen this, but it was off-putting. By the phrasing of many questions, the desired answers are often in conflict with the correct answers, because of the missing real-world experience of the test producer.
There were some subjects in this particular course that seemed repetitive.
Stop using names like "Ann Adjuster" and such. It makes the questions hard to read.

I prefer a in person class. I found the course content confusing.
I let the audio play in its entirety but I was advised that I only had 4 hours and 47 minutes of class. The audio should equal the full course time requirement.

I love the Web CE format for continuing education! It is easy to follow and very helpful in keeping me informed and up to date.
My only hiccup would just be more layman verbiage as we are learning the concepts. Hard to bring up a live example here, but that was really my ONLY roadblock at times. I found myself googling what some phrases meant as I was reading but otherwise very well put together.

A 6 hour course took me over 2 weeks to complete. I am not familiar with Homeowners Insurance and the audio reader was VERY dry. My specialty of insurance is Contractors GL.

The automated voice used for the audio caused frequent confusion while listening without reading due to mispronunciation of some words (with different pronunciations/meanings or times, etc), but I was grateful to be able to change the playback speed.

The audio being read aloud needs to be an actual person, the digital voice was difficult to follow along due to spacing between paragraphs and sentences were not natural pauses and would also read some numbers in the qoute's twice.
Some of the practice test were asking question that didn't have anything to do with the Chapter you were working on. I found that they might ask questions about 6 when I was in 7. Stick with the Chapter it should be.

There was an incredible amount of importance put on the varying differences between the HO4 and HO14 policies. Until today, I really didn't have a frame of reference for HO14, because my company (in my nearly 5 years of experience) has never offered, provided training for, or sold HO14 polcies. As a Progressive employee I have to question the relevance and comparisons to HO4's, by the HO14 type policy.

In regards of the examples referring to dog attacks, don't use pit bulls as examples of vicious dogs as that furthers the negative image-just say a dog; I have never been bitten by a pit bull on the job but have been bitten by small dogs over 10 times in my career

It seems that I am bombarded with the Woke agenda being forced upon me. I understand how you may feel obligated to mention the BlacK Lives Matter organization. I want nothing more than to see every black American to be treated equally, respectfully & loved by all: including the BLM organization which unfortunatley is not loving, respected by the overall black community and certainly doesn't treat black communities equal. I'm certainly not racist . I have a special love for my black community and beyond. Just like all Americans there are some (including white communities and beyond) that aren't treating people equally, respectfully or with love. If WebCE is going Woke with learning material, they have an obligation to keep it updated which includes the Wiki page. Otherwise, it's pushing another false narrative which is not far to all races.

good relevant examples in regards to the questions. today, i called one company and asked to speak to the store manager. my request for him to get outside and check the parking area for uneven and broken up concrete to avoid falls and lawsuits. i do this often if there is a probable reason for falls or mishaps to anyone. They are always very thankful for addressing the matter to them.
I found that after being a multiline adjuster for 34 years, I disagreed with about 5% of the answers and in fact got one right that was marked wrong........I have met my State's requirement for the 20 year cutoff and no longer need to renew every two years. Overall the courses over the years I have utilized your services with have been informative and insightful to fill some areas that I do not work in, primarily inhouse claims as my career has been as an independent adjuster.
I am newer to handling claims in litigation and I especially appreciated the clear description of the legal process and legal terms. Very helpful!

In Chapter 20 Quiz one of the questions..on mine it was #9, the answer coded as correct and the question contradicted each other. I believe this to be an error.
Maybe bolded words within paragraphs instead of italicized. So much content that it would make bullet points easier to identify when reviewing and taking notes.
I think a bit more video and or audio and a bit less reading. However, very good overall./

The Renters course was not appropriate for the average producer or account manager. Way too technical and legal. Many times the course mentioned that aspects would not be a concern of a renter. Seemed better for an adjuster or underwriter.

I have been using Web CE for years now and the only company I use for my continuing education. I like that I can easily take courses not yet taken before because I am able to view what I have already taken.
I've searched for extra classes on NY law requirements (outside of NY licensing) and haven't found anything relevant. Maybe a larger variety of content.
Need more classes geared strictly towards workers compensation, not all inclusive that covers property and auto. I am a WC adjuster only and do not care about the insurance for auto accidents or property losses or accidents to consumers on business property. I need to learn the rules that apply to workers comp claims.

Good course. Lots of content on auto claims, which for us property adjusters is like a new language.
It would be nice to be able to listen to the course material on an iPhone while working out, walking, or other activities without having to constantly re-start the playback by clicking on Next. I'm sure there must be a reason this is not feasible or possible, but I just wanted to offer that feedback in case it is something that can be done.

I am upset that your classes are taking longer to complete than is even practical. Why should we have to take classes that require us to put in more than 24 hours of effort for only 24 hours of credit !!!!! I am looking for another ce provider. I hope there are better ones than you. The person I spoke to on the phone recently was very unhelpful.....I she was very inconsiderate of my situation! I know I took Texas licensing classes previously and was not credited for them!!!!!!
Great!! Love how the examples and test questions used the same names and claim situation through the exam. Made learning much easier without trying understanding the scenario and named party role.

Test questions using funny names does not help with understanding the questions. It took my attention away from the import part of the question

I love that it gave many examples, which I feel is so important when applying concepts! I was really struggling with a similar program through Exam FX. I did not feel like they were clear or gave examples. This program was definitely more effective!
I was a WebCE customer prior to receiving the recommendation from my employer; but the majority of individuals I may know who would need this service are also under the same employer---meaning a referral would not be necessary.
This course was very informative and provided valuable background information for working in an insurance agency.
A lot of similar testing questions. Several Medical Payments to Others questions, 3 questions about gun coverage, and several questions about autos/off road vehicles.

This was extremely long, very big and long questions during quizzes and some quizzes were just way too much.
Names need to change bad for people trying to take a test.
My only suggestion is the man's voice was a little robotic. Sometimes I turned it off and just read it myself. I would have liked to have heard a better reader. the classes were all great though!

The course is easy to follow, user friendly and all but the questions some of them were entirely too long, too many details and I feel it was used to confuse the student.

Based on my practice, the test questions in many samples are ambiguous - sometimes grossly ambiguous - when compared to actual practice vs the academic presentation. (The academics of what "should be" is materially different than actual practice.

The timing needed to complete the course was extremely excessive. There was too material in this one course.
This was a six hour course and took much longer than six hours. I have 40+ years as an adjuster and knew this material and it still took about 10 hours to get through it.

Some of the right answers in the tests kind of threw me off as unnecessary information was present. I ended up choosing a wrong answer at one point because the correct answer included the phase "tell them to go fly a kite" which really shouldn't have been included in the answer as it wasn't relevant whatsoever.
Web CE is very easy to navigate and the courses provide a lot of knowledge. I highly recommend.
On your longer questions, you rely to much on pronouns. For clarity, you should refer to the person or company by its name.

Shorter time for individual subsections; i.e. 8+ minutes for one subsection is way too long to comprehend information contained therein.

A couple times the answer that you stated was right was actually wrong.
Some of the questions had ambiguous language that would change the context of the question presented thereby confusing me and causing me to choose the incorrect answer
I disliked the wording in the questions. They were meant to confuse or trick the student. One question I missed was because i stopped reading after the phrase..."Tell the insured to take a hike..". Seriously that is poor customer service and should not have been an option let alone the correct answer. I have 25 years of adjuster experience and had to take several test multiple times because of the poor wording or inaccurate content.
Another thorough course
The funny names are cute and lighten up the exam but the sing-songy rhymes have to stop please. The most painful part of using you as our vendor are the riddles and tongue twisters you use when providing the claim scenarios. Please stop adding complexity by making the scenarios rhyme. It makes ii difficult to follow, stay focused and adds frustration. Thank you for otherwise making a great product.

i dont know that chapter 23, question 1 was correct. Not that I am any expert, but is asks for the 'least likely', but the correct answer is the 'most likely' and the response says it is the 'most likely'. I chose least likely is the ocean dump, it corrected me with the most likely sell at auction. Not a huge deal. just saying
