I have used WebCe continuing education for several years. What I like most about it is the quality of information in the courses and the ease of use.

I have used 2 other sites, this site was more intuitive and well laid out.

The flood course was easier reading than the home valuation course but it's a very dry subject matter so videos, more pictures and interactive quizzes would be helpful.

As someone who does not handle flood policies often, I was intimidated by the course. I followed it all and got 100% the first time. The practice questions really helped me cement my understanding of the material come test time.

Having more videos or infographics to break up the reading would be helpful.

How they word things is terrible, not human like at all. almost on purpose to confuse people. I also dont sell flood insurance so why is this one mandatory! I am just super salty about how many times it took me to pass this one.

I really appreciate that I can stop in the middle of instruction and return to it where I left off at any time -- an hour later, day later, week later. I like that it marks my place where I left off.

The read to me audio could use some improvement. The robotic nature of the voice takes away from the content of the course. I enjoy the feature of the read to me so I can more easily take notes however the voice itself could be improved.

The read-it-to-me feature is useful at times but the AI narration is sometimes off putting in how it reads numbers and acronyms and doesn't apply emphasis in tone to the right parts of sentences to make the point strongly.

In the ethics portion, a few questions had more than one option that was correct acording to the text, but were counted as incorrect when graded.

I had previously taken a Flood Webinar course that went into a lot more detail and gave me a much better understanding of flood insurance. This was a much easier, watered down version, but a good refresher just the same.

The only suggestion I have would be to include explanations of all the glossary terms in the other content of the course.

The exam was easy enough, but it seems that the quizzes at the end of each chapter might be enough to qualify whether someone has read the chapter or not. I'm aware that in a neighboring state to mine, a course is available with no testing required at all. Perhaps my opinions are colored by the fact that I work in Bonds, and while the company I work for sells flood insurance, I personally don't. It's a lot of time to spend on something I won't use. Although I did find the content interesting and it was presented well.

I enjoyed and learned a lot with this course. You may want to consider moving the chapter that describes the various Acts, earlier because they were referred to in chapters but it had not been discussed yet, so it was a bit confusing.

I have worked in insurance for 20 plus years and I felt that most of the content was difficult to understand and follow. I spent many many hours studying and rereading all the informaiton.

Difficult course to read. A lot of information not easy to follow and to remember.

Some answers to the quizzes were not found in the course material or did not match up exactly as asked, which left some answers up to inference.

The course id too lengthy

There was just a little too much detail on the history of the NFIP which I did not believe was necessary. That made the amount of reading extensive relative to the objectives.

This was an informative course. If an agent would be writing Flood insurance for someone, they would have to review this information more than once before being qualified to write the insurance. There is a lot of information to know.

The wording on some of the chapter test questions were confusing because of double negative language.

You need to use a real person reading the information. The Ai Bot you have is TERRIBLE.

I listened to the audio and took all the quizzes and somehow had 25 minutes of time to fill at the end of the course. I used he time to reread the glossary and review the quizzes but it was odd that the content didn't take the full 3 hours.

The non-human, AI narration was monotonous, robotic and made it difficult to stay focused on the material being presented.

Just a very indepth, long course. I take notes along with hearing the course so it took a lot longer than 3 hours.

I appreciated the short segments of each topic as I found it easier to comprehend than having long chapters. Test questions were helpful and appreciated the explanation with each question, especially when I answered wrong.

The computer voice is a killer. Would love to see you implement some AI to assist with the reading of the content. The male computer voice is mono-tone, and really puts you to sleep. Having to go to my fellow independent agent's office multiple days to pass each exam is not appealing. Based on that, I probably would pass on this website the next time I need to renew my Insurance License in two years.

This course need to be put more in layman's terms, it is difficult to understand in some of the definitions are worded in a way that requires reading multiple times for clear comprehension

I don't know if I saw it, but when it is being read to me, I would like the option to slow down or speed up the information. Some of the information, I am well versed in and others I need to slow down to make sure I am getting the information correctly. Another thing that would help is having a quick one off question here and there for the sections that just were read. Great material though. I think lastly, there were a few times I didn't understand something. I wish there was a "raise your hand option" were you could email someone your question and get an actual answer back that would address any confusion. Thank you.

The time indicated to complete the course should be modified. When it comes to remembering numbers (and quite a few of them), sometimes, more time needs to be spent to commit it to memory. The course was also a lengthy one. While I was not actually timed, I believe the time indicated should be increased so that students may plan accordingly. Otherwise, the course was very informative, and it appeared to have all of the information needed to successfully pass the course.

The course material is a lot at once and took way longer than the time I was allowed.

the audio playback is hard to use because the voice is so monotone robotic. It would be more interactive if a real voice was recorded reading the course material. I like the course though. very detailed and informative.

I would like to study the question(s) I got wrong on the exam so not being able to review that is very troublesome to me. I want to know what I got wrong and what the correct answer is

The main complaint that I have is we are not given nearly enough time to actually read the material. I skipped a lot of the material due to running over time.

I did not care for the computerized narrator. I had to turn it off after 1 chapter becasue it was detracting from my ability to absorb the material. Please consider hiring a voice actor or investing in better AI that mimics more human reading inflections and tonality.

This is very hard subject to present to a student because it is a government program and therefore complicated. I wish i had chosen another course.

Truly disliked the apparently AI-generated voice reading the material. Mis-pronounced words and uneven speech pattern was very distracting. Eventually went back to just reading the material.

Examples were very easy to understand and to use to explain to customers.

The "read it to me" narration had great difficulty pronouncing acronyms and abbreviations such as flood zone indications in this course and roman numeral. The automation tried to make/pronounce words from acronyms and abbreviations that were not correct.

Some content was not clear. The actual exam questions were easier than the review questions. Exam questions were relevant to the basic ideas of the topic. This was appreciated.

This test was applicable to the policies I would write here in OK - I have struggled with the flood portions of the CE courses in the past as they tend to include more questions that apply to states who experience claims we typically do not here in OK. Some of the exhibits are a bit of a joke. Blurry print, small font and the inability to open a PDF or more legibal format document.

Page after page of written text was not a very captivating read. The addition of some photos, graphs or other visual stimulus would have made the content more entertaining.

I really appreciated the "Read to Me" Feature. I get lost in all the words and the time frame for reading. I didn't get to complete all the reading but what I did get done, I was able to understand more fully.

Studying and testing is never enjoyable, but some of the multiple choice answers were hysterically funny. I found myself laughing out loud a few times...and who doesn't need to laugh out loud now and again to break up the monotony? ;-D

Very easy to use! The instructions were clear and the format was simple. The only thing I would suggest would be to add more examples off different difficulty starting with easy examples to understand and then harder. I say this because it jumps in to examples and it was a bit hard to understand the terminology at the beginning, but it was easier.

As someone with ADHD having the contents with audio made it so much easier to retain information. It kept me engaged and faster to move through the course.

The read-it-to-me audio helps, but without videos or in-chapter quizzes to break up the monotony of the longer chapters, it can be difficult to properly absorb the information on the first read.

IT was simple and straight to the point. I wish it was some interactive videos or little skits especially for flood.

This is ALOT of information to try to retain without the aid of a teacher. The fact that you cannot go back to review the material is completely unrealistic, and you should be able to. I had to take this test 5 times.

This course was very easy and anyone who's competent with understanding the language and terminology can pass the final exam with flying colors. "Heads-up" the practice exam questions are not the same as the final exam questions. But it seemed easier to pass the 25 questions on the Final Exam. I scored 100% "Good Luck!!!!!!!"

Some of the information was confusing. However, I guess I know it better than I thought.

i would have liked more video of examples displaying some of the terms and examples of coverages (like the difference between a mudslide and earth movement) otherwise , it was great.

The time allowed to complete the module and exam were not sufficient, when compared with the flow of the audio portion of the course. There should either be more time allowed, or a recommended speed setting for the audio portion of the course, to match more closely with the time allowed.

Under Chapter 7 "Its Your Responsibility" Quiz Question #1 Mary purchased a flood insurance policy many years ago .... which of the following is NOT a duty she has to perform in conjunction with her claim. I answered C. "Submit to an examination under oath if the adjuster requires this." System Response: "This answer is incorrect. The answer is "B. Show the policy provision granting coverage to the claims adjuster." Mary has several explicit post-loss duties, but educating the adjuster is not one of them." I found this very confusing and funny at the same time.

graphics help. i am never a fan of education with just words. my job pertains to using the fema website and map? where are the graphics to go along with it? i had to search it up my self. i know we are all adults. but not everyone can learn, take in, and absorb from just words.

Great easy to use and learning experience was great

This course is terrible and extremely boring. There can definitely be a more interactive version made. Learning by reading pages of random information / hearing a beat down version of Microsoft voice to text is terrible.

It took 3 hours to listen to recording of information. I was given 1 1/2 to complete reading and test. More time needs to be addressed.

More of a slideshow moving text with the audio would help keep me engaged, but this was not too bad. I liked that I didn't have to read everything myself and could just sit and listen.

Finding course was very difficult. Material is presented in a dry fashion and hard to pay attention. however i appreciated the read aloud since I have a vision impairment. need that option for test taking.

Excellent Course! I've taken several Flood courses over the years but not since 2022 when Briggs Act made significant changes to the NFIP. This session brought me up to date ! Thank you!!

did not enjoy this Flood class. Very hard to absorb and understand.

The questions in the test was almost an insult to my intelligence. I 1st took the practice questions for each section to get an idea of what I needed to study. I then read the material and took the final test. The questions in the final test were significantly easier than the practice questions and I don't feel the practice questions were a fair example of the final test itself.

A lot of information wasn't on the exam. Too much information at times that wasn't relevant, it seemed.

IT TOOK LONGER

I didn't see the correct answer to my incorrect answer on the exam. I just saw the answer I chose.

Audio was not working to have it read to me

I am a repeat customer for the audio reading, hopefully an app will be available for us to use on or phone.

Very difficult subject for a even a seasoned sales agent. Guess that's why we have a good relationship with a flood expert and write all such coverages through the same insurer.

Overall the allotted time for the course was not enough to complete the material and the course required extra time

I would have liked to speed up the audio reading a little. I feel I understand it better reading and listening at the same time, but I can read faster than he was reading which is a common issue with audio. An option to speed it up would be nice.

Question 3 is confusing and should be rewritten even though the CAPS

Dark mode would be really helpful. So would spoken word not a computer reading to you

Great course very informative

I'd suggest making it more interactive instead of pages and pages and pages of reading that all tends to blend together. Videos and other visuals will help students remain engaged and interested in the content being taught.

The course was very dry and was reading or listening to the manual.

Read it to me audio is great, to keep focused.

Chapters were a bit long relative to content but otherwise enjoyed.

COURSE IS BIT HARD

The Pre-Tests helps me prepare for the final test, giving me an idea of which topics to double down on.

There was incorrect information in section 4.3 - Personal property.

I didn't have enough time. Course took 3 hours.

Finding the course to purchase was difficult.

love the program and audios that help me understand more when I am following the text and at the same time listening the audio.

I especially appreciate the calmness of the voice of the audio.

AI read-to-me audio needs to be improved slightly as some numbers and times were not read properly. Overall, great course!

Provide answer's to the incorrect questions once the exam has been passed so that even with a 93% I know what knowledge I have that is incorrect so I can take steps to correct it.

some ares were confusing especially I was sure there was conflicting information about the the subsidies not being eligible when an owner sells his house. Did not see anything mentioned about transferring the policy, yet was in the test.. There were several items on the test that I could not seem to locate ( or easily locate ) in the material .. Otherwise great course

The Ethics Class in which you see the persons giving he lecture was much better than the computer voice reading the content to me.

Reading of materials should be live reading instead of AI to allow inflection and emphasis and appropriate application of concepts.

My company provided ExamFx and I tool the test probably 50 times and couldn't pass so, per the recommendation of my boss we decided to switch to webCE and I passed the first time. The study material didn't match the test on Exam FX, this was much easier
