It was inconvenient when I returned to my course and my dashboard was missing my courses. It required me to complete 5 additional hours before it would give me credit after I had completed more than 50% of the course.
Provide more images that relate to the written instruction. Example: types of building materials. More pics would help me tremendously.

She explained the process to me, and helped me enroll in the CE courses I need to maintain my State of Texas Adjuster's license. The questions and answers are the weakest link in your program: when more than one answer is acceptable, it reduces the quality of the question.

the format was not easy to use, the chapters were too long with too much detail.
I do not recall WebCE using AI to do the voicing overs in past years. It is REALLY bad. There is a lot of mispronunciation of words being narrated. I would recommend going back to human voice overs. If a professional voice over is too costly, then try training a long time staffer for the task. Also, it would be very nice if the courses were re-organized such that a demonstration policy was available as various concepts, both over the model policies themselves are discussed, but also various coverage scenarios are covered. Doing those two things would bring the quality of the courses drastically up.

Some wording suggests/implies bias, in favor of insurance companies. If I were an insured or an auditor, I may think that some of the course material is designed to align with carrier's needs instead of handling claims fairly.

I had a stroke in 2022 that took all my language. With time, I have gained knowledge, but haven't been able to continue CISR cert, failing auto courses 3 x. However, with your 12 credit auto course and the other 2 course, I have been encouraged to try the CISR courses again. Thank you so much! The tests are perfectly balanced.
The read out loud is like listening to a robot, but way better than not having that availible!

Good Course
The content included in this course appears to be skewed by the authors lack of experience. The question are "carrier specific". All carriers do not operate the same way. The quoting of authors (i.e. Plato etc.) and references to multiple works (books), regarding ethics is irelevant. The course is based on the opinions and bias of the the author. This is everything an ethics course should not be.

The inability to complete the course after passing all of the exams until a time limit passes is ridiculous.
There are several references to woke material or ideas that should be purged to provide an unbiased course.
I would have liked the read-it-to-me audio if the computer narrator had a more natural ability to utilize inflection and punctuation. In several areas it was too confusing to listen rather than read the material myself.
there is so much info in these questions that is not needed or is confusing. for example using Colossal insurance for the entire course is helpful, but can you please use real names? there was one question that I was unsure if it was a person's name or if it was an insurance company, or a bank name, or even a creditor putting a lien on the home.

This is my last time taking this exam as I will have 20 years of insurance experience under my belt in 2027.
I found that with a shear amount of information provided, and the unintuitive programing of the ai reader, it made it harder to understand/follow along with some of the read-to-me parts.

Some of the wording was off, and I had to decipher what was trying to be said on my own.
Too slow, too many quizzes, narrator is extremely robotic and monotone and it becomes hard to pay attention to that AI voice after several hours.

I was a bit frustrated that I couldn't manually select to RE-PLAY the audio. It appeared as either, "choose auto-play," or, if you said, "no," to that, you still had no ability to select it be replayed each time you were in that section. Would have been a little extra help to get the info retained to memory! Thanks, though. It's a great course!

The automated voice reading the text was frequently incorrect in pronunciation and made sentences hard to follow by the fact the pronunciation of many words was so obviously wrong. A human being reading the text would have been better.

I thought it was an excellent program.
When highlighting red flags, one of the red flags listed was "extensive chiropractic treatment" due to soft-tissue injuries. However, in my experience working in Florida PIP, most auto injuries do end up being mainly soft-tissue and/or with chiropractic treatment being the most likely treatment. I understand this is likely a reference to the fact that chiropractic and soft-tissue injuries are the easiest to misrepresent, however it is not specifically because it is extensive or that it is soft-tissue, but rather that there seems to be no improvement in condition with treatment over time. This line could be reworded to explain better why this could be a red flag, since the wording as it is now comes across as out of touch for how auto injury claims actually present.

This was a great teach on Ethics. It was just what is needed to help us Adjuster's make sure we do right by the Policyholder, Claimants, and Insurer!
The cutesy names throw me off the main topic I should be focusing on.
My only critique is that I often am on the road for long periods of time and this is an excellent time to listen to the audio content. Problematically, and indeed dangerously, I have to use my phone to switch to the next chapter. This creates a distracted environment. I know that you also occasionally have content quizes, which stall my advancement in reviewing the content. Is there a not safe way around this? Maybe you could provide an app that recognizes that the user is in a car and waive these requirements? I really would love to be able to do this while I drive, but the danger due to distraction gives me pause.

Word salad. Say what you mean, do not infer ex. Homeowners insurance covers fire rather than insurance is "reluctant" to cover fires if the area surrounding the house isn't cleared.

This course was scheduled for 1 and a half hours to read an test. There is far too much content to complete in 1 hour. This took me over 4 hours to complete. This is a subject that I do not deal with on a daily basis and reading this content is very detailed. I am quite literally learning it as I read it. Please take that into consideration when you are recommending the time it takes to go over the material.
I found the lesson clear and concise; however, some questions seemed a bit tricky while trying to retain all of the information provided throughout the sections.

the way you word some of the questions is very confusing and doesnt flow easily. The point of trying to test knowledge is lost trying to figure out the grammar and wording. At least 3 questions the corresponding answer choices did not match at all and should be fixed.

The questions did not match the content of the chapters. To many parts of a questions when you did not provide it in sample or where one could find the same or similar answers. I read the content 3 times and could not find the answers to the questions you provided on the exam. Long questions with no explanation or examples of answers anywhere in the text. It did not make me a better learner. I was more confused with your exam and questions. Glad I am done more than 10 hours just with the exam alone. Sunny and Charles, NFIP and stuff not even needed for a question to be answered.

Based off of my personal experience, I feel the time to take these courses should be prolonged. I was giving 1 1/2 hours to complete 3 full CE course, and it took me over 2 hours to complete without any retakes. It is highly recommended that we listen and/or ready each passage and that alone took longer than the time given otherwise the course was fine and to the point.
Navigating the online study guide is very easy. Always bringing the user back to where they left off.
There were 2 questions where they said I made the incorrect answer. If you are denying a claim we are taught to use specific policy language. I am unable to paste the question into the additional comments

The chapter quizzes seemed unorganized! It seemed as though questions in a certain chapter quiz were pertaining to a different previous chapter's content. I felt this was the case in several of the quizzes and it was a bit confusing.

Intentionally trying to trip up a student by adding phrases, "which is least likely" is requiring the student to have test taking skills and detracts from what the course is teaching. Stick to the curriculum and do not try to see if the student knows how to take a test. Disappointing......

Some Example test questions in the modules are worded in such way as they can be taken in different ways, resulting on wrong "answers" - Ex. Question about First Notice of Loss vs. Documentation: the background info in the question leads one to believe the First Notice had already been reported.
The audio could use some improvement to be more easily understood. For example, the written text frequently contains a number of days in the following format "thirty (30) days" and the audio reads this every time as "thirty thirty days". As a side note, there are also a few typos within the text.
Some sentences were incomplete and gtrammar was incorrect at times.
The Course Material was helpful and insightful.

I took this course for CE credits, I am an experienced adjuster. I would not have chosen this course if I understood the content beforehand. This took too much time to complete.
Some of the questions were self thinking and not exactly in the content

Sometimes the chapters are too lengthy for what they need to accomplish. The lenghty wording serves to confuse imho.
I really liked being able to go back and check my understanding when testing after each chapter; there were times that I had actually misread the question, and reviewing the question(s)/material before submitting my answers was very helpful.
The course itself was very intriguing. It kept my attention, and I learned a lot what I thought that could be more helpful going forward would be to allow the back button to actually go back and not throw you forward from time to time. This could be a glitch, but I’m not sure.
add more webinars for CE credits. People learn better I think watching a presentation. It sticks in my memory listening/watching a speaker tell a story.

Insurance companies cover losses differently than what was stated in this course. Some of the replacement vs acv examples aren't correct for all home policies.

I have been using Web CE since I became an Insurance Adjuster & find this course exam very knowledgeable & informative.
The names used within the worded scenarios were at times a bit confusing.
Several misinterpretations of the coverage actually provided incorrect "right" answer. last was fire spread to neighbor home at 11 pm and was extinguished at 3 am. at midnight new insurer period began. Fire damage occurred during the policy period. new policy does not exclude the occurrence. no duplication just proper.
More practice questions would be helpful especially on the longer, harder course material chapters

There was a question in the test about compensation for hobby-business income not exceeding $2000, but I thought the material explained that in 2022 form this was updated to $5000? Maybe I misunderstood. The question was easy enough to answer even if I did misunderstand because $2000<$5000, but I wanted to comment on this.
I am not sure that the question with the answer of asking the insured to come up an amount that someone would pay for their VEH is incorrect. The question was an except question so wouldn't putting the burden on the INSD be something you shouldn't do and therefore meeting the except requirement.
Only use WebCE for CE unless in person, or free courses, come up, through affiliates.

One single question was marked as correct, but the note below my answer stated "incorrect." I do not know if I was correct or not, but I received credit for a correct selection nonetheless.
There were two or three instances where my answer was counted wrong, but they were not wrong. Rather, you were looking for a different answer, which is also obviously not wrong. The fact that you interpret some phrase differently than me cost me only a minute or two.But you should be more careful, I think.

The read to me option made it much easier for me to understand and comprehend the course material.

Please change the "read it to me" audio to a human voice. The 'automated' voice makes the material hard to retain.
As a Public Adjuster the questions re automobile ins and liability are not relevant to me, but this was one of 2 non-proctored exams available and I needed both of them to obtain the needed credits, in fact I need 3 more credits and will have to secure a proctor for that exam! More course offerings and better suited to our profession would be most welcome!

This course is too long and should be broken down into two courses.

The tested material needs to be a bit more obvious. Sometimes the information in the chapters can be a bit misleading.
Your answers are hard because this is a "generic" course and some carriers offer different things than you state as fact. Also some of the your answers were flat our wrong. I took screenshots of clearly wrong answers in the practice tests.
For the long portions A video would have been nice to view to really allow it to sink in but honestly it was great!
this was a thorough refresher course on the HO policy property and liability provisions.

The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the below practice question & answer. Compared to the veriage in the content, it was very confusing and seemed not to quite line up with the content around this topic; for example, the answer I selected (letter a) used some of the same language as the content did for this definition (like "Suggested wording"); yet the answer that was supposedly correct had differing language & didn't seem to define the term Model Regulation compared to how the content described it. See below: 1. The NAIC provides the suggested wording for regulations that state insurance departments to use to administer a law that follows the wording of the NAIC's sample law. This suggested wording is known as a(n) a. model law. This answer is incorrect. The correct answer is "B. model regulation." A model regulation, which will be enforced by regulators in the state's insurance department, is a draft regulation that may be implemented if the state legislature passes the related NAIC model law. b. model regulation c. unfair claims practice. d. unfair trade practice

Some questions used confusing language. They did present in basic, everyday language but when attempting to determine the technical answers, the plane language sometimes obfuscated the actual issue.

The Read-It-To-Me audio feature was extremely helpful as it helped with the extensive material being presented. Some questions on the chapter exams had overly long/drawn out scenario build ups that I found unnecessary.
The 60 minute password to confirm identity continuously popped on screen and made it difficult to complete the course.
This particular course required one to remember the various deadlines associated with responding to a claim, etc., so it required a little more attention to that type of detail than expected. I am taking other WEBCE classes; however, there aren't enough monitor-free classes and the course topics need to be broadened as many of the same classes are offered from year to year.

Web CE is a reliable company to obtain or renew a license. The information is needed for any adjuster to digest with complete understanding.
Many of the chapter sections in this course were very long, which made it hard to focus on the information.
I really don't care for all the biblical references in regard to ethics. I don't put much stock in bronze age mythology to support ethics and good behavior.

I would suggest that you not use examples of organization (i.e. BLM) that have been proved to be organization who engage in illegal activities when using examples of ethical organization.

The attempt of tricking or using verbiage in the test questions that isn't contained in the training is frustrating. I got one question wrong for simply stating I would follow up with the lab before contacting the customer instead of answering that I would tell the customer I haven't received the report. There is nothing wrong with going above and beyond and that question is ridiculous as the answer is based upon personal interpretation on our daily work habits.
Some of the content in this course wasn't as clear to me as the other courses I have taken. Some of the topics were not grouped together as nicely either.

the questions were vague and some even incorrect in grammar creating confusion of what the questions were asking to properly select the correct answer.
The Components of a Dwelling’s Replacement Values chapter needs to be rewritten to make it easier to understand and apply. Even after rereading it multiple times, I still could not apply the knowledge well enough to apply it to my work and personal life, no less teach it to someone else. Please redo this chapter.

Every year I recommend that FEMA/NFIP use WebCe for the annual renewal of my NFIP flood adjuster certificate in the course survey. I don't understand why they make us sit through a 6 hour presentation that teaches nothing and tests nothing.

While I understand the time requirements set by the state. The required "time" inside the course is eponentially LONGER than the time it takes to actually read the content. There's no benefit to sitting around waiting for the clock to tick one all the materials'been read. Please consider adding EXTRA reading material to the course. Otherwise, this ends up just being a clock watching game with no actual benefit to MOST Of the time spent taking course.
The course WHO IS “YOU” I will NOT order again! Its time consuming due to redundancy and “fluff”. The 50 question comprehensive exam at the end was totally out of you norm and unwanted, at least by me.. Didn’t like that one!

Some of the practice questions for this particular class were not worded clearly and extra difficult to follow. A few times, I was not able to match up the questions with the content and as very confused when I saw the actual answer. This is the first time I have seen this, but it was off-putting. In any case, the actual exam had more direct questions, which I was grateful for.

Having adjusted claims for over 40 years I found the presentation of what it takes to be an effective claim handler to be more accurate and realistic than ever before.

Some of the correct answers are being marked wrong but indicating they are correct.
It only took a little over 5 hours to get through the material with the read to me audio and time to complete the chapter questions. Even allowing for extra time for someone to take notes, the amount of time for this course was too much.

I have sold homeowners insurance for years and it took me forever to pass this test exam and looking up the answers for help- CLEARLY NEEDS HELP HERE WITH THE QUESTIONS ON HERE- They are NOT CLEAR and neither is the HELP to find the answers!
Liked that I can move at my own pace, if I have confidence in the subject, or let the audio play if I have to step away for a minute. Liked standard format of 5 questions, exactyly, al the same format, for each chapter. Not a lot of demands for constant mouse clicking. Well done

This is a comprehensive explanation of insurance claims handling and is one I would recommend to anyone moving from a processing or support position into claims handling. It should probably be reviewed in longer than 6 hours.

Many of the questions are intentionally confusing, like using EXCEPT or other contortions to make it difficult to understand the question. The creator should just ask the question without resorting to these cheap tricks.
I let the audio play in its entirety but I was advised that I only had 4 hours and 47 minutes of class. The audio should equal the full course time requirement.

The test questions are unclear in some of the sections. There is a lot of run own sentences and the descriptive nature of the adjuster, claimant, insurer, etc just added to the frustration of understanding the questions and having to read them more than once to get a clear understanding.

The read to me would improve with an actual human reading the material -- separate is pronounced differently depending on whether it is used as an adjective or verb.

My only hiccup would just be more layman verbiage as we are learning the concepts. Hard to bring up a live example here, but that was really my ONLY roadblock at times. I found myself googling what some phrases meant as I was reading but otherwise very well put together.

A 6 hour course took me over 2 weeks to complete. I am not familiar with Homeowners Insurance and the audio reader was VERY dry. My specialty of insurance is Contractors GL.
Segments were much longer on this particular lesson, and I did not feel as confident as I did with lesson utilizing shorter segments.

I found the references in Section 2.5 - Good Corporate Citizenship to ESG and Black Lives Matter very inappropriate considering the questionable ethics involved in them.

Check your audio versus the text being read. "Lienholder" is pronounce "lean holder" not "Lie in holder". There are several instances of mispronounced words such as the one I mentioned.

I like the short chapter breakdown with test following each chapter instead of a comprehensive final! I liked the use of multiple names with/separating similar terms, because in this industry, the use of confusing terms and multiple names for the same thing or outdated terms, and terminologies is so prevalent!

Obviously written by agents - an adjuster would NEVER be this confused regarding claim payments or application of coverage. This course was a mess. Right down to the Quizzes containing questions that were not even to be addressed until subsequent chapters. Additional coverages, building codes etc were questions on the chapter 3 quiz - but were never taught until chapter 4. Give us a break, huh???

maybe expand on your questions you had some tricky questions that at the end of the exam if i could review my answers would have been helpful to see where i got it wrong and why
Mortgage values should not be used for replacement cost ass they are based on market values and amounts owed not replacement cost. Market Value has nothing to do with repacment cost. Also, your standard home policy assumes Building Ordinance Coverage is included, however this is not standard and is an optional coverage. It is included for replacement cost on dwellings, but it is optional and therefore if a partial loss occurs on a unendorsed policy would not be covered. The questions do not match the correct answers

I would say only about 20% of the questions on the test had anything at all to do with ethics. The rest were all about the claims process, which again, has nothing to do with ethics.
There is a question in chapter 3 which states company Z but none of the answers is for a company Z they are all for a company X. ???

This content does nothing to enhance my skills, knowledge, nor ability to do my job. Many are vague, obtuse, and have multiple possible correct answers. I am now worse at my job than before this course by virtue of wasting six hours of my life that I could have been helping customers and actually adjusting claims. This is a quintessential example of a bullshit job that requires box ticking that serves no valuable purpose and, in fact, detracts from the industry as a whole as well as the personal lives and wellbeing of the people working therein. This entire activity is a farce and exercise in intentionally squandering resources for the sake of bureaucratic bullshit.

I love that it gave many examples, which I feel is so important when applying concepts! I was really struggling with a similar program through Exam FX. I did not feel like they were clear or gave examples. This program was definitely more effective!

The girl that sold me the product had all the answers I needed to get this package. I had bought a package from Kaplan and didn't use it due to they had email wrong and I couldnt get them to answer phone. Also doesnt report to the state when you complete CE for 3 days. I waited till last minute
My only suggestion is the man's voice was a little robotic. Sometimes I turned it off and just read it myself. I would have liked to have heard a better reader. the classes were all great though!

Written presentation very dull. Too much content/quiz questions for allocated CE. Took much longer than six hours to complete.
Having to Log Back in every hour, let me keep going or is this back time. I learned a lot in the content, 120 is a lot for 6:75 hours, but I did it.
I called in and the gentleman that helped me was very helpful and found what i needed.
I have used Web CE for all of CE credits & I will continue using this product in the future.

This course was very good and very difficulty, due the questions. It appeared much more timely-as in taking far more time than should be necessary to take it. I recommend a revision to reduce the time spent on it...as this was a really big negative.

I did experience a few questions where the answer options were unclear. IE: Claim 5 where Richie failed to set his parking break. The answer is Damaged sustained as a result of Jack's breach of duty. What duty did the Adjuster Jack, breach? Also, the Appraisal information is not correct. In some Homeowners Policies the Appraisers and umpire are required to be Disinterested and Competent.

The time listed as having to complete seems longer than necessary. I understand the credit hours, however, some of the required time in the section was longer than necessary. Course took longer than 6 hrs and I read faster than the audio and did not take long at all on the tests.
Read-it-to-me audio - could tell this was not an actual person reading the way it read - it would state things like 'slash' for a slash...etc. Interactives - unsure where the actual interactives were other than the exams, which was great and no need for final was fabulous. Videos - no videos Ease of use/Time to complete - definitely easy to use, however THE TIMING SEEMS WAY OFF. This 6 hr course took me 8 hrs and I went right through everything....needs decrease of course for better accuate timing.
It would be nice if there were some videos and interactive content. Listening to text being read can become monotonous

I was a bit surprised with all the references to Christianity and God in the beginning of the course. Do those who do not believe in God (or at least the Christian God) not have ethics?
Unfortunately a large amount of the course was about decision making, reserves, and settling claims. As a field adjuster, we are not typically involved in that as independent IA's. I enjoyed the review of the details of all you included. A great refreshers to things so easy to overlook and forget! Thanks.

In chapter 10 you used the term translate/translator in reference to taking statements. Translators only work with writing. The appropriate term is interpreter because they work with spoken word.

The only thing I had a problem with is, in the read-it-to-me audio some heteronyms (words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently and mean different things) are pronounced incorrectly for context. (such as the word object, being pronounced OB-ject, instead of ob-JECT)
If I recall from my prior courses through webce, there was no audio translation, and a recommendation was made specifically for that feature. Bravo for implementing this feature. It allows for more liberty to move around and keeps the course from becoming dry with read-only content.

Many of the questions had circumstantial scenarios requiring further information to answer appropriately. Three of the questions involving Total Loss vehicles were blatantly wrong. The use of "good, better, best" answer formats is archaic and unwarranted in a case-by-case claim scenario as each situation should be treated on merits. An argument could have been cast for many claims based questions. Overall a terrible representation when it came to any claim-based word problem.
Check the length as it seems more than 6 hours.
It helped having time to complete the course and opportunities to retake the exam.
The Auto play did not start upon refreshing the page or moving forward in the course, for some reason, although I selected "Yes".

It says: "West Virgin" when it means West Virginia. Chapter 21 question 1 has a typo. Answer option C mispells the adjuster's name as ick instead of Nick.

It would be beneficial if Read-it-to-me audio could also read the test questions and answers. Sometimes you're exhausted or your dyslexia kicks in and you misread the question.
Not that it mattered in the end for me, but several exam answers were incorrect.
I was grateful for the read-it-to-me audio. However, I felt it could have been a little more intuitive. for example, if the text showed "thirty (30) days" the audio would say thirty thirty days. Also, I'd like to hear a difference in the audio from the text of the course and the titles or headlines. It seems that might the audio a little more clear.

Your courses are great. I believe some of your content about on-line applications is out of date. Almost half of our business is obtained on line. Another aspect is all the "in person" comments- like "The claim should be denied in person and in writing." Again, out of date.
Some questions have more than one answer and should not be graded as wrong. Or some questions require you to think something the Claimant may or may not feel or know and the system thinks they have the correct answer buy in my opinion I'm correct.

Surprisingly informative
This course is long and it might be helpful if you added videos to illustrate concepts and situations a claims adjuster might find themselves in.
I keep getting the "must confirm identity" nags right in the middle of a video I am listening to while reading the content. It does not pause my video and I lose my place. It then takes me much unnecessary time to figure out where I was in the audio and because the nag covers what I was reading, I cannot remember what part I was on. These nags, while perhaps required, ought to momentarily pause the audio ( it keeps speaking and I lose my place -- Please make it so that the nags pause the voice reading the content that I am reading along with it. That nag makes me lose my place and it is hard to get it synchronized again. ) at least make the nag pop-up non-modal so that I could manually pause the video, answer the nag, and then continue. If you take my suggestions seriously, it would benefit your clientele and I, for one, would definitely appreciate it and continue to use WebCE for my required continuing education.
Several questions and answers were not aligned with the radio buttons. For example, there were several correct answers that were marked as incorrect, even though the feedback was for the correct answer marked incorrect.

To much about liability and third party liability along with Law cases that are pretty irrelevant for todays Insurance Adjuster. The part about "file" disbursement is way off target considering all carriers are doing that repeatedly regardless of what the licensed adjuster is expected to do. You should have a section on carrier "Auditors" and "Appraisers" which have replaced the adjusters anyway

WebCE offers all the services that an adjuster requires to satisfy the required Continuing Education credits for any state. A nice one-stop-shop.

The course was excellent and easy to navigate through.
I found several type-o's in the material or a few questions that the grammar wasn't clear in understanding what was being asked. For example question number 28 on this exam, who is Devon? The question starts of talking about a person's husband dying in an accident, then starts talking about Devon without identifying who Devon was. I think having someone else other than the creator of the questions, proof read these may uncover these nuances.
Courses indicated as "new" flagged upon purchase as "repeated" within the last 2 years (although they were new courses). Clarification surrounding available courses/applicable courses would be helpful.

Questions are too long and wordy
I like the option to read it myself or choose to listen to the content. The course navigation is very easy and clear.
Excellent material and conveniently presented.
I was slow to realize the value of features within this course that helps you to review chapters. I loved the methods of reviewing and retakes, imbedding the acquired knowledge in my memory.
I like that I was able to test out and get 100%.

Shorter worded questions
I would have liked to use the read it to me audio feature, but the voice selected is so robotic and awkward sounding that it is hard to listen to. The voice is a bit disjointed and pauses too long between sentences or paragraphs. A more personable voice would greatly improve this feature.
I liked being able to go back in and out of chapters.

Some of the questions were confusing.
I don't recall the # of the question I missed but it was an "empathy vs. sympathy" type question. I believe my answer was correct. By providing this information, I believe you are now ethically bound to review and verify your test answers are accurate. Enjoyed the course. Thank you.
