Everything was Great

Some questions & answer options could have been worded more clearly/concisely.

One of the example questions used a fake business named "Turner Dairies" which is only one letter removed from a book called the Turner Diaries which glorifies terrorism and inspired the Oklahoma City bombings of the 1990s. If this reference was intentional, it has no place in the course.

The course was good. I would like to recommend slowing down the audio speed for Chapter 5 Section 5.2. There is a lot of complex information in Section 5.2.Please consider adding audio speed 8.5 or 9.5.

Best part of this course was 3.6 Is this Injury covered? With the Q and A. Found it very helpful.

I like the "read aloud to me" feature because I able to understand the material more. It made the course much more fun!!! Thank you so much!

The final part about types of policies would have been enhanced by a visual representation.

As a person who gets easily distracted when reading content, I found the audio provided in these courses to be extremely helpful!

WC is one of the policies I actively sell and it was good to get a deeper understanding of the product. Fairly easy for a 3hr course, and chapters weren't long. Most Chapter and Exam questions were scenarios.

WC is state specific and I would rather get more info the state I am licensed than the country

This was my favorite WC class that I have ever taken in years. Very informative with new, interesting and relevant information presented. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in commercial insurance or Workers Compensation.

last question had a typo. IT stated employee, but it should state employer. I had to assume based on the answers, but it should be corrected as I was held up on that question.

test was too long

2nd course where I have the read-to feature and the time required was considerably less than needed before able to take the exam.

Good content test was questions were good and relevant.

avoid questions that presume employees do not work weekends

Testing over common law, giving scenarios and quizzing on laws from 1800's is simply unnecessary and a waste of time. Do better please. That adds value to no one.

The time required to go through the course material is longer than necessary but otherwise I think the course is excellent.

Question #8 was not clearly written.

I always use and recommend WebCE. It's easy to find what you need and easy to use.

I like that I had the ability to take it as many times as needed. I believe that in having that option allowed me to learn it more thoroughly.

Most of the questions seemed like trick questions.

The course should be more specific to the State of Florida.

Very easy to use, very informative and professionally presented

Very boring and I was completed with all the material in 1 1/2 hours, but had to basically repeat the course to get my mandatory 3 hours for MN. What a waste.

Web CE always has a vast number of courses to choose from and they are easy to access

I feel like the reading portions are shorter, but get to the detail quicker. I like that. I remember years ago reading pages of notes. By the end I didn't remember anything.

I would have liked to learn about how quantum is calculated as it relates to disability percentages.

I enjoyed it, it was very challenging, but effective. Yes there were items that I didn't like but the content was on point.

The short modules, ease of picking back up, etc make this very easy to use.

I found an error on the exam question number 17 states "medial" and should state "medical". Thank you! Tracey Pogue

A good course the history was interesting.

The way in which some of the questions were worded made it difficult to understand exactly what they were asking for.

Audio was VERY annoying. Turned it off.

I would avoid using the term "Beaten" and might replace it with "attacked" or "struck"

I really love the liberal use of specific hypothetical examples. It was also very interesting hearing about the history.

Excellent Class

Some sentences were long and hard to follow; some sentences didn't make sense or had typos. Overall, a good course.

Great course and very effective! My only suggestion would be a more enthusiastic voice for the Read It To Me Audio. The course would have been even more interesting and effective with a more characteristic voice. Or perhaps a variety of voices for different sections. I was close to falling asleep the deeper I got in the course.
