I like the simplicity of the layout and presentation of the course, the "no nonsense" aspect of it. Made it easy to digest the information and the questions were clear.
The system was easy to navigate and page forward or backwards in case you missed something.
I have a difficult time with what I need to do specifically to navigate to critical parts of tests and so just never satisfied with the clarity that I expect or appreciate.
When presenting list of class options to fulfill a requirement, please indicated those classes that have already been taken/no longer qualify. Currently it only tells me once I've put the class in the "cart."

Interesting on the fraud of signing or initialing paperwork for a client. I sure would like to know why Congressional members are not governed by access person, insider information.
I have used this resource several time and every time it has been wonderful.
My only recommendation would be to change the voice of the person reading the material from time to time through the presentation.

Hearing the information is better than having to read it. I retain more information that way. I was able to leave my computer for a few minutes without being logged out which was very convenient.

I found it especially helpful to listen to the audio on 2x speed. When I listen to presenters my mind wanders b/c they typically talk too slow. This was very helpful to me.

For a course described as "case studies," it was very disappointing that the course offered so little description and individual color on so few specific cases. More like another overview, rather than true case studies.

I would LOVE an option where the whole topic is in one audio file where I could listen while taking a walk or drive to work. I tend to absorb info better that way.

Your website is easy to navigate and your content fulfills CE requirements at an inexpensive price...but...in terms of effectiveness..."you get what you pay for" is an understatement. The content is underwhelming at best.

Wow- these are some of the lowest grades I've given to your CE classes. The wording seemed off. It felt like this was in large measure written by someone that is not in our business and had a negative view of advisors. I'm disappointed.
The read-it-to-me voice was so flat & electronic, it was putting me to sleep. I had to turn it off & read the content myself.

really like the content of your material, especially the practice questions and the testing questions. All really good- easy to read and understand.
You asked a question on "legal efficacy" in the exam but did not cover this term in your prep materials. Secondly, the first sentence in Bold Letters of "Fraud Defined" in your prep material states "Fraud is any activity that relies on deception to make a gain." In your practice test you had this as an answer choice. I selected it and you marked it wrong. Don't list it as a choice if it is not an acceptable answer.
WEBCE allows the participant to enjoy what is being learned due to the format and content.
The narration really helped to keep me focused and to absorb the information.

great case tudies
A little bit dry and parochial compared to FINRA CE and our Firm CE, which was more entertaining and used different types of modules, instead of just straight data.
There was one contradiction in my opinion regarding insider trading. The exceptions listed Directors and Executives of corporations are exempt, but following that were examples where the SEC made arrests included Directors and Executives of Corp's.
Having the program "read" the content out loud is a very good way to aid retention of the material.
Your website is very user friendly, easy to follow....
Web CE is my go to website for all my CE needs. Good information, good service.
The audio is a great help in learning the material as I read the material at the same time. I would put in more quizzes to reinforce learning.
The read to me audio is not good. I like a real person doing it. The AI feature does not understand the nuances of reading the material or how to pronounce all words.
Extremely boring. I know it is not WebCE fault, but the amount of CE required is getting out of hand.
practice exam question referenced virtual currencies but I don't think that was covered in the material.
I required assistance to prevent duplication of courses and dual credit. Your staff was excellent in providing me with accurate info
