Chapter 4.2 states that medicare provides long-term care coverage for over 842 million low income people. That is more than the entire population of the USA. It looks like it provides coverage to more like 5.6 million people out of the total 70 million medicaid participants.

There were no videos provided or visible in this course which is a surprise.

Too much material for an 8 hour course! Too many aconyms!

The read-to-me voice is incredibly boring to listen to. I'd recommend getting an actual human to read the script so the material is more engaging.

The scroll bar for the narrator could use some improvement. Either make it bigger or give timestamps for sections on the page. Trying to rewind/find some audio section again on the pages that take ~17 minutes is harder than it needs to be.

The AI voice is absolutely painful to listen to - the lack of intonation, the lack of necessary pauses, it's AWFUL!!! Please charge everyone $1 more and invest in an actual human reading the material!!

I really like being able to pick the speed of the read it to me.

I wish there were more practice problems to prepare for the test. Maybe an exam review with 20 questions with multiple possible questions of all of the course material.

The unlimited exam retakes is amazing! I love that I have to study more to pass the exams.
