I think the read to me function is terrible. It's robotic, boring, and hard to listen to. That needs to be improved. Everything else is good enough. Thanks.

Some of the questions/answers in the tests contained bad grammar and misspellings.

This is my first time using you for my CE, it's the first time doing CE in the insurance world. Retired 1st grade teacher gone insurance agent. I found it very easy to manipulate and understand.

Chapters were relatively short, however, after each chapter was a 5 question quiz. not too hard/bad.

The questions on the exams.... when going back to use the chapter on the exam... the chapter of the question should go tho that chapter instead of going to the top of the page to the first chapter.

A note in the course description should include: Average estimate time to complete X Hours This took way more than 3 hours of credit I am obtaining for this required course. It took almost 6 hours.

I like being able to go back and study the chapter during the exam. I learn a lot from reading/hearing the text the first time, but learn more from having to re-read to locate/verify the answers. during the exam. I like to make 100, so I take the time to re-read to be sure that I have picked the best answer, so this works well for me. Thanks!

I always use WebCE for my CE requirements. It lets me get the hours I need in the most efficient way.

I just love that it is open book and self pace!

The only problem I had was with the Volume, the volume always start out to loud, the volume is to, to loud, it should start with a low volume and adjusted to the readers liking.

Since becoming a General Lines Agent in 2009, I have always used WebCE for my continuing education and will do so until I decide to completely retire. Thank you WebCe!

There was a lot of questions on personal lines and life/health that I don't specialize in. I suppose those are relatable to the general agency public and the ethical principles are the same though.

WEBCE has obviously taken a Positive Leap Forward in being Very Particular about the content and its quality of the material presented. NO mis-spellings and NO conflicting questions and answers. At least so far in my training.

The core content of the course is qualitative and challenging. It makes one to be attentive, and alert so as to do well. You must be smart to comprehend the entire course. The standard is high, and good for the agents to see what they are expected to do on the field with the clients.

Keep up the great work WHILE keeping the prices low

I only got two answers wrong and both of those were where I found the questions ambiguous otherwise this course was easy to understand and very well presented for learning

I do like the "read it to me" feature. But it would help if you could had some videos or other technology that would provide variety and make the overall course more interesting.

The voice reading the material was too slow and not very effective. The class material format was not engaging enough.

The course is very intensive and requires concentration. For me, the Read-it-to-me audio was an irritating distraction and I did not use it at all. The course materials were excellent and satisfied my learning objectives. I took this course, rather than a course which had no exams, because I wanted to be certain that I learned from this course and passed tests rather than simply watching videos. Excellent Course.

This was a fantastic course. I really enjoyed the examples given by situations that drive home the learning and that the content wasn't just about stating only the facts. I would take this course again as a refresher when I need more continuing education on this topic.

The only issue was trying to differentiate between what counted as classroom or not. But I called and the person that answered the phone was very helpful.
