Course issues sometime content would not load. Had to sign in and out to get to the content and exams.

Ease of use and the cirrculum are both wonderful.

The exam is way too easy. Practice exam is tougher. You should screen out answer possibilities that are obviously wrong.

The test was horribly written and overly detailed. One example, an employee showed up on a work call from the beach in her bathing suit so her boss ridiculed her. What lawsuit could she bring against the employer? Why did you convolute the question with her being in a bathing suit? What professional workplace would deem that appropriate professional decorum? Thus, irrelevant to the question at hand and detracts from the learning objectives of the course. Many questions added erroneous details like this

NO. MORE. ROBOVOICE. HIRE VOICE ACTORS TO READ THE COUSE MATERIAL. Also, why don't all the courses have summaries at the end of each chapter? Those are helpful!

I am disappointed that the CRIS courses used to provide 8 hours of state CE credit and now they only provide 3 hours.

The course indicated that I could download the reading material, but I was not able to find here that information was located. Instructions to download or a link to download the material should be made obvious.

Chapters were extremely long.

Please refine searches to jump to the areas found. More interactives. Some content is so long between reviews the relevant information gets lost.

Very goof presentation...

References to Skype should be removed. Microsoft took that offline in May 2025. The questions in the test skewed largely towards discrimination topics, which were barely mentioned in the course, with zero questions on the endorsements that might adjust a homeowner policy to account for working from home, which feels like the point of this course.

Awesome courses! Love the ease of taking the class from the computer.

The only issues I've had, are trying to log-in. Sometimes the log-in option doesn't appear.

Sorry to say, but this was the worst course I have ever taken. Most of the course was very poorly written; many grammatical and typological errors caused confusion and a need to repeatedly re-read. I've never had this issue with any other course. It was monotonous, even though I have many years of experience with this stuff .

I noticed a ton of typos and grammar mistakes, as well as questions for one chapter's quiz where the detailed information wasn't presented until the next chapter. This was disappointing, but everything else about these courses has been very good.

In the exams, i especially like the ability to go back to the material per the blue link to the chapter for review. That really helped me remember what I had read.

Employment Related Risks too long winded and For those unfamiliar with commercial this can seem daunting or too comprehensive. May want to include interactive checking for knowledge or understanding in each of these subsections. Something interactive or engaging for knowledge retention.

Terrific courses. Explanations of insurance related items were very clear and understandable. Easy read!

I didn't like that there were so many "filler" words. I would rather learn and read only the facts related to the subject matter.

I liked the check-in questions throughout the course

The AI generated reading was horrible. There was very little to do with actually working from home and the coverage gaps that creates.

Material is redundant. A lot of repeating same info over & over but I suppose that is probably to help drill it in our heads

Chapter two in this course was much too long. For the amount of information, you may want to look into making that a two hour course along with another part of this one.

WebCE is excellent. Very easy to understand and use. I would highly recommend.

There are sections within the course that are lengthy (20+ minute sections) and could benefit more if broken down .

The AI voice was distracting on many occasions, mispronounced words and cadence, primarily.

Specifically, Business Data is NOT covered in an unendorsed HO policy. I had to go ahead and choose that it was so that I could just move on in the course. But overall, this is the most enjoyable of the 24 hrs I've undertaken this renewal period.

Just a very hard test have to listen to detail. But it is suppose to be complicated to help you learn this one was a challenge.

A lot of material which didn't seem relevant at times if more than half of test questions focus on one or two subjects.

I wish I had written down section, but saw where "employer" was used instead of "employee" .... or vice versa.

Whoever read the contents sounded like artificial intelligence not a real person. The way some words were pronounced was off (Teleworker for example) and the pacing of the speech was off. It was a bit distracting trying to listen to the voice with it sounding like a computer reading the text.

I could not find any audio or video on this course I read the manual and took the exam. Did not see any video or audio option. I was surprised.

Need to have the ability to word search for this class

I found this particular course very difficult to comprehend. I needed to re-read multiple times for understanding. Most courses take about as much time, or less, as the credits earned (ex: 3 hours to complete a 3 credit course). This course doubled the time. I would NOT recommend this particular course to anyone. I STILL don't completely understand the content. I'm very relieved I am fairly good at taking tests.

Need to be more interactives with different colors. Perhaps some matching. Questions were very simplified both when learning & the exam. A lot of the questions could be easily guessed at.

Great Quality, Comprehensive material, ease of listening to the audio method. Good course for everyone to take if working from home.

Was the narrator a bot? He spoke very fast and pronounced some of the words in a strange way. For an example, listen to how he says OSHA.

Appropriate and relevant, test matched taught material, felt like they threw in a little too much material to meet the time requirement, but overall a good course.

This course was jammed packed with information. The course title and the content seemed to me a bit misleading, far more legal terms, Laws, & Reg., than the tittle suggested.

Just a note, but there are a few misspelled words in your content. There's one spot where it said, "some else's" instead of "someone else's", and one graphic where organization is spelled with an s: organisation.

The examples are really helpful, video's would be nice to have. I struggle with just reading and being able to remember what I read so the auto is nice and very helpful. Highling key points would be a nice addition. Thank you

There was a lot of information in this course not very related to working from home. Some seemed to be "filler" material to make the course longer, such as many of the "Acts" that would relate to all employees and not specifically to work from home employees.

Great examples of how various situations can impact coverages or gaps for tele-workers. It makes applying concepts more applicable to real life situations.

I have engaged in several courses through WebCE, most of which have been valuable and professionally presented. This course however, was the worst CE I have taken in many years. If this had been my first course, I would seek another provider. Grammar within the course was beyond poor throughout - missing words, lack of subject/verb agreement, and careless writing resulting in inaccurate information (i.e. "...both employees and employees should..). There were multiple references to corporal punishment in professional liability examples & quiz questions for home based instructors - this is an illegal practice in many jurisdictions and as such would not be an insurable - extremely poor example.

Very interesting course, I got hung up on the Laws and many pages of reading laws was hard to absorb in such a short period of time.

This course was completely different from the first one I took. Must have been a totally different personality type who made up this particular test. These are insurance ceu classes, not rocket science! this test was way more sensible than the 'Certificates' test.

There were several missing words and grammatical errors that made reading and comprehending the material difficult. A few examples: From the CGL section: "in an insured's liability exposures at various its business locations" From the Property section: "In short, an a standard building and personal property coverage form" From Homeowner's Personal Property: "property owned by either the employee or the employee might be accidentally damaged, lost, or stolen" From HO Policy Limitations/Definition of Business: "In general, "business" to a full-time, part-time, or occasional trade, profession, or occupation." Most of the discussion on EPLI exposures, including The Equal Pay Act, Title VII, ADEA of 1967, etc. seemed unnecessary, since employers should not be treating teleworking employees differently than in-office employees. The last few paragraphs of that section finally got to that point, but most of the section is more applicable to a full EPLI discussion rather than teleworking EPLI exposures.

There were several grammar & spelling issues in the course.

This is probably the best course I’ve taken from WEBCE
