How about including the right/wrong answers on the examination after you take it. I'd like to learn something.

The AI Narrator mispronouncing and awkward pauses were annoying. Employing a real person would be kinder, giving an intelligent person a job and encourage support of job-seeking populations with education.

None of the videos were available to watch.

More practice questions or a practice quiz at the end would have been perfect!!!

This course read more like an editorial or opinion paper. The writer's bias was keenly obvious and made the course difficult to take seriously.

First time seeing pet insurance, so was not expecting this CE course. Was very lengthy and verbose...and somewhat convoluted. I'm shocked I actually passed on the first try.

The AI voice reading the content doesn't understand punctuation or italics. The monitone voice made me sleepy.

Questioning the reliability & accuracy of the answer to a question at the end of chapter 3, the question pertaining to a "provision stating that the policyholder, rather than the insurer, is responsible for paying some stated percent (such as 20 percent) of covered claims." The question then states "Any of the following labels might be used to describe this provision, EXCEPT"... I selected "deductible" because a deductible is typically a set number/amount, not a percentage. This question was marked wrong and "reimbursement percentage" was listed as correct. Reimbursement percentage, although the insurers responsibility, indirectly implies that the policyholder is then responsible for the remaining percentage. The course content specifically stated that coinsurance, copayment, and reimbursement percentage were all ways of saying the same thing/often used interchangeably. I have never seen a deductible listed as a percentage. I've also noticed that several courses that I have taken this year do not show the students answers when reviewing incorrect course exam questions even though the review specifically states "with student answers" and the course indicated that there were no unanswered questions.

It would be great to see this content in a video presentation or a more animated read-to-me voice. The voice tends to be monotone and become hypnotizing after awhile.

I found this course to be very informative and easy to follow.

Loved that the course links were in the exam to refer back to. There were some typos in the exam questions themselves.

user error likely but the pkg purchase did cover all the hours I needed - complete pkg of 24 hr wou;d nice on my end other great team thank you for everything and how you roll it out I have always enjoyed learning especially unencumbered .

Very good class options and I like the audio assistance too. I am an auditory and visual learner, so this made an even more enjoyable class.

When using the read to me option, when the page had video the video would start when you went to the page and stop the read to me option.

The curse was great. My state I needed 24 credit hours. I ended up having to do 28 because I was unaware that I duplicated a course from less than 2 years ago. A warning feature notifying a student that we are about to duplicate a course would be nice.

There were some typos in the material so you may want to review again.

This course was extremely hard to understand. The material wasn’t great. I’ve had my license a long time and I’ve never struggled with a course like I have this one.

Never ran into this before while taking your courses, but on some of the screens during the course the auto reader doubled talked. It would start to read then while it was reading another would play reading at same time.

Easy to use easy to follow and easy to learn and retain information

This was a great course for adjusters in a fairly new industry of pet insurance. I had no idea it was a 8 billion dollar industry! Having had to euthanize my pet personally it helped me better understand it better the options for Pet insurance.

I didn't like the AI voice, but the content was interesting to learn about.

Actual Reading Time was Closer to 6 Hours for Me. Alot of Reading Material Seemed to Be Repeated.
