There are some errors in the curse, some grammar, some where a "cut and paste" change was put in the wrong place, and a couple of glossary updates that have not been done yet (e.g., ESRD).

I think a nice touch to the course would be adding resources for producers. For example, if someone is struggling with cognitive impairment and may need an authorized rep or POA to start making their decisions, where can we find these resources or direct our clients and their families. I was hoping to learn more about that because it is never made clear anywhere. Do families need a lawyer to complete these things or can a beneficiary simply fill out a form with their designated rep and move forward with that person helping them make their Medicare plan decisions and otherwise?

There were two videos and four examples that didn’t load correctly. There was some misleading information. The course said, “If the individual signs up for both Part A and Part B at the same time (and with the same effective dates), he or she can then elect to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan,” but you do not have to have the same effective dates to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan; you may sign up as soon as you have both Parts A and B.

I was surprised how much of the content of a Medigap course wasn't about Medigap, although that made it easier for me.

Some of the information was out of date - specifically relating to Medicare/Medicaid plans. It's my understanding that there is no longer a quarterly enrollment for those on Medicaid - when they can change their plans.
It covered all the updated information that was needed for my continuing education.

The HSA & HDHP was confusing. In my 23 years I have never encountered this issue.
Some of the material is still discussing 2024 and 2025, yet we are at the end of Feb 2026. It's as though I'm studying history rather than current events.
Even though I have been an agent specializing in the senior market for many years I find returning to basics is a good idea so we dont pick up bad habits. Good course do find some questions are word smith or a little tricky but they do require you know the material.

I wanted the course to involve more advanced in-depth coveage of Medicare Supplements in particular. 60% or more of the course was basic Medicare, MA, and PDP. Please consider advanced coursework in the future.

Two things. 1) The specific dollar amounts for deductibles, etc. should be for the current year. 2) Your data for changing Part D plans every month if someone has Extra Help is no longer valid. Consumers with Extra Help can only change Part D plans if they have a status change with LIS level (for example, New to LIS or lost LIS) or if they have another SEP such as change in residence, OEP, etc. Still like the courses. Thanks for the variety of Medicare related credits.
This is Wisconsin so the use of plan a or b or d, etc. is not applicable to how are plans are pesented.

This module would have been better from a comprehensive view if the the format was broken down with the use of bullet points to highlight the nuances of the qualifying dates for disability, hospital stay benefit periods of a disabled person and their qualification dates for Medicare, and disability, etc.

The Read It to Me audio, in some sections was very fast. It transitioned from paragraph to paragraph, within sub sections, very quickly without normal, conversational pauses.
The audio could be improved as there needs to be a pause at the end of a sentence instead of a run on into the next sentence or paragraph. Get very confusing to follow the audio.

Under the acronym section, I believe if there is a “period” in the end of the text of each acronym description, the AI voice would pause. If you listen to the AI voice read this section, it is very hard to listen too and read at the same time. Just an FYI.

The course incorrectly states that the Open Enrollment Period is Oct15-Dec 7 however that is the Annual Enrollment Period.
This course provided very detailed information that is most helpful for agents/brokers as well as providing historic information on Medicare and Medicaid which is very helpful when educating clients during appointments and enrollments.
This was complicated and very nuanced topic, the content was excellent and did an excellent job teasing out those nuances in coordinating benefits and reinforcing areas to watch out for.

Extra Help Levels of Assistance: stated those approved for Extra Help pay no plan premium..that is not correct...we have it all the time in states like CA and others that their premium is so high that the LIS does not pay it all.
I did notice that the LIS EP quarterly has not been updated; as well as, OEP being used instead of AEP Annual Enrollment Period per CMS and carriers info; and the 5 star plans have not been available in 2024, 2025, nor 2026 due to a lawsuit over the program.
The information was helpful and the quizzes where great help in test preparation.

The only issue I noticed is the occasional slip when referring to various enrollment periods during that portion of the course, and parts of the quiz questions. At one point there was a question along the lines of "Mark enrolled in a new plan during *open enrollment* and it is now January 10th and he has been informed by his doctor that this plan will not cover all of his services. What should you tell Mark if he asks if he can change his plan again?". And the correct answer to the question was "He can change his plan again anytime from January 1st to March 31st". This is confusing because what the question is actually saying is that Mark changed his plan during *Annual Enrollment* and would like to change again. *Open Enrollment* is Jan 1st-March 31st but only allows one change during that period. It was easy enough to infer what was being asked, but I can see how it might cause confusion.

I very much like that you can choose to turn the audio auto lay on or off as necessary. I also greatly appreciate that i can speed up the playback rate of the audio. I do not have time to listen to slowly recited audio. Placing the playback on 1.5 allowed me to clearly hear the information and not waste time.
Very good course structure
I've been with WebCE for 15 years. This is the first year that I put some classes in my cart and had to come back the next day to complete the purchase. I lost my items and then had to HOLD them, then had multiple HOLDS! PLEASE MAKE YOUR CART LIKE AN AMAZON CART!!! Don't have me lose my classes or have to jump through hoops to save the cart! I didn't like that the Read-it-to-me audio seemed to be one continuous recording. If I wanted to go back a bit, it was hard to know how far. I'd like to be able to click on a word and start from there or have some sort of markers at the beginning of sections somehow.
Practice exams very touchy in answer selection. a cursor slip selects the wrong answer. Important to confirm one's answers are correctly selected.

Upon logging in the day after I studied, I had to search and then call in to find the course I ordered as the main page seemed to indicate I had done, and paid for nothing. My only observation.
The only item to consider is if you have 5 questions at the end of each chapter why the 40 question test?
WebCE has the widest course selection, the most optional formats (some of us have disabilities), and has had reliable and accurate CE reporting ... all at a fair price. Thank you!

Your chapter test question: When prospecting for new Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D clients, attending and distributing informational materials at health fairs and senior expos is prohibited. The answer to this should be true. but you claim it is false. Yet in chapter 4.8 it states: Medicare professionals may do any of the following when PROSPECTING for new customers: attend and distribute materials at health fairs and senior expos yet your question says this is false. Can you please fix this?

I really enjoyed this course, but some of the wording is off. If it were proofed and corrected it would be awesome.
During several of the modules there was disruptive simultaneous speech/overlapping dialogue, it was the same recording but about a 10 second lag. I had to log off and reconnect to stop it.
The play/pause button needs to be at the bottom of the window or side column and remain viewable at all times.

Test Qestion 24 has and answer D of $6,704040. Not the right answer, but come on, check the typos. Medicare is complicated enough. This course should have separated the medicare program, and the details of the specific plans into two separate courses. Too many acronyms, too many 10,20,30,60,90,100,120 days, months this, months that. I just wat to throw up after this course. This course, in of itself, should be a 40 hour in class course.
I'm really not sure how to better provide the content. Pretty dry stuff and you just have to soldier through it.

I have been doing Medicare for over a dozen years, but some of the material about COBRA unique circumstances were challenging; nonetheless, good content and I am glad that I enrolled in this course.

A video would be great for the COBRA, Employer Coverage and Medicare interaction, I have come across that with clients.
In Section 3.8 "Medicare as Secondary Payer-Coordination with Group Health Insurance", Under "Order of Payment", Option 3: "If an employee is in a group of 20 or more employees....", I feel that this section leads a producer to possibly advise a client to take part B when they have creditable coverage already simply because it may help with some high OOP cost sharing associated with their EGHP. I think this overlooks the much more important scenario of this client's Medigap Open Enrollment Period would also begin and after 6-months of having Part B, they would no longer be eligible for Guaranteed Issue Medigap plans once retired. I would personally suggest the client to to consider how much his EGHP costs, (including premium, OOP cost sharing expectations, etc) compared to A&B+Medigap+Part D (or MA for that matter), and make the decision from there. At the very least, an additional statement should be to suggest the producer discuss the implications of losing the one-time only Medigap Open Enrollment Period by enrolling in Part B while having Creditable EGHP Coverage. Great training though, definitely picked up a few solid nuggets re: Medicaid.

a couple of the questions and answers needed more detail to answer correctly ie: #19 - answer did not state the child was dependent, nor did it state the employee had family coverage.

It would be my hope that someone who sells PDPs also sells MA plans - STOP CALLING IT OPEN ENROLLMENT. It is the Annual Enrollment Period - Open Enrollment is SPECIFIC to MA election periods, and using that term when describing AEP for PDP plans is INCREDIBLY MISLEADING. If you do insist on continuing to call it the "open enrollment period" then you should fix section 5.3 - you use Annual Enrollment Period - CORRECTLY. Also, the term provider, which discussing a Part D company is also misleading - providers are doctors, nurses, hospitals, etc. Carrier, or company would be less confusing.

The only thing I wish to bring up is when you mentioned that Extra Help was a Medicare Program the verbiage could be a bit misleading as it Applies to Medicare coverage, but it is regulated and administered by the Social Security Office. New agents may misinform clients if they believe assumptive language such as this.
A consistent issue is the read-to-me audio. Please find another program that can read or hire a person to record. The errors your program makes are very distracting. Diagnostic Related Groups is not Dr. G. That is just one example.

Not likely to order from WebCE again as I've retired and this will probably be the last time I want to keep my license active.
I have been using Kaplan for my CE credit courses since I got my health insurance license and though it was a great site. However, now that Ive experienced Web Ce my mindset has changed and I truly enjoy Web Ce much better. Ive learned more during the courses I took. The courses were much more engaging, fun and interesting. I also feel like I attainted the knowledge from courses for test much better. Thank you for the course and allowing me to do my continuing CE credits with your company!
The course material is always easy to understand and the flow of material is spot on. Good sequence and structure of materials.
The examples made it easy for me to retain the information on the penalties.
I have been using WebCe for my education hours for over 20 years.
Short chapters are excellent for understanding the subject. I prefer chapter individual exam instead of a final exam of all chapters.
The information provided on these courses were very helpful and will be used going forward when working with my clients.
The language was very clear. Much better than the AHIP training on Medicare. I was able to grasp this complete topic easily.
It would be helpful if the little sub-sections were all combined so that there are fewer click-throughs. If there are seven sections, then seven "Continue" clicks. Just my two cents. Thanks!
Content was very well presented. Essential information for topics was included. Identified objectives were well addressed. Presenter could speak more slowly without having run on sentences.

The test exams are confusing in some cases. For example, enrollment into a Medicare Supplement plan-while the answer is the Open Enrollment Period, because there are so many enrollment periods, it would be helpful to narrow it down. IEP or SEP is more specific than OEP.

I liked the options that were available for the speed of the reading material. It was easy to navigate and I like the practice questions at the end of each topic. I feel like it better prepared me for the exams. I really enjoy using WebCE and will continue to use/recommend it.
The coverage gap was mentioned in a chapter where it did not apply anymore. Please double-check your coverage gap mentions, to be sure they are not ambiguous to the student. Thanks!

This course, Medicare Coordination with Employer Health Plans, was extremely completed with COBRA and HSA and all of the rules, who pays first, timeframe of when decisions need to be made. Just rather overwhelming. That is not the courses fault necessarily other than the fact that everything moved so fast through the course. Maybe more examples? I don't know exactly what would help the most - I must admit, particularly on HSAs, I already recommend that they member speak with their financial advisor!!

Read to me is great. sometimes I follow along and view the text while it is being read. Also, phone support is great. i also love the quick reporting to NJ Ins, CFP and IMCA for CIMA
read to me option was read in a monotone, with no regard to sentence meaning or structure. Difficult to listen to.
I liked that this was current, updated for 2025.

VERY INTERESTING
I was disappointed that one of the answers I had answered correctly came back saying I chose another answer and it was marked wrong. I actually scored 100% on the test but when I chose the option to see the "wrong" question, it was one that I know I answered correctly (#20 in reference to the duration of COBRA for a terminated employee = 18 months -- it said I chose 36 months in error).

I found this class difficult to keep up with all of the options available to purchase as well as the coverages offered by each.
The time it took me to study and test on the material was closer to 7 hours, which seemed a little to long for the 5 CPE credits earned.

This course was way too detailed on the history of Medicare, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage. I think the course would be better if it were shorter and more focused on current day plans and less history.
When you list the break down of the Chapters it would be nice if you listed the times with them. and give and over all time for completion. This way I could fit it better into my work day. All so give time to complete chapters.
Great way for CE Credit Fulfillment
Medigap portion was confusing to me.
This included much more than Part D Prescription Drug coverage so it was longer than it should have been.

thought i would have examples of how the coordination of employer plan and medicare works on costs. this is a question I get and some examples would be helpful

maybe consider more emphasis on the MA plans negotiating with medical providers on cost and more emphasis on approval methods for services are by the MA plans administrators and not the same as original Medicare. Can delay necessary services.

This kind of felt like a waste of time. There was very little novel information here and it felt like over half was basic Medicare review. I was hoping for more complex examples of the interactions between employer coverage and Medicare because that's what I primarily run into working with university retirees. This was so basic and simple that I felt like I was just plowing through to complete the requirement; I literally got 100% on the exam, which took maybe five minutes to complete, just by skimming the material; it seems like it should be SLIGHTLY more difficult. The exam, practice questions, and course content all seemed AI-generated and even if they weren't I'd rather not get that impression. Just not very good, very boring, very pointless.

Really liked the format. Last time I used this site it was horrible many years ago. So I moved to another provider. Decided to use you again due to coupon I got and the course hours fit what I needed. Especially like the end of section quizes for the class equivalent s. Was surprised at the total test of the Medicare supplement class tho, I expected it to also be just section driven.
The language could be structured more understandably in a few places in this course. Sometimes the logic is a bit convoluted and not warranted.

I was interested in WHY a person would buy Medigap policies vs Medicare Advantage. That distinction was not made. Also, more analysis of the deductible coverage showing numbers should have been part of this course. What solution is best? I still don't know.

I believe there was an error regarding HSA contributions in the material.
The read-it-to-me audio was good overall, but in places it was obvious that it was AI-generated. That was a bit distracting, but still a good way to ingest the material.
