I really liked the exercises - comparing insurance declarations and the easy case scenarios.

Once again, the way some this course and the questions in it are structured are kind of weird. That the course fails to go into several relevant points. One being peer to peer or car sharing is something many insurers for PAP will not do and insuring them can require separate or specialty polices in some states. Another being that Loss damage waivers are sometimes called physical damage waivers which is not to be confused with partial damage waivers.

Sometimes only using abbreviations can be confusing.

The content is well written and applicable to my insurance license. I enjoyed the course.

I felt more confused on the coverage of a rental car than I did when I started. I'm not sure that it was WebCE and the material provided or if it was just me and I had trouble grasping the information.

I appreciated having the audio reading of the text as well as the text, I would appreciate having the reader do some "pausing" in the reading. In other words don't just read like a machine. Make it more conversational and less robotic. Still, I appreciate the format.

Interesting content. I do wish when you pass the exam but have some incorrect answers, that you can see those questions/answers.

I like that your classes , but online and you don't have to leave your office or home. More case studies or examples to better explains some of the coverages or concepts. I would say that the material isn't easy, but I just had to take my time and try to understand the content.

There seems to be a misssing explanation in the example of both the PAP and the car rental company considering their coverage to be excess.

it feels like AI or a vendor offshore is used based on the audio and use of the phrase diminution of value. That is usually referred to as diminished value.

This is a confusing topic, but I thought the WebCE class explained it very well.

Once I read section 2 I had a clearer understanding of section 1. I could have used some the explanations/definitions from Section 2 first.

Questions are not worded well, lacking content and overall just not good.

Even though I scored 100% in the exam, I found that many of the questions on the exam used incorrect grammar which made it difficult to answer the questions as the questions as stated were left ambiguous. Also, much of the questions and course work were completely irrelevant to the learning objective and the exam questions were at times irrelevant and downright silly.

Content of this course covered the topic very compensively. It was amazing to me to see what was included. I learned a lot - as I always do with your courses. Very good!

I still want to know the answers to the question(s) I did not get right.

The " i am not a robot " takes forever to register. I had to do it at least 20x's.

I think visual will help a bit more the tone of the auto reader tends to blend together with visuals following along i think it may be easier to retain the information.

Could be simplified more. Main answer is pretty much 1. it depends and 2. hard to say. Very murky and somewhat shady area of coverage.

Not Florida specific and the practice quiz/tests were not relevant to the final exam. But, overall an easy one to pass so who am I to complain.

Course was good. Auto insurance is way too complicated for the public to understand.

Provide a copy of the graded exam

Felt couple questions were trick questions. ie) one’s own life/safety would be more important concern than insurance language!

The whole course was great. I have been in the insurance business 36 years. Great to update knowledge!

love the read to me feature being automatically built in but it does glitch at time where it will stop midsentence. Refreshing the page helps but will relocate you somewhere else in the chapters

Alot of the questions and answer choices are worded very badly. There is one question on the exam that has a paragraph long explanation before asking a question that wasn't even related to the material.

A few of the test questions were left to interpretation. For example, one of them says choose the "best" course of action for an insured. There wasn't enough information supplied to do so. I answered it correctly, but I think it was by luck.

The questions asked in the middle of the reading material were not answered.

The automated voice makes for a difficult class.
