I loved reading about the case studies/fraud examples in this course.

Improvements could be made to remove test answers that were silly, like a choice for bad breath when answer is bad faith; subjective answer choices with multiple correct answers but needing to select the "most obvious" red flag of the correct answers

With the complexity of the content, this is quite trivial. There were a lot of spelling errors in questions during exam. I think it would be easy to miss some of the questions if I didn't have the tenure I have. Just an observation. Appreciate WebCE

Some of the questions appeared misleading or in a grey area

If you're going to tell a 25 minute story, it should be a video or maybe some sort of interactive content. It was soo boring.

If using the read only function and one of the chapters is very long, the system should not time out because of this. I had to log off and log back on because one of the stories was longer than the "time-out" time limit. Also, the content should not be political or opinionated. Facts only please!

Sections 3 and 4 do not present very well. The fact patterns are overly complicated and the main concepts get lost.

This course was fantastic. The "stories" throughout made it an interesting course. It kept me engaged. Great job!

I feel like most questions on the final exam were worded to trick you. I had to read and re-read each question several times. I don't like that.

Loved the course. One matter that needs to be addressed here... You inject socio-political opinions into the course materials that are subjectively false. Specifically the mentions of the 2020 riots. Protestors DID set fire to property and cities and 30 people were murdered. Those are the actual facts and they are irrefutable. May I suggest removing these kinds of comments as they represent a political side and your students are of all political backgrounds. Thank you for listening.

The wording on some of the quiz & exam questions are unnecessarily too wordy, too confusing and some have poor grammar that makes the questions unnecessarily complicated.

EAsy to use

I understand several of the questions are auto selected to be included in the exams. Several times I answered the same question 2-3 times in a row on the same exam. Different names and values associated with the question, however the questions all got to the same point and had the same answer. Again, 2-3 questions back-to-back. May want to look into that. Also, several grammatical errors in the questions can lead to ambiguity in the correct answers.

I enjoyed the information and found it very useful.

This course was very interesting. I learned a lot about insurance fraud. The exam wasn't too bad and some of the questions were basically using common sense.

I found it interesting that even though the content was read to me, I finished the course material in just over four hours. Unfortunately I could not take the test until I had reached 8 hours so I basically had to do the course twice.

All was clear and provided good content, however 8hours is a very long time for this course as I was able to complete it in 3.

While the stories were entertaining, I got very little from them relative to the course requirements.

Indirection, Word-Play and inconsistent term usage is a tired component of content creation. This out-dated, lazy and offensive technique greatly hinders those with functioning learning disabilities. You have the best platform for CE, stop being complacent and using IRMI materials and progress into your own content. Others generate quality content, like Disrupt Data Development in Dallas, TX. They have an entire catalog I've been using for my SCLA; maybe give them a ring.

I like that there were stories of actual fraud cases, made it more engaging.

There were some grammatical spelling errors, but I cant cut and paste to show.

Many of the questions in the exam on insurance fraud do not support the mindset we as insurance professionals need to have. They are insensitive, unempathetic, and frankly, offensive. Please re-write these questions, you do not need to kill a dog to make a point about red flags, or joke about someone going to prison to ask how an insurance payout for a mortgage lender would work. Disappointing.

The case scenarios made this course more enjoyable and easier to learn

This section was so interesting. Depressing, but interesting. Only slightly annoying is the robotic mispronunciations and misplaced emphasis in the readings.
