I have been using Web-Ce for at least 6n years. So easy to find what I need to qualify for the next year. The Staff is very friendly and helpful!

This course as always is very difficult and it's hard to understand all the lawyer language/talk!

This was a much better course than the last one I had to take.

I believe health and life agents should not be held responsible to learn about P&C. And visa versa!

I found this exam to be more challenging than previous exams I have taken on WebCE- perhaps due to the specificity of information and close correlation of some of the laws/data.

The legislative updates should be instructor led with emphasis on what you want the student to retain. This expectation to memorize all this content is burdensome.

Other than just stating what changes came about and the benefits to the public, which are commendable, it would have been interesting to see an explanation of why each change became necessary or what prompted it at this particular time.

It is a good program.

I don't understand why a Life insurance person has to learn about commerical insurance.

The material was easier to understand with less confusing legal jargon.

There needs to be a separate legislative update course for property/casualty and life/accident/health updates. Unless you are adjusting both lines, there is no reason to study both.

Would be helpful to post how often course completions are reported to the DOI. I had to dig for that information.
