The course has explained Agency better and more clearly this time or perhaps after 12 times taking the course, I understand it more clearly.
The system is awkward on the iPad and not as smooth as it could be. Also, it’s not as clear as it could be -how to operate the system.
I've been taking this class for over ten years, but I guess it's always good to get a refresher.

Again buttons pyshed dont work, also im noticing these courses take longer than allotted time.
For the average person, they would not grasp the amount of information given. I had no issues, but it was very technical and I venture to say that in my experience the average agent would be confused, since they are, in most cases, not capable of understanding the process.
I especially liked the examples given and case studies. as it reinforced the lessons more clearly.
Bigger letter size would be required to show on the screen to understand.
The font size on 2 of the forms were impossible to read. If a form is attached for review, it should be legible.
