Some questions were too long to read and could have been trimmed down. Some questions had information that was not necessary to the situation.

Some of the words was no pronounced correctly with that AI system on alot of chapters and sone words didn't make sense as worded

The coverages reviewed in the course were not relevant to the state laws of MN. So, it got to be confusing when they asked about certain things like rental car coverage, or medical payments coverage and other items that differ in MN from the base ISO policy.

In one of the sections multiple choice practice questions, the same answer was listed twice as the first and second answer options. The correct answer was the first of the two exactly the same worded answers. Please remove the second listed same answer from the practice questions. Soemone did not proof read this material.

The time required to complete each section is too long. The class can be done in a shorter amount of time for a fast reader and the time clock is ridiculous. I believe the material covered is what’s most important. Treating this like a high school class that you can get out of until the “bell rings” is unfair.

The timers on the classes are miserable. The material can be finished in much shorter time than what the clock rolls for. At least get rid of the requirement to have to enter your password so we can just let it play in the background and use AirPods to listen without being timed out so our hands are free to continue with life. Having to be up all night to stare at my phone screen to ensure I don’t get kicked out of my phone because of the password thing every hour is truly miserable. Please get rid of it.

In the longer chapters and paragraphs , it would have been extra beneficial for me if you would have enumerated and/or bulleted short phrases more often. Also I really benefitted from the practice quizes ... so I would have liked to have had more practice quizes -- more often -- to break up some of the longer stretches of content.

It is "easy" as it satisfies the requirements. It disappoints me that the content does not fill the required hours.

I like the course to read it out loud and it only did that a couple of times, be nice to read all materials out loud.

There are a few questions for which there is not ample information to choose a correct answer. Also, i believe there are 1 or 2 that are simply incorrect.

For chapter 8: I felt the module was too long. It needs to be broken up into several sectors with pratice exams. It is too much information for one module.

Way to much reading

Needs for Interactive and video. The course was dry and hard to focus on. The read it feature is nice, needs a real voice with inflections, tonal changes, and the ability to pronounce insurance abbreviations correctly.

It wasn't that easy to get to the answer with that link. It covers a lot of material per Chapter and you really have to deep dive to find it.

I liked when there were examples in the material about what is covered in certain situations and what endorsements it would relate to.

The Indiana requirement for proctoring the exam is a bit cumbersome, but doable.

I did have 2 questions that none of the answers seemed right to me. Both were the same type of question concerning what expenses would not be covered from an accident. All available answers should have been covered by the insured's Medical Insurance. Questions 10 & 11. I would really like to know the answers to those 2 questions! Thank you. JAJ

I personally like it because when I get tired of reading I can listen to the concepts, but if I want to go faster, as is my case, I can read and skip through the chapters more quickly.

Extremely thorough content with great scenarios regarding coverage or issues.

Proofreading to eliminate redundant paragraphs and names don't always match. Some answers required knowledge not in the curriculum (maybe that's expected, but typically not good pedagogy unless cited as a pre-requisite in the course objectives or syllabus.)

Finished the course with multiple hours to spare, had to keep it open until reaching the 10 hour requirement. A little annoying but overall a great course!

Everything was easy. I like it gives you the option to go back and see what you got wrong in the practice questions and also give you the option to go back into the chapters to help find the answers to the questions. I also like the examples it made it easier to understand what you were reading. It was like a clear breakdown.

It was fast and easy because for most of us it is a review to continue our licenses going forward. However, there are several areas that provided a clearer understanding of the entire insurance policy, soup to nuts.

If you remember having that one teacher who picked the most left-field questions to ask on exams- that's exactly what these practice questions felt like. The wording could be less corporate jargon and more user friendly.

This particular course was unnecessarily difficult. It was as if they purposelfully came up with the most difficult questions humanly possible just in order to squeeze more questions to equal 120 of them. MANY of the questions were not even pertinent to Ohio, where I an renewing my license for. I do NOT recommend this particular course even though I passed. It was unnecessrily difficult. (20 year insurance agent)

More time needs to be allotted to complete. The use of videos would also be helpful.

On this course I felt the time constraints were not set correctly per the course. I had extra time but could not continue with the Exam due to the time constraint the system put. I could have used that time to actually do the final exam but it was restricting.

Give the option to speed up or slow down the speech pattern of the reader

The person or thing, reading the material, mispronounces words and ignores punctuation. This makes it slightly difficult to understand complex topics.

The automatic reading didn't continue on each page - I had to reactivate the page and click it myself multiple times. This meant I couldn't listen continuously without logging back it. That's the only thing I'd change - let me listen to it all the whole way through

Dont have AI read the material. there is no emotion and reads letter A as "eye" and cannot read the sentence to distinguish live (leeve) or live (l eye ve) if that makes sense. Same spelling different pronunciations.

The only dislike is the amount of time required to complete the sections. I took a pre licensing exam recently, so a lot of the information is still fresh, so it didn't take me long to get through the information and quizzes

I was disappointed in the fact the timer did not keep accurate course time. Only 1 minute would add to the current course time to every 5 actual minutes. I had to sit and wait for an hour for the last 20 minutes to finish so test could be taken.

I love how the courses are set up and easy to follow.

I did like that the course layout was user friendly. However, I wish the course was more interactive with video's and tips on how to remember some of the concepts.

I enjoy web ce lay out,. I wish there was more images / templates to look at. Some of the questions are trick questions, for sure, where more than one answer is correct. This makes it a little hard to pick the correct answer also. It is nice that you can log in, save time, and come back to it as needed and as you have time.

I always entrust my continuing ED to WebCE and I am satisfied with the same each renewal. I would recommend a continuous audio to go through the smaller sections. I like to listen while doing chores or on a walk and continually having to move sections does get a bit tedious.

Easy to use

This course specifically teaches some things that are not correct in the industry. The most stated problem is with psych care under liability claims. It is common in the industry to cover these types of psychological treatment.

As this is for MA CE credits, the content was not Massachusetts specific and a lot of the information was actually inaccurate for the state guidelines. This led to confusion on practice tests and likely mistakes in the test environment

Some of the training material was unclear or misspelled. Better proofing might make it easier to understand the questions.

I found some spelling errors in a few of the mods.

The very last chapter was half the class. It needs to be divided up, with more practice tests, or, if you won't split the chapter into multiple chapters, provide more than five practice questions. Only 5 questions for a chapter that took me hours to review were too few.

The endorsement section wasn't as clear as I would have liked, but the final exam was perfect for the questions about endorsements.

The computer voice was too fast; it had some slight mispronunciations and pauses were not consistent.

Its ridiculous that if you can speed read you can not take the test until 10 hours are up. I just left the computer on for 6 hours.

I had a lot of technical issues trying to complete this course with internet problems on the website. I emailed you about it today but luckily I was able to persevere through the difficulties and passed the final exam. I’m glad to be done for this years requirements

The prepared programs to choose from based on the state made it so much easier to choose from and begin CE.

There are at least 10 questions that were worded weird and answers were necessarily accurate.

There were some typos in the course content that could be confusing if I didn't use context clues to figure out what the course was trying to tell me. Sometimes it was a typo in a word, but more often than not it was the wrong name or the wrong word being used in the wrong place. Other than the typos this course was refreshingly straightforward and easy to use. I appreciated being able to review the information I got wrong so I could improve myself moving forward.

Having to sit in the course for the duration is not optimal.

The AI used to read the text was annoying and not always accurate.

Can obtain Con-Ed hours on my own time!

I don't like that the State of Texas forces us to read slow in order to complete the classes in the time that the present. The course that states it takes 10hours doesn't take that long to read and take the quiz. Having to complete my CE's by waiting on the computer time is stupid.

I'm a seasoned professional and I can read through the material quickly. I've gone through WebCE for many years and this new requirement of having to wait 10 hours to complete a course is ridiculous. I don't know if I will consider WebCE for future continuing Education.

I would like the search feature to be a little better. When I search for a word or phrase, I would like to go to that word or phrase and be able to tab to the next search match.

I liked that I could go straight to the practice questions and that they were very similar to the ones asked on the exams! Best course I have ever taken. Other companies don't allow to fast forward content or skip around but I will definitely only be using Webce in the future.

Having required time spend on modules before you are allowed to take the test isn't efficient. I could have and should have completed all the courses in half the time.

webce's website is stuck in 2018. although the insurance industry has changed since COVID, it still has not been updated. questions that don't apply to agents on a day to day basis, such as claims questions, are asked and i am not sure how many hours i need to complete, as when i purchased the courses it only required 48 hours, however my co-workers state its 60 hours so im not sure.

The endorsements were the number as opposed to the title or name of the endorsement in the last section of practice questions. This caused a bit of consternation as I had not memorized the numbers.

There is no course out there that provides the quality of tools, and sets people up for success like WebCE. I am truly grateful that I was able to use this to further my career!

My only recommendation would be to include more visual examples of coverages or exclusions to help establish the difference in the mind of the student, because many of the coverages and exclusions contain the same words and are difficult to remember.

The orator was terrible. I had to turn off the audio and read it myself. There were run on sentences, mispronounced words and infliction of sound was incorrect making it difficult to comprehend.

Examples make unclear rules much more understandable. It would be great if plain language was used verses exclusions and exclusion exceptions! The two questions it said I got wrong were correct per my earlier practice questions, but no correct answers were given for the two I supposedly got wrong....

All other courses I have taken were easy to follow and understand. This one was not. I was hard to follow and hard to go back and look up what was necessary. I did not like this particular course.

I did notice several typos within the course, ranging from use of "any way" where "anyway" would have been correct, to one section where several sentences were duplicated, resulting in a jumbled, unclear paragraph.

I will only use WEBCE from now on. I love it!!

The font made it easy to read the questions. Only having 5 questions at a time to answer made it easier to study in chunks.

I decided on 12 hours perhaps you could split this 12 hours into 4 segments to make easier.

curse was good and easy but i would like it for it to be a little bit more short since moms and full time workers don't have that much time to be reading so much information. for final test maybe if is also 20 questions would be better, but overall great curse i would definitely recommend.

I've learned a great deal of the subject matter than I had expected to. I was an agent for 17 years and this was the most I've learned throughout the years about my profession. I'm more well-informed of the do's and don't of insurance. I had only one set back of not being able to log into the system one day, but it was resolved in a timely manner. The information contained in this course was informative and was explained with good examples on how this coverages and/or exclusions would apply. However, the amount of credit hours of 24 actually takes 48 hours in real time studying to complete. Just have to be aware to allow for this extra time.

As I work from home or often only have time to test when I am home, I either had to call in someone to proctor or take my laptop to somewhere to test with a proctor. I did see where the virtual proctor is also an option but found it difficult to get someone to find the same time to spend with me while I tested. Other than this, the text, video and testing was easy to use and understand.

This was some great information. I relearned so much about Personal Auto Policy coverage. Although I have been doing my insurance profession for over 20 years, there were still some questions, I needed to rethink. I love the way the questions on the test can be a little tricky, that keeps the mind sharp.

Question #31 should be reconsidered. Its arguable that both C&D are examples of collision events, in both examples the insured collided with something and if the insured vehicle sustained damages the damage would be paid under collision benefits pending they have such coverage.

I thought that the material was informative and presented in a format that was easy to understand. I liked the audio because it helped to keep me focused. My only negative comment is that some of the questions lacked details that were important in answering the questions. It was only on 3-4 questions. This course is far superior to other companies that I have taken. I will stick with WebCE.

At times, it was hard to understand the AI reading the contact. I would have to go back several times to relisten. Also, it seemed more geared to California law than the majority of the United States for the most part, adjusting to current state laws, In one’s mind, made it a little easier. At least the test questions were pretty much straightforward and could easily be answered.

Thus far, I find these courses well made and tailored to test an agents reasoning and logic in such a fashion as to foster a fair and reasonable retention of the information presented.

Text only study filled with legal jargon like "tortfeasor". Just write it in a way that makes sense to a regular person, not a lawyer.

Great and easy to use as always.
