The only thing that I did not like is that I was unable to finish the test due to the time not moving at a certain time. Which for me was 7hrs and 37 minutes I tried for a few days re-going through the questions but no change. But once I received a new email I was able to complete the test.

This course was very difficult and confusing, the open book exam helped make the exam a little more easier however, it wasn't enough to actually help me pass the first few attempts. The exam it too broad to apply to everyone selling insurance. This exam is harder than the actual state exam.

If your wanting the public to choose your course over the many other options then maybe don't make the exam so hard that an agent with years of experience has to take it like 6 or 7 times. I will find another course for next time

I feel that this particular course is too long and covers far too much material to be completed in in one sitting, it needs to be broken up into smaller sections with separate quizzes of say 50 questions each instead of one quiz of 100 questions

The last 10 hour exam was very challenging. Several questions were very ambiguous. The last test was definitely a challenge but I still will continue to recommend webce.com for continuing education education.

It would be nice if the course questions and answers aligned with the learning content verbatim, a lot of the questions and answers were subjective to the learning.

There were a few random glitches on quizzes. Correct answer was selected but it appeared in red with green check beside number or red X beside number and selected answer in green as correct.

The following questions were not clear: #22 The question stated she was 25, then said "turning 25" >as student away from home needing endorsement. However, the verbiage in the reading state < 24 years of age. Rather confusing. #40 in reference to Motorcycles being used seasonally and coverage: Chapter 5 verbiage used "Lay-up provision", however, answer showed "Lay-up warrenty". Not clear as to whether I answered either of these correctly.

The time allotted to fulfill courses was inadequate at my pace. I needed a longer window than scheduled by Progressive to complete

I would like for the longest sections to be divided up a little more so that I'm able to memorize the information better, but it's a personal exception of mines. The course is great!

The reader guy is WAY too fast. And we could choose or switch voices. But way too fast. Please give more examples. I don't work in some of these areas and examples seriously help me get it.

100 Questions in a row is a lot to handle in one test. They should split it up into at least 40 questions like some of the other Ces

i'm a bail agent required to complete 24 hrs. C.E... Nothing you offer is pertinent to that class of business. Maybe the Ethics stuff could be pertinent. Very frustrating spending so much time on materials I have no use for!!!

There were too many math related questions for me. It took me 4 tries.. I finally passed. I bet most of this was user error.. me being the user.

While I thought it was a good course, and I'm glad I passed, I felt it covered a lot of topics in one class. I almost feel it should be split into two courses, not one. I guess I felt overwhelmed at times. I don't know, perhaps that is just me.

The course did its job and filled in a lot of information that I needed to pass the test. My one Critique, however, would be the automated voice over. I feel like the timing and the inflexion of the voice left a lot to be desired. Maybe an actual human voice over would correct this.

I will continue to use this product and course again when courses are needed.

This program is very detailed and provides you with important information about the Insurance Industry to keep you up to date and refreshed on the information to help you continue to grow in your career.

This last section provided too much information all at once. The allotted time for completion was 5 hours but with that amount of information, reading through all of the sections I found myself losing interest. It was just too much information to absorb all in one sitting.

I am a State Farm agent. SF is the largest insurer of boats under 26 ft in length in the U.S. The section on boats, more so then is much of the course, geared towards independent agents and ISO form numbers.

The information on having a virtual proctor was not understood. It made it seem that a proctor would be provided to work with.

There were numerous errors in the wording. As is the question weren't confusing enough. The text felt ridiculously long. Almost like run on sentences. I feel like the exams questions were extremely difficult to decipher in comparison to the text. I liked is that the courses is quick until you reach the exam portion. I did like the fact that progress is saved.

I've been using WEBCE for over a decade. Also, when I call with a question about reciprocity between states, I get a specific answer, not a vague "I'm not sure" (I recently moved from NJ to FL)

The test was unusually long, 55 questions for a 10 credit course took a long time to complete. A 5 credit course is usually 25 questions, so it might be wise to pair it down to 50 questions or less.

You have a question about reasonable actions to take if a pet owner is concerned about their cat. The answer to this question is inaccurate. Declawing cats is not a reasonable or correct action to take. This is animal cruelty and is widely regarded by veterinarians as dangerous, cruel, and unhelpful. This question should be re-written to remove the apparent endorsement of this practice by the insurance industry. This is where people learn things about their job. If you teach them something immoral when they're just starting out, they'll never know any better.

The long 7 hour course was ROUGH, just because it has so many chapters and parts. Otherwise, great CE courses.

I beleive there is an error on sailboats. I believe the liabilty coverage is there is the sailboat is 26' or less, not more.

As a direct writer I found it more difficult thanit needed to be. I have no cluee what a HO form 14 is or an HO4-4. I felt it could have covered the material in an easier manner by using endorsement names and discriptions could have been easier to use.

It would be helpful to add to the "rules of the exam" that it is Untimed. I dont believe that is spelled out anywhere. Otherwise I was very happy with this process.

The exam was very lenghty with 55 questions which was alot. Otherwise always easy to navigate and understand the content. Blessings~

An excess of case studies are a moot point when we both reader, and writer understand the point of CE is to efficiently summarize what has happened in the market since last CE.... and other notable reminders. To drown the material with case studies and hypotheticals the writer finds subjectively interesting is too tangential to be effective.

The questions do not need to be so lengthy. By the time I am done reading all the fictitious names of people and agencies I forget the actual question.

There were some issues with the read-to-me, the narrator/bot mispronounced many words like lead, read, and FEMA. Also, please revise to not use "thus" in what felt like every single lesson. This is a long lesson and it helps to be able to bounce back and forth between the read-to-me and independently to keep you going, but to want to turn it off for repetitiveness was disappointing. Overall, good course and I like them much better than other providers. See you in two years.

your questions are midleading just like the state test. ive been in insurance 20 years and your numerous questions do not apply nor are discussed in every day insurance. even googling for 2 days to find the answers is hard. if you would just stick to the policy contracts which are verbatum, it makes it more accruate and professional. but to mislead and to try to be generalize only makes for an agent being unprofessional to clients. your test answers are not realistic compared to the real world of insurance. we go by contracts, not generalizations...i passed 85% but its because your questions are misleading

Excellent course

This course was VERY HARD. I took the exam about 12 times to actually and finally past it. Chapter 1 and 2 are very long. Too much material to read. This exam was very stress full. Also when I typed in a key word to help search it will always say 0 found. It did that everytime I searched for subject I was looking for. I'm just glad I passed and done with it.

Prefer courses with tests on each chapter instead of a long, comprehensive exam.

I do not remember what the question was, but it was clear in the text, but the question I got wrong.

Only suggestion I might make is when performing a search through the material content in addition to being highlighted could have option to jump to next or previous occurrence of word or phrase. Otherwise well constructed.

THIS TEST WAS INSANELY HARD AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOOK FOR ANSWERS OPEN BOOK. NOT ALL THE ANSWERS WERE CUT AND DRY. WILL NOT TAKE THIS ONE EVER AGAIN....

I missed the practice questions at the end of the Chapters. I was not clear on some of the information I wanted to be.
