The course was well organized and easy to follow. I especially liked the clear explanations and chapter structure, which made it easy to review key concepts. The quizzes helped reinforce the material. One possible improvement would be to include more real-world examples and practice questions throughout the course. The exam questions seemed very dumbed down. They should be more appropriate to the course work and there should not be duplicate questions.
Some of the questions were slightly misleading between Part D and Part B drugs; however, the content was updated to current times (2026) which is always a bonus!

The narrator speed needs to match the course requirement. so far 1 course went longer than requirement. My reading speed let me finish and pass exam quite a bit faster than the required time.
I thought the course was very appropriate for reviewing information I learned early on in my time as an insurance agent and learning so much about MA's because I don't sell them and I really wanted to learn more so that I can better advise my clients.

The only complaint is the discrepancy between time required to move on to the test and how long it took me, a slow reader to read through and complete each module. I ended up needing to 'listen' to the reader in each module to get enough time in logged. It was just annoying but I did it. Content was good and I will be back in 2 years.
Rewind and Forward buttons would be very helpful.
The audio presentation was difficult to use. Sentences and parenthetical pauses were "run on" and difficult to follow.
There were a few typos that made some of the content confusing.

The course was advertised for 5 hours. It took 6 hours to get through. Credit should be for 6 hours, not 5.

AS I have previously stated in a previous survey, there is no mention of how the LEP for Part D and Part B are eliminated on attainment of Age 65 by the Medicare Beneficiary. This important for Disabled Beneficiaries to know as they approach Age 65.

The Part D penalty section is incomplete and only partially correct. Those under 65 who incur a Part D (Or Part B penalty too) will have the penalty removed when they turn 65. Also eligibility for LIS also zeroes out penalties.

The course had incorrect information. Extra help will not pay the FULL premium of a part D plan. They will pay a portion. There are plenty of people with extra help and a part D plan that still has to pay a portion of the premium yet your course states and judges differently. They normally pay 75 percent or more with emphasis but they will not always pay all. Take for example the Silverscript Choice plan where in a high percentage of areas people with extra help will stay pay some of the premium. Your course is misleading and will lead to agents providing inaccurate information that directly affects consumers.

it does not take me 6 hours to read and comprehend the material. it is a refresher rarely is there new information. I am a speed reader and I don't need to be slowed down by the timing of the audio. I could've finished in 1 hour or less.
The time to complete the courses does not align with the actual time to complete them. Which is a very frustrating experience.

I hate the new timer on these classes
Requiring participants to be in the course for a specific amount of time, before being allowed to take the final exam. The reason is that participants who finish the content faster are being penalized for being good readers.

After 50 years in benefits and 27 years with my own firm doing compliance I tend to overthink the questions and want to critique (nit pick) the content. In fact the courses are very good and help keep up a standard of education desperately needed in the field.
I think the read to me function is terrible. It's robotic, boring, and hard to listen to. That needs to be improved. Everything else is good enough. Thanks.

I don't like the required time for this course. I'm a fast reader and had to stay on an additional 30 minutes on a random page to get credit. it's a huge waste of time since I have other courses to complete.

I like it so much and found that I could print the course but not untill I got to the history of Medicare. Because I want to read again as feel it is very important to retain the information.
Two things. 1) The specific dollar amounts for deductibles, etc. should be for the current year. 2) Your data for changing Part D plans every month if someone has Extra Help is no longer valid. Consumers with Extra Help can only change Part D plans if they have a status change with LIS level (for example, New to LIS or lost LIS) or if they have another SEP such as change in residence, OEP, etc. Still like the courses. Thanks for the variety of Medicare related credits.
The reading of some of the program acronyms was too slow and robotic. It was distracting and took away from the rest of the course content because when the remainder of the sentence was read there was too long of a pause to make the content flow.
I would like to have the option to have a different voice.

This module would have been better from a comprehensive view if the the format was broken down with the use of bullet points to highlight the nuances of the qualifying dates for disability, hospital stay benefit periods of a disabled person and their qualification dates for Medicare, and disability, etc.

Your course was excellent however, for Texas, we actually had to wait the entire 4 hours or more to be able to finish. In all exams, some students usually finish before time. That I believe was excessive.

The course needs to be updated for 2026, since we are already in February.
The content is vast and comprehensive but the exam questions are very narrow and ask the exact same question (e.g. the initial enrollment period) three times in different wording.

sometimes after taking a quiz, the % is incorrect. For example, on one it told me that I had all the answers correct and none incorrect. Then it said that I got 93%. The math ain't mathin'!!

More visual aids ... diagrams, lists, charts. The ones in the content were generally good. These visual aids are especially valuable for visual learners.
When discussing qualifications for Medicaid, there should have been more emphasis on using a prepaid funeral plan to reduce assets in order to become eligible.
Read-it-to-me audio should be a better voice
The material is very dense and needs some further interactions besides just quizzes. Some videos or slides presentations would break up some of the material and make it easier to understand.

The entire course can be completed in a shorter time than the 6 hours and 40 minutes that one is required to stay in the course materials, it is highly unnecessary and I do not think I will be using WebCE in the future. I took an online option for quick efficiency and ease of use. This is not what I received
The course material was fine but I greatly dislike the required time to stay in a course and being interrupted every hour requiring me to sign in again, disrupting my focus. People learn and move through materials at different paces. Having to stay in an online course with the materials open for 2 hours and 30 minutes is an incredible waste of time for working professionals plus those with families.
Some lessons could be broken into smaller segments.
All of the module questions were relative to the objective of the course. The 5 or 6 module exam questions were appropriate. The 50 question exam was interesting to take, questions were representative of the full course subjects. Being able to search for the answers reinforced the info to be learned.
All of the questions are updated to include current real-time info. The questions are not unclear, though sometimes I have difficulty with the "Except" and "Not" questions. That is just me needing to read more clearly. Don't change a thing,.

THis course was way too long.
A couple of the Chapter Quiz questions had duplicate identical answers. Several of the "search chapter" did not have the content for the question, this may be a linking issue? However, I very much like not having a final exam in addition to the chapter questions. That part of the format I like very much, and that would cause me to consider using WebCE for my next CE need.

By taking my time and not rushing, had help me to understanding clearly by listen to audio which help me a lot. Without the audio, I may had failed. I listen very well and understanding is very cleared. What I don't like is taking a test when I done so with the state of getting license. I'm already a license agent. But I did learn something very well. Knowledge is good and powerful. I love it.

I dislike the time restrictions for finishing early, however, the content, ease of use and explanations are helpful, productive and educational.
Fast readers should not be penalized for doing three hours work in under an hour. If the questions are answered correctly in a timely manner (so as to discourage looking up the answer), someone shouldn't have to sit there for the full three hours.
To be completely honest, the Exam itself felt easier than the study materials. Questions were worded clearly, and I never felt like any of the questions were "got you" questions. Really wonderful job setting this up and making it easy for people to keep their licenses active. Thank you!

You have an error in the "Glossary" of the 2 credit hour course I just took. I can't remember what the error was - but I know it's there. The error is a number. It may be the number of days for something - but I remember it's a number of some sort.

Instead of TIMING, as experienced individuals, can answer many of the exams with little review, you should offer them to complete the course without a minimum time requirement. I finished PDP plan course in 1 hr 20 minutes, had to wait 2 hours to take the exam. I could not start another course until this one was finished. The pre-existing question should be more specifc. PECE is normailly 3 mths, but in states like NY,it is 6 mths.

The addition of the minimum course timer will make this the last time I use WebCE. I completed the course in less than half the time and had to let my computer run to move on to the next module. I don't have time for that and I didn't learn anything while I just let the timer run. It is nonsense.
With the exception of Ethics , none of the other courses had videos or interactive. I didn't see audio option just an AI abreviated

The time seemed off - I went through the entire course but only registered 3 hours - I had to go back an go through the course again to meet the 6 hour 40 minute requirement..

This is my first time using you for my CE, it's the first time doing CE in the insurance world. Retired 1st grade teacher gone insurance agent. I found it very easy to manipulate and understand.
The Read it to me Audio is great, however, it would be greater if he used a more dynamic voice. very monotone. I fell asleep twice. Still, I appreciated the Audio.
Course was too detailed and long .
I do not agree with having to be logged into the course for 6 hours and 40 minutes to receive credit for this course. If this doesn’t change immediately I will be using a different program in the future. We should not have to be logged in for any specified time to receive credit for any of these courses.
I believe the man speaking is AI but he is soooo monitone, it made it difficult to stay interested in the material.
I am trying to be appointed to Equitrust. I was referred to this site and the NAIC bundle was available. I selected that bundle and was directed to select the other courses, which I did. I spent many hours on the NAIC bundle only to be told that I could not take the exam because I needed a certificate number from the CPB site, which I do not have. That bundle should not have been made available to me if I didn't have the certificate. That was very disappointing. It was a waste of many hours.

This is my third time using WebCE. Easy to use and automatic reporting are 2 big pluses.
I could've realistically had this entire exam done in 25 minutes, seems inefficient to stay logged in for hours.
One BIG improvement would be to be able to access each set of Chapter questions for review prior to the EXAM. There's a lot of material covered over days, and it's challenging to retain this amount of information without the ability to review summarized questions at the end of each chapter. Thanks!
I would have liked to have been able to print the questions to use them as a study guide when I did not pass the quiz the first time. It would have been nice to have that feature.
Looking for reference to some questions in the open book.... sometimes hard to distinguish between answers needed.

I am completing CEs for my Life, Health and Accident license. However, the education is formatted mainly for Health, despite my calling WebCE to confirm the package I needed. I'm mildly concerned I'm completing the incorrect education for my license based on the content.

The Health & Accident Insurance course excels with comprehensive content & exam alignment, but gaps in topics like credit disability and a text-heavy format without visuals need attention. Add missing sections & diagrams to enhance prep!

The presentation segments are too short. The Presentation should be of reasonable time span.
With the amount of time 30 hours and my daily life I am very happy because if i give myself the advance time I'm not rushing to learn but learn or brush up as I go along.

It needs to be updated the Medicare Part D rules are outdated. There is no more coverage gap and it mentions nothing of Medicares M3P program that was started in 2025.
When taking the exam there seems to be alot of "trick" questions. I don't like that. I spend way too much time on one question second guessing myself.

The course material was presently clearly!
Some of the questions were worded funny, which made it difficult to answer properly. For example, plans that stated they began in the middle of a month when Medicare plans start the first of the month.

I do not like the way the reader reads the material on auto-play. It is read like a robot with no intonations and makes it hard to understand. So I chose read mode majority of the times.

The time to complete is unrealistic. All I could do was go straight to the test - by passing all reading material - and hunt for the answers. That was not ideal for me.
this one took over an hour longer than it said it would which makes no sense to me as i took 2 others at 3 hr and 2 hrs that were on or under that time limit.

In chapter 5,2 and 5.3 of medicare part d course, you referred to coverage gap and gap insurance. Coverage gap used to refer to a large gap in Rx coverage which went out of existence on 12/31/24. What do you mean? Also gap insurance - what do you mean? Did you forget to take it out? If not, pls change wording.
One suggestion may be to use less robotic sounding reading audio.

For my CE classes I always use WebCE. The new rule passed by the State of Tx to me is not a good rule, I know WebCE had nothing to do with that rule. But I have been in this business for a long time, this particular course was not that hard to me & only took me 40 minutes to complete, some of the other courses might take me longer than the allotted time. But as agents, we should have free reign to take as long as we need to take to complete these sections & test or vice versa. If it takes longer so be it, if we finish quickly because that particular section is easier - that is o.k. also. But we shouldn't be made to be on a particular section a certain amount of time just to pass. Just voicing my opinion which I know will not matter. I only sell Medicare/Medicaid - not life or long term - so I went through this section quickly because it is what I do on a daily basis.

You mentioned the ACA creates incentives for employers for offering coverage and penalties to ones that do not. What are the incentives?
A section of the course material that I am familiar with needed to be updated in commenserate with the new regulations regarding Medicare Part D prescription price changes as a result of the "drug price reduction act" that eliminated the "coverage gap" and places limits on thje cost of eligible diabetic medications. Fortunately there were no specific questions related to Part D in the exam.
Itis an affordable way to meet CE requirements... less time consuming and more convenient to complete online than attending a class.

In the Health Insurance for Seniors course i think there may be an incorrect statement regarding part A benefits. You state that a person discharged from an inpatient stay has 60 days of coverage. My understanding is that the 60 days of continuation from discharge is ONLY for the same medical event, not a new one. Other than that, this is the first CE course in 15 years that I have enjoyed, and copied segments for future reference.
To me this course was very interesting because I love selling insurance especially Medicare Supplements.
There is something wrong with the counter on this. I compared the time spent to the actual time. This says one minute when two had actually passed when compared to my phone clock and computer clock.
I like to see more Medicare questions on these course and test.
Definitely not as complex as I thought it would be. Very informative easy to understand and go back if needed to reread the chapter.

There was a question regarding Medicaid prior to any discussion of Medicaid. There was also a question regarding Medicaid that had not been mentioned in the section on Supplements. Please proofread.
The coverage gap was mentioned in a chapter where it did not apply anymore. Please double-check your coverage gap mentions, to be sure they are not ambiguous to the student. Thanks!

This program should be a 3 - 4 hour course credit
I buy from webce every 2 years and this was the least pleasing experience. The quizes were excessively long and wordy. I usually copy and paste in the "control find" in the course helper however this time was unable to do so. Lastly even when I finished a course I had to spend hours on it which I haven't had to in the past. This year was just excessive, and I wouldn't recommend it if it's like this again.

the audio speaker is talking too fast, so apparently too much material to get in the time frame so he speaks fast. I would like to see the questions and answers of the one I missed to learn what I missed. The course is more than 5 hrs to complete..
Very repetitive
Course time is ridiculous! Supposed to be 2 hours credit / 1:40 total. This course required well over 3:20 hours if you listen to entire thing! Should be 4 hours credit. Credit hours need to be increased or course time reduced. Had the opposite issue with prior course, ACA and the Basics of Health Insurance Exchanges, 4 hour course (3:20) that only took about 2:30 so I had to sit on computer for extra 50 minutes to meet the time limit and take the final exam.
This course took way over the 4 hrs and 10 mins to complete.
I thought materials were laid out in a very organized manner. good font also.

Well, none of us enjoy doing CE. I think you'll find that most if not all agents find it to be just an annoying chore. I dislike going over the same materials every time for the basic 24 hours. I wish there was more variety and different subjects. I also wish that the tests were a LOT easier and shorter. We absolutely do not have to be experts on this this to do our jobs. But I iiked the convenience of getting it all done in one course. Thanks.
The reading of the content is terrible. There is no grammitical inflection, thus very hard to stay focused.
After reading materials and completing the tests… I had to go back and sit in the modules to accrue time to meet the minimum. There could be vids with new info to listen to while meeting time requirements, rather than reviewing

The taxation of early Roth distributions should be more comprehensive and differ somewhat from early distributions from a traditional IRA.
Health insurance laws are so complex, it was hard to remember all the different sections because I only deal in LTC policies & Medicare Supplement policies. It was well written and it was good to review and update myself. I can better assist clients
This a CE course, not initial training. I feel like got hit by a firehose of information. Way over the top for me. But then, I only sell Medicare.
I liked the ease of the program and the ability to refence the chapter.
More courses that actually pertain to my day-to-day job as a licensed agent @ a call center
Chapters were relatively short, however, after each chapter was a 5 question quiz. not too hard/bad.
The time requirement for the class was too high
Since I was studying for Medicare, I shouldn't have to study about Long Term Care and/plus their taxes.
This took much longer than the stated time, but good material.
It is anoying that after the completion of the tests when you hit continue, it automatically gives you the questions to review them, even if they are right or wrong. Will be better if to review the test is an option
Web CE is the most current material of any CE providers I have used. It makes it much easier to complete the exam when the material is current and accurate. Web CE will be my Go-to CE provider

when you are looking for an answer you should be able to get to the section where the answer is located. When you click to find the answer going back to the begining of the chapter takes a longer time
I do not believe the course clock works as it should. It says it takes 2:30 to complete and it would not let me complete till long after.

Chapter 9, health and accident insurance examQ2- How long can an insured who has a STD plan expect to be paid benefits? The answer you use is 6 months. I sell it with Washington National supplemental accident policies and we have a 12 month benefit duration. Then on Q3- I chose 2 years, as 1 year was not an option. not choice, Again you made 6 months as the proper choice. Due to these errors, I failed the test. Please correct your trainings so this is better.

There was so much content here! Especially in the Medicare Supplements. I am printing off these charts - how is anyone supposed to retain this fully without some type of visual aide?!
This one had a lot of material inside each part so it went easy for the read along but it was kind of a lot of material all at once to then remember when taking the quiz. Some of the questions didn't make sense from material per se so you had to go back and look for the right one. The final exam was long. Felt like I would never finish.
For questions I missed on exam it would be helpful to know what the correct answer was.
For classroom equivalent courses, I'd like to be able to print a copy of the course for post course completion review throughout the year. The hours invested versus the time to complete the course is too broad and not accurate to time invested in the course.

My main issue is the wording of the exam questions they are sometimes not very clearly worded on how to answer. There is a lot of ambiguity.

Some of the information on this seemed out of date
Practice test had wrong answer for question regarding preventive care. The answer was based on non- preventive care. Also, how can I learn from my mistakes if you don't tell me what the correct answer is to the ones I miss. If I were to fail the test you don't even let me know which ones I missed. That doesn't really help me learn from my mistakes.

I found that the time allotted for the class of 5 hrs to be insufficient. It spanned 20 chapters in length.

Very informative reading
For illinois, I would recommend the basic health insurance course and CE credit be more easily and readily findable on the website. Basic health + Ethics course is not easily identifiable when shopping for CE courses. I was initially very confused about which course package to buy because the website pushed primarily the life and health insurance package when browsing & i reluctantly ede dup choosing it due to the inclusion of the mandatory ethics course already being included in the bundle. If the same was offered for health insurance only (bundle package), I would have been able to get through this leg of the process much easier and faster. The inventory selection is muddled and a bit unclear, which led me to making an unecessary purchase.

In discussing the penalty that employers will be subject to if their plans are not "Affordable" and the employee gets a premium subsidy on the Exchange, the information does not state whether these penalties are monthly, or annually. Also, in counting the number of employees (to determine the amount of the penalties), is it employees in each month, previous year or other?

This was one of the most confusing classes that I have taken with you. The formatting and the questions were difficult to follow. There was misinformation and responses that required stretch rounding, when that really isn't the point. The information was not laid out very well, and the test questions and answers were not consistent with the way other content has been offered. It was frustrating looking for answers that were not there or that the outcome caused more confusion. The goal is always to give the user the material, not trick them and go through those types of gyrations.

you're showing Medicare Plan G max out of pocket at over $7,000. Not true! Plan G has a deductible of $240 (Part B premium) and that's also the max out of pocket as long as those are Medicare approved expenses. You need to fix that.

I like the fact that this was an open book test. The dislike that I have about the course is that it was extremely long.
I have used WebCE for several agent license renewals. I find it works with my schedule, is easy to understand and follow.
When the audio was reading aloud there is an echo on the majority of the courses making it difficult to follow along and focus.
Crammed too many types, descriptions and depth of most areas for a short "basics" course which only added confusion.

One thing that may improve the audio is having a recording of a person deliberately reading the content. Sometimes the program reading the words will mistake two words that are spelled the same and pronounce something incorrectly or otherwise make small errors an actual person normally would not.

Seems it takes almost twice the time to complete than awarded. Likely a personal issue but if ALL content is consumed at even 1.5x the reading rate? It took much longer to complete this course than anticipated.

Some of the content didn't actually have the related information pertaining to the question. I've been doing this for a while so I was able to understand the question but if one was looking for a direct answer it wasn't there for some of the questions. Normally, it's very clear but if you really take your time and read the all of the information, you will come out with the correct answer. Thank you! I love this program!

It would be helpful to see the correct answers when reviewing the missed questions. It was no help for me to see what I missed. I would have learned from my mistake, but as it is I still don't see the correct answer.

I was unable to determine how to add CE credit for my designation when purchasing the course. When I clicked "go back" to select CE credit, I went "in circles"

I believe one of the questions and the Study Guide are incorrect: “17. For purposes of determining Damon’s eligibility for Medicaid, which of these assets is considered exempt? IRA; rental property, CD, car.” According to https://www.medicaidplanningassistance.org/medicaid-eligibility-california/ ,both an automobile and an IRA are considered exempt. Who should we believe?

The health insurance portion was a bit tedious. This final exam not up to the standards of others I've taken from WebCE. Duplicate questions, poorly worded questions, and questions of minimal importance.
Content a bit redundant in some places and wording not easy to follow. Less text and more examples would be more helpful in understanding the concepts in this course.

In one of the chapters the question number 5 did not populate and I failed that one.
Loved this course because it had substance, not just a bunch of words that were difficult to understand or confusing. It was clear and well written. I will definitely only use WebCE for my continuing education courses.
Tests at the end of each chapter makes it much better than having only one test at the end of the course. All the courses should have this approach.

Testing should be short quizzes showing wrong and right answers —Final test the same way, we need to know the wrong answers, and learn from our mistakes, need to incluid video lectures, boring reading and reading
Alot of information to remember.
Way to much information covered and expected to know
questions are vague and can be misinterpreted e.g. medicare type A or B for hip fracture - this is often an inpatient procedure. Bad choice for a Medicare question. wrong answers in final quiz are shown but correct answers and explanations are not shown. wrong answers were generally the result of inexact explanations in the text. The final quiz should hyperlink back to the section from which the answer derives to complete the circle of learning. thanks.

I like being able to go back and study the chapter during the exam. I learn a lot from reading/hearing the text the first time, but learn more from having to re-read to locate/verify the answers. during the exam. I like to make 100, so I take the time to re-read to be sure that I have picked the best answer, so this works well for me. Thanks!
