The ME Health study guide had more grammar typos than past courses I have complete. More charts for easy study could be created for: tax status, Medicare, general DI. Overall an excellent job.

Half the stuff on the exam I never heard of-- They need to take the Annuity shit off the test--- I don't even sale Annuities-- that was 30$ of the test--- what a waste--- Doesn't make sense.

So far, nothing that I have been directed to sign up for and use as far as "Pre-exam Prep", study material, all the way to signing up for and taking the actual state test, has gone smoothly. The entire system is unorganized and unhelpful. For people hoping to further their career and gain licensure to practice their new professions, you would think that the process of getting that license would be perfectly organized and professional. Neither of those words (Organized and Professional) are words that I would use to describe the licensing and prep companies for Michigan Insurance.

For visual learners like me this course was exceptionally challenging because there were no animations or visual graphics to go with the endless amount of words to read. The Read-it-for-me was useless because of how monotone it was.

I studied and took practice when it came to the test it was like a foreign language. Horrible experience. This is easy and covers nothing significantly and the man speaks in a monotone and it is hard to listen to .

The read-it-to-me audit was difficult to listen to. There's no inflection and it made it challenging to follow along. I had the same problem with the EXCEED training videos.

Create a wider range of simulation exam questions. It got to a point where I recognized all of them & wasn't having to think about the concepts to answer them

best part of course was the plethora of sample questions & the study guide key points PPT. Super frustrating that 20% of the content was literally a cut & paste from the CO Regs, there were no pratice tests after each of these huge blocks of materials, especially since this material counts for almost half your final test score. The overall course material is a bit outdated with some info incorrect (re: the 'new' ACA & % of AGI). Also there should be no charge for the study guide workbook as it should be included with the course in order to help accomodate all types of learners.

The automated reading was a bit slow, and I had to move much slower thru the material to follow along with the timing of the audio.

MY only real recommendation is to double check what is AI created- there were some very minor issues with how the content was presented. I also would recommend a bit more interactive parts.

the video guy needs to clean up his presentation. he stumbled a lot and jumbled some things together. it is a video he can reshoot the video as much as needed to make it presentable.

The end of lesson questions could be worded more closely to exam question. Modifications need to be made to automatically take user back to log in after going idle. When I would stop to take a break, I would get the notification saying I was logged out but since it was still on the lesson page & showed it me as still logged in, I was under the impression that timer started back once I started interacting again. I was lacking 8hrs to qualify for course completion because of this.

The quick quizzes at the end are only a few questions and give you a false sense of confidence at times.

I did have a hard time trying to find everything at first . But as soon as I took the time to read the instruction clearly. It was much easier.

I think this course could be better if it was slightly more engaging with more videos explaining definitions and policies. I find I learn a lot when a real person is explaining things along with the words on the screen like the guy in the videos. He helped alot!

I would only comment on the very mundane audio reading, but I am not sure it matter I just noticed it.

While the read aloud feature is helpful, it could be improved by not speaking the section numbers of each regulation at the beginning of each major section. It is extra information that I do not believe a test candidate needs to study or understand.

I think that the questions should be closer to those on the State exam

while I did love the read it to me voice I wish it didn't sound so much like a robot as I had background music playing to make it bearable. but I did enjoy that feature as it allowed me to study and stay focused while I was on the road

It is a little dry and the question on the practice tests and final really need to be closer to the questions asked for the Arkansas state final. I will use WebCE again. It was challenging but a good study course

This is the best pre-licensing I've ever taken. I took the state exam back in 2016 and I can honestly say that this course was easy to use, made the learning experience better, and has prepared me for the state exam. 100x better than the 2016 pre-licensing course I took in 2016. Brian did a great job and is very punctual. On time is late. He also moves quickly but, as long as you listen and pay attention, as well as take notes it'll be a breeze.

Need more exam questions. The final exam had probably 30-40 questions that I had already seen, and because of the overlap of regulations and laws, the final exam for the Accident and Health portion had an overlap of at least 10 of the same questions as well.

The wording was confusing and for someone who has high anxiety disorder it was so really hard. These were a lot of things that could have been worded better.

I enjoyed the course and felt that it did help with the exam, but I found that the exam had a number of topics not clearly covered during any practice exams in the course. In fact, there may have been a number of topic that weren't covered. Or the exam questions may be been worded to make it more difficult.

There were some questions on the state exams that discussed aspects of disability insurance/Wisconsin law that wasn't included in the course materials. Other than that, this course was very informative and well designed.

There were several state questions on the exam that were not in the training. I still passed with a 90% so overall it was a good course.

There were some errors in simulated exams, same questions repeated over and over. Probably you get what u pay for and i chose this course over 2 others due to 50% lower price...in the end, however, I got what I needed and passed.

When the Georgia part was presented, it was hard to follow the audio because it skipped around and I could not concentrate on the material.

i LIKE THE WAY ITS PRESENTED.

I had a hard time figuring out which program to purchase. Then once I got into the product, the start button was very unnoticeable. I find myself to be pretty computer literate and this still posed a problem for me.

Check GRAMMAR, SPELLLING, and confusing 12 and 11 NAIC provisions contributed. Two of the reps I spoke with were knowledgeable and very service oriented, not misguiding as other was (did not tell me of ATTESTATION including PASSED ALL QUIZES-MAKING ME TAKE ALL AGAIN and NEEDING TO PASS ALL QUIZES, as you do not offer a SECTION BY SECTION QUIZ RESULT REPORT). Surprise was need for a monitor to take test, this is a KEY FACTOR.

More illustrations would be helpful and more examples as to the reason some policies are used (practical applications); I really did not like the read-it-to-me audio. It would have been better if an actual person were reading and had proper inflections and pauses (not trying to be critical, just giving an opinion :-) ) Thanks for the quick responses to emails when I had questions! Also, I thought I read somewhere about being able to connect and ask questions about the lessons. Having that within the lessons would be helpful to know. Technically, on the lessons, the videos at top of the screen were sometimes hard to center with the top of the page having a designated bar and the bottom of the screen having the audio read-to-me bar...maybe they could be mobile or put them on the sides of the screen rather at the top and bottom.

I would like better study aides. Perhaps a way to get review content in one place so it can be easliy reviewed without having to go through every lesson. Overall a very good course.

I think the videos could have used information in a more engaging way. Repeating the same person over and over was a lot more boring than it could have been.
