This course was short and too the point, so it did not get confusing and convoluted. I did find one possible error though: Under "Rent Increases and Property Deregulation" un the second section called "Further Regulation of Rent Increases," there is a sentence that reads "MCIs are not permitted if a building has 35 percent of fewer regulated units." Everywhere else in the course, it says 35 units and not percent, so I think "percent" is a typo. It was not clear there.

Its extremely confusing to me when it asks how the instructor/author did with particulars when I am the one that is reading the course content to myself.
