Web content is user friendly.

The only thing I found distracting was the robot reading the material. Anytime it got to an acronym, it would say the letters slowly. The lack of inflection made the technical bits hard to understand while listening. Other than that, everything was great!

This coarse seemed too difficult to me and it's very long.

Please update the AI audio. Very choppy and difficult to listen to, especially when saying "HDHP". The software seems very outdated for smooth reading.

This was a great course and very informative.

I liked the information which was easy to comprehend and the test simple to navigate.

Why was this course so long when it was ONLY 2 CE hours??? It seems to me, the more credit hours, the longer the course would be. In my opinion, this course was too long for ONLY 2 CE Credit Hours. Otherwise, the content was good.

Great presentation and well written.

If a course is designed to take 2 hours to complete, the recorded audio should also be 2 hours. It was annoying to sit with the course open for about 40 minutes just waiting for the time to elapse.

The way HDHP is said in the course could be better, some general flow of audio, but nothing major,

I wanted to learn more about HSA's and this course gave me the information I needed.

This is my last CE class EVER! I will be retiring and this will get me to my retirement age.

There were a couple of questions that could've had two answers selected if we could rationalize. On the other hand, it tests your knowledge of the material and applies it to actual scenarios.

Very helpful information.

I loved the continued review of the same material. It was how I was able to recall and understand the material from start to finish.

The course was relaxing and very, very educatiional. no time pressure! and if i missed any questions on my prior exames that was due to me not relaxing and watching what i marked. NO, i have no dislikes and no improves are needed at this time.

I haven't identified any problems with the content or site.

Liked being able to go back to chapter when doing test.

I loved that I can time out and pick it up right where I left off. One night I feel asleep and I was upset because I was like Oh! no ; Do I have to do it all over again and I didn't so I was grateful for that feature.

The wording on some of the test questions are misleading. It is difficult to decipherer what is being asked.

Some of the material seemed overboard on taxes and deductions. i.e. more tax than insurance.

This class was on HSA's. It's a complicated topic. You did a good job covering it. I learned one thing I didn't know before taking the course. Most classes are boring, but not this one. Good job covering it.

I like the "read it to me" audio but it would be nice if it were a little less "robotic" sounding.

Some of the language was a bit confusing as double negatives were used.

There was one item under qualified medical expenses that didn't seem to make sense. It talked about 'special' food being qualified only if it doesn't have nutritional value (or something to that effect). I would have thought that food with no nutritional value would not be a qualified HSA expense. Nothing was on the exam about it so it didn't have an impact on my score. I just thought it was odd.

There was one section in this course that was very long. That section was too long and should have been reorganized to smaller, more understandable pieces. Difficult to follow.

The reading voice could be better. Perhaps choices in the voice could be added.

The audio on this course is excellent. I like that I can slow it down and speed it up when desired. The information provided is clear and concise. I recommend this to anyone who owns an HSA. I learned things I didn't know and the new info will be very handy in my personal life.

Excellent program

I LOVE the read it to me audio! It makes things so much easier! After staring at a computer all day then working on the courses in the afternoon/ evening it makes CE that much easier!

Well put together information that was informative.

Easy to download course reading materials and be able to access it for the exam. Easy to read chapters which give summarizations at the end to help prepare for the exam.

The format is very complete. I like rehearing the lessons and being able to refer back to them!

This course was very interesting!

I liked how straightforward the lesson was. Just straight to the point.

The only thing I did not like is the time length of some of the courses. They should limit them to 1-2 hours.

The course had a lot of factual information. More video or caricatures would have helped in conveying some of the in-depth factual information.

A lot of info, couldn't have done it any faster than 2 hrs. Could have been a little easier for a 2 hr course.

I learned so much taking this course. I thought I knew all about HSA but I was wrong. This will help me immensely as I plan taxes for this year and next. I used Audio for the first time (took dozens of your courses). I like it and it helped keep me focused.

Horribly constructed lesson, the course was not student friendly the test was too difficult to properly understand. If you want us to retain this information this is definitely not the way to do so. I exercised critical thinking more than memory, I wasn't able to retain much information because it was presented in a very overly complicated matter . There's no reason for extreme difficulties of these exams and courses.
