Furthermore, for purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the phrases “artificial
intelligence platform” or “AI platform” include, but are not limited to,
ChatGPT, all Amazon AI services, all Google AI services, and all Azure AI services.
Other Restrictions on Use of the Websites
In addition to other restrictions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you agree to the

You will not use any computer code, data mining, data gathering, data extraction, or browser
automation tool or software, automatic device including but not limited to a “robot,”
“bot,” “spider,” “scraper,” program, algorithm, or
methodology having similar processes or functions, to monitor, alter, or copy any of the Web
pages, data, or content of the Websites or accessed through the Websites.
You will not republish or frame the content of the Websites in part or in whole without
WebCE’s prior written permission.

content shipped in paper book formats or received electronically via the Internet may be
displayed or printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Purchase of a course includes
a license for one person to use the course materials for a specified period from the date of

Used to send account alerts, order confirmations, reminders, service notifications, and other
non‑marketing messages.

How to opt in
You may consent to participate in either SMS program by updating your opt-in preference on
your customer account profile on any WebCE domain website. Only customers who affirmatively
consent to participate in either SMS program will be subscribed to the program. When you opt
in to participate in either SMS program, you agree and consent to receive promotional
messages and account update messages at the mobile phone number you provide, even if your
number is on the national or state do-not-call registry. Messages may be delivered or made
using any method, including an automated system. Your participation in the SMS program is not
a condition of any purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not
liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or
data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
