this is a 3 hour course but it took more than 4 hours to complete including the exams.
I enjoy web ce lay out,. I wish there was more images / templates to look at. Some of the questions are trick questions, for sure, where more than one answer is correct. This makes it a little hard to pick the correct answer also. It is nice that you can log in, save time, and come back to it as needed and as you have time.

Some of the questions were not clear as to what context you were pulling from. These were mostly the scenario ones with a bunch of commas. They seemed too open ended.
I always entrust my continuing ED to WebCE and I am satisfied with the same each renewal. I would recommend a continuous audio to go through the smaller sections. I like to listen while doing chores or on a walk and continually having to move sections does get a bit tedious.
Ease of use and course selection. Materials and scenarios were relevant to my job and prepared me for the exam sufficiently.
Would be nice to have a read-it-to-me via video demo. It helps the visual learner too.

This course specifically teaches some things that are not correct in the industry. The most stated problem is with psych care under liability claims. It is common in the industry to cover these types of psychological treatment.

You should offer prep courses for the public adjuster exam for all states
As this is for MA CE credits, the content was not Massachusetts specific and a lot of the information was actually inaccurate for the state guidelines. This led to confusion on practice tests and likely mistakes in the test environment
maybe unjumble the questions they come across to bulky.
I would like to see additional classes.

I have used webCE for years to recertify my adjuster's license every two years (though under a previous account). Imagine my surprise this time to find that DEI has infected even this material. References to equity and diversity should not apply to adjuster decision-making. The policy is a contract between company and policyholder, and coverage/denial decisions are based on policy language and applied consistently to ALL policyholders regardless of their "culture." Additionally, wikipedia is quoted as source material in one of the slides. That alone invalidates the respectability of the entire presentation, since widipedia is a constantly-revised, user-defined platform. I will not be using webCE for my next renewal if this same Ethics model is present in two years.

I thought the course met the stated objectives without being to long or complicated.
Questions were written poorly and allowed room for subjective answers. If testing, needs to be more black and white. Many answers were written in the book upon review so that is how I knew it wasn't correct on the test but, the answer could be technically correct in certain circumstances. I do not believe those are fair questions and answers to present.

The very last chapter was half the class. It needs to be divided up, with more practice tests, or, if you won't split the chapter into multiple chapters, provide more than five practice questions. Only 5 questions for a chapter that took me hours to review were too few.

Perfect procession, not an overload and not too interactive.
There were some typos in the course content that could be confusing if I didn't use context clues to figure out what the course was trying to tell me. Sometimes it was a typo in a word, but more often than not it was the wrong name or the wrong word being used in the wrong place. Other than the typos this course was refreshingly straightforward and easy to use. I appreciated being able to review the information I got wrong so I could improve myself moving forward.

The only "Negative" I can mention relating to this particular course is that there was an excessive amount of unnecessary verbiage in the majority of the course content which resulted in it taking MUCH longer to read all of the provided materials than is needed for the relatively "simple" topics covered ! A significant portion of the provided wording could easily be omitted from the course with no adverse affects on the comprehension of the course material or the Final Exam proficiency, in my opinion.

The organization and flow of the course material was good. The AI narrator was horrible. It made it difficult to comprehend certain portions, and required me to go back over the material several times.
The statement that Michigan requires all drivers to have unlimited PIP is no longer accurate. New rules allow for lower coverages for PIP. This information should be updated.
The only question that I got wrong shows I selected the last answer, when in fact I selected the first answer.
The questions are often so wordy using strange names it is annoying. I am sure you are trying to confuse people but could you just be straight forward and ask questions in a clear approach. Did not enjoy these particular exam questions at all.

This course should be 4 hour credit instead of 3 hours. It took me with much longer to complete any with the read out loud option.
Subjects were relevant to the course, it helps to refresh and knowing those endorsements.

I liked the ease of the whole program.
The one thing I really dislike was using Wikipedia as a reference: "As stated in Wikipedia, in psychology, self-esteem reflects a person’s overall self-appraisal of his or her own worth.". This is a cardinal sin in sourcing reference material, especially when referring to a science such as Psychology where there are millions upon millions of credible, and scientific source material. The word 'Pyschology' was also misspelled as it wasn't capitalized.
The read it to me voice was a bit monotone.
The only problems I had were that for some reason I had two accounts. But I called the number listed and a very nice young woman got it right for me.

the discussion of how to show respect fails to take into account neurodiversity. It mentions that the easiest way to show respect is to maintain eye contact. This can be difficult to someone who is neuro-atypical. Statements like these generalities should be more inclusive.
I liked the course, though I would advise having a Continuing Education course reference Wikipedia in the lessons. Since Wikipedia is known to not be a primary source and full in incorrect info as anyone online can update it.

I'm guessing that Chapter 6 quiz - question 2 was a "trick" question because Values Descriptor: Open minded = Quality Descriptor: Friendly. All other choices were Values Descriptors which made: Respect for others the only option. This hung me up on the question for way longer than it should have. I didn't like the trickery.

For 1 hour CE, this was a lot. The test in my opinion could have only been 10 questions. It was not like I was take a 7 hour CE class.

I really liked this course. It was well written and very informative. I work in IT for a claims department and taking this course really helped bridge a lot of the gaps I was having. One critique of the course: the read-to-me audio is pretty bad. The computer voice is challenging to follow. I ultimately just paused it and read each page myself. It would be nice to have a more natural voice reading it to me so I could listen to it while working around the house or something.
Some of the practice test questions can be cumbersome and not make total sense.
It was easy to follow and understand the contents.

The endorsements were the number as opposed to the title or name of the endorsement in the last section of practice questions. This caused a bit of consternation as I had not memorized the numbers.

This was a lot of material, but it was so well organized.
course was decent, straightforward and not convoluted. My only recommendation would be to include more visual examples of coverages or exclusions to help establish the difference in the mind of the student, because many of the coverages and exclusions contain the same words and are difficult to remember.
The course was a bit extensive when comparing the material with the exam. However, the was very informative and enhanced my ability to serve my applicants and insured's.

This course was great. Would like to have a button to click to order classes instead of having the option tucked in the paragraphs of info. It just doesn't stand out to me. (And I'm kind of impatient.)
I appreciated the option to have this course read aloud and I like how the content reinforced that people with good character mesh well with any code of ethics in place and they should be commended for that.
The orator was terrible. I had to turn off the audio and read it myself. There were run on sentences, mispronounced words and infliction of sound was incorrect making it difficult to comprehend.
I didn't care for the answer in one of the questions was about a "beer hall.' Alcohol references don't belong in this course.

I've learned a great deal of the subject matter than I had expected to. I was an agent for 17 years and this was the most I've learned throughout the years about my profession. I'm more well-informed of the do's and don't of insurance. I had only one set back of not being able to log into the system one day, but it was resolved in a timely manner. The ease of use as I was caring for my 91 year old mom during the course. Then, her death. I was able to take time off for extended hospital visits, then funeral and tornado damage. A LOT of unexpected interruptions!!
It would make sense if the questions related to Michigan when you are taking a Michigan test. Many of these other state questions are not correct. No one in MI would have $25/$50/$100 limits....

The Read-it-to-me audio was much needed this year because I am starting to have some memory and concentration issues from a medical condition. As a seasoned claim professional, I am knowledgeable and able to make educated guesses, but new information is difficult to retain.

Have used this CE Provider for several years and have always been happy with the courses and results.
Very easy to use and understand
I took the course in about 2 hours and then had to wait an hour to take the test. Maybe slow the course timing down or make it last longer with more content. We all get it that the course never matches the state timed requirement, so maybe there is a work around or addition needed.
I like using WebCE for my continuing education needs. It is thorough and easy to use.

At one point I advanced to the next page and got an error message. I was concerned that my progress had not been saved and was happy to find it was when I logged back into the course.

Very dry course and painful to get through. The redeeming factor found within these walls of text and specific policy language / endorsements is when they give examples of how that endorsement or coverage would apply.
Course was way too expansive for 6 hours credit.
We need more credits geared towards what we actually do. I am a WC adjuster and not a liability adjuster. We need specific courses per adjuster. Not all Adjusters are liability adjusters and NM seems to only geared towards liability and not WC.
The information contained in this course was informative and was explained with good examples on how this coverages and/or exclusions would apply. However, the amount of credit hours of 24 actually takes 48 hours in real time studying to complete. Just have to be aware to allow for this extra time.

Excellent way to study CE for State Insurance courses.
As I work from home or often only have time to test when I am home, I either had to call in someone to proctor or take my laptop to somewhere to test with a proctor. I did see where the virtual proctor is also an option but found it difficult to get someone to find the same time to spend with me while I tested. Other than this, the text, video and testing was easy to use and understand.
In the practice questions for chapter 6, question #3 pertains to a liability claim scenario. One of the options asks if the "insured's" damage resulted from the policyholder's actions. Shouldn't the question refer to the "third-party claimant's" damage?

I found it interesting that after the course was read to me in less than 12 hours, the system still required me to be logged in for an additional hour.

Some puns are not always the best when you have an audience that may not understand what you're saying is a joke.
This course was more applicable then I expected, it was better targeted toward my career field then others I have taken. I felt there was relevant information to not only general ethics but information specifically about the ethics of insurance work.
Noticed a few computer cliche's. After taking the chapter end exams, and marked down for answer only to find out when it was re ran it was the correct answer

Straight forward information and included multiple perspectives and ideas that were helpful in understanding organizational ethics standards.
The questions were hard to find. You had to put in your own words to find the answers. I had to look up some of the answers to the questions to see if it would be the correct answer. Took me longer to complete because the way the questions were ask.
Giving examples of different situations, helped me to understand it so much better than just giving a definition.

The use of AI Voiceovers results in some poor content delivery. Words are read incorrectly. This can be extremely impactful for audio learners.
Lot of the material was redundant , showing in several chapters. Format needs to be revised so that topics are grouped appropriately. Practice questions need to reflect more of how to interpret real world processes to help understand what and how and why claim process help make the correct assessment and closing of a claim.

I thought that the material was informative and presented in a format that was easy to understand. I liked the audio because it helped to keep me focused. My only negative comment is that some of the questions lacked details that were important in answering the questions. It was only on 3-4 questions. This course is far superior to other companies that I have taken. I will stick with WebCE.

I actually listened to the audio and read the info but I thought the test was a challenge because the test questions and the material did not match up (at least in my mind) even though I got a 96%.

I did not like the fact that the questions seem to go around in circles as if to try and confuse you. It seem to go off down different worm holes in other directions just to end up asking... what's the price of eggs in china. When it should just ask you straight up questions about what you just read.
At times, it was hard to understand the AI reading the contact. I would have to go back several times to relisten. Also, it seemed more geared to California law than the majority of the United States for the most part, adjusting to current state laws, In one’s mind, made it a little easier. At least the test questions were pretty much straightforward and could easily be answered.

Simple "Bob Smith" and "Mary's" would be great.

A lot of content seems to just be filling space. Explaining different regions of the country to describe how an organization may have geographical departments? And the final exam asking about coverage to a Henway? RIDICULOUS. A Henway is a joke; while humor is important, it should not be used to "stump" the reader. The lesson also used slang like "stump" that is to say stupefy the reader.

Really appreciated the read to me feature since I had eye surgery and reading the text was very difficult.
Chapter 8 just had so many sections that it was a bit overwhelming.

This course was very helpful and interesting. The content applies to all types of claims, which made it relevant to me, as I work in marine claims (which was only 1% of the license training materials). The content put my role in perspective.
After using a computer for the completion of the first couple of chapters. I then Used a mobile device to complete the rest of the course including the final exam. In using my iPhone mobile device, When I logged into Webce.com to continue the course, I found it very difficult to find my course! Frustrating experience to say the least! Consequently, Logging into the course was not an easy experience. Otherwise, I enjoyed the course. Thank you Webce!

I disliked that there were no visuals throughout the course material. The entire course was just reading bullet points. I tried to use the voice audio for part of the course but whatever AI your program uses made this information even harder to follow along with because their voice was so monotone. The information you gave during the course was important for new adjusters but the way you presented it (ie no visuals and awful AI voice) made this course difficult to follow along with)

These courses appear to be designed the cheapest way possible, using a robotic voice with little-to-no inflection or pause for parentheses and other areas one would expect a brief pause. The content consists of blocks of text - nothing more. As a person who does not absorb information via lecture, I get the bare minimum from these courses.

I have taken Ethical courses in the past and the ability to re-read through and go back and forth through the teachings. I found myself wanting to read sections even though they were not part of the exam over again. It made me want to build on my personal excellence! I may have arrived a 3 but found self-esteem, knowing now more in detail what I must do in order to project my personal values, of who I am, what my beliefs are grounded on, and how I can demonstrate a higher degree of judgement, and promptness as an insurance professional.
A third of these questions contradicts what my company allows or teaches. The material seems geared for specific agents and is hard to follow when it's not how my company operates.
It is astonishing how difficult libraries have become about monitoring policies. It wastes gas and driving time trying to find monitors. 7/18/23

It seems unnecessary that the training is broken into such small segments e.g., 30 seconds long. Just play the entire training & have pop quizzes throughout. Very irritating to have to click every few seconds/minutes to go to the next section.

It is interesting that this course is for Pubic Adjusters, and good. It really should be for insurance adjusters as they are not required nor do they get this type of training from the insurer. The insurers adjusters should also be required to take the same courses as obviously they are very lacks in their education for their adjuster. This should be mandated as insurer adjuster training.

The AI reading the roman numerals was funny hearing i i i instead of 3. Great study included by Robert Kegan of Harvard University helped me see things differently, as the lesson later explained. Good CE class.

The manner in which the chapters were arranged and limited to the specific subject was extremely helpful to my comprehension of the material. This reduced lengthy chapters, which can be tiring and a source of distraction. I appreciated if the chapter had only five sentences related to the subject matter, it made of an easy read and a "get to the point" fashion of teaching and better absorbed by my brain.

WebCE is very boring. It is simply words on a page with little to no visual examples. I really miss the days of in person CE classes as they sparked good discussions and were a lot more interactive than spending 5 hours reading and listening to audio prompts.
It was confusing to read that some examples were usually not covered but occassionally covered. Also, we have no underwriters that allow pizza delivery.
WebCE provides courses that are timely in today's insurance world and are easily applied to real world circumstances.

Hard to actually find specific answers to questions
The course material was very good. However, there were many words, not insurance terms, used that I needed to look up for their meaning to understand the context. The author has a wide variety in vocabulary, however, those reading this might not have the same vocabulary and might not understand what is being said nor wish to look up the meanings of the words used as I did.

Although a banner populated saying I didn't answer questions I read quickly and still hit enter, the system should not allow a person to advance until they've at least attempted to answer the question, in other words create a fail safe so the person at least has to attempt at answering. How I skipped over 2 questions is beyond me and the only 2 I missed because I didn't answer them.

Overall, this was good, however I found the "Wikipedia" reference to be in poor taste. That is not a credible source and not something that should be cited in an insurance CE class, or any CE class for that matter. Given that literally anyone can go on this website and edit its content, you simply cannot use this as valid source for much of anything. I highly encourage the author of the course to replace that reference with something more educationally sound.

I liked that the material was pretty easy to read, however the audio was a little distracting because some worlds were not pronounced correctly. Overall the course was easy to complete and the test questions we easily matched to what was read.
Too much reading on topics that do not apply to my claim's adjusting role. For example homeowners and property claims.
This is the best ethics course I have taken in my entire 33 year insurance career.
Need to make this less dry...it is boring. Needs more interaction or fun to keep it interesting.
this is a CE course for Minnesota and about 30% of the content in this course was incorrect for Minnesota insurance. Very frustrating.
On Chapter 6 practice question #3, I chose the incorrect answer, as answer A states: Did the insured's damages result directly from the policyholder's actions? I believe "insured's" should be replaced with "claimant's" damages, as the question relates to a 3P liability claim, not a 1P insured claim.
I like that the material is printable so I can study it offline.
Several questions were poorly worded and confusing.
i enjoyed the course content and videos went hand in hand. I love how you can stop and start and pick up where you left off. I appreciate my courses are sent directly to the Licensing Division. I also received notification when it was being and expected time for course to be updated. Great experience so far.
A more personable read-it-to-me audio. Also add some videos to make the course more interactive as opposed to just seeing words on a screen. Videos help deliver the message in a more memorable way.

Being in a position with responsibilities involving new adjuster training, the organized format of the BASICS is a grounding review for covering essentials in a progressive and logical format. I am reminded to introduce knowledge bases before progressing to more complex issues. I would recommend this course to any adjuster new to claims role or moving forward in a career path to greater responsibility.
I honestly was surprised how easy the test questions were. Obviously Colby the cheesehead isn't benefiting at work from learning the local beer halls but I certainly hope he does.

I've been taking CE courses and exams for over 30 years. This is one of the best experiences I have had so far. I appreciated the layout, ease of use, clarity and organization of the material and feedback on the quizzes, the ability to go back and check content during the quizzes and the ability to skim or skip over some of the material and go right to the next section if I'm confident in my ability to answer correctly - it allowed me to rely on my experience and save a lot of time. Nice job!

I have used Web Ce for the past several years to complete all of my CE classes and I am thoroughly pleased with this company. I will continue to use them. The material is very easy to understand and comprehend. It also allows me to go back and finish as I have a busy schedule with 2 small children.

I know we all have different learning styles and I opted out of the video - I prefer to read the content versus watching a video. I intentionally did not select the Ethic courses that I saw were "video" content only.

alot of the content was very universal and not specific to one insurance provider, which in some times made it very confusing because the quite a bit of the language/forms/endorsements names used here are very uncommon within our company.
WebCE by far provides the best course for CE.

I am a licensed staff person who works for an agent. I take most of the customer service calls and took this class because I thought it would help me with clients who call with questions about their claim. There was some new info in the course for me about the process a claim goes through to get resolved, Otherwise, I thought the content was very basic. The content is aimed at claims people not sales producers at an agency who are helping irate customers with their claims.
Understanding Personal Auto Insurance Course is long and boring.
courses were far too long, questions to hard on quiz's. Felt like I was taking by state board exams all over again. CE is not supposed to be this hard. Hours of reading each chapter was way too much

The chapters were entirely too long
Alot of the content was just the same material repeated in different ways. There was alot of reference to old endorsements which might be relevant to persons in the field for a while, but was otherwise confusing material to remember. Just listing the content of the most up-to-date endorsement would be nice.
Any chance of a real voice instead of the AI? It's terrible.
Many of the practice questions were incorrect. When I received a wrong answer, I went back through the material and several of the examples given in text were directly mirrored, but with incorrectly marked "correct" answers. Some of the chapters were excessively long and repetitive of one another.
Inserted information, such as the codes of ethics provided as examples, should be included in the "read-it-to-me audio"

I enjoyed reading the Ethics course because it was not just focused on what is ethical and what is not. The material broke "ethics" down in to multiple categories providing information about how and why ethic codes are created, what it takes to be an ethical person, working with ethical businesses and organizations.
A little heavy on the use of clichés, but a very good introduction for new employees.
I thought the content was engaging and on point. I also though it was quite thoughtful.
I thought the biggest issue wit this course is that is was boring. It was hard to stay focused and too wordy. Some of the material is quite good. Perhaps more video interaction to show concepts would make it more interesting.

There was a question with the wording '24 hour deductible' that was not very clear. Other than that, this course was straight forward. I was able to complete my CE with as little stress as possible!

Not sure how to determine how many CE hours I need to maintain P/C, L/H/A MN insurance license.
Some of the vocabulary can be simplified or dumbed-down so that learners can focus on grasping the content and not have to fumble for definitions (example words: aldroit, promulgating).
Some of the questions were vague and unclear as to the correct answer but overall good
legal jargon was a little confusing, otherwise, very informative
I enjoyed it and found that it added to my experience level.
The questions were very poorly written.
The person who narrated the course just kept talking as the next point started, making it seem like it was all run together. Stop and take a breath for you and me.

In section 2.5 it is stated that the policy limit on a property policy for watercraft is 1500 and the boat is valued at 5000 and that the most the insurance company would be required to pay is 5000. Might want to get that corrected

The course had too much information for a 3 credit course. Although the course was well done it took way too much time. Also, the difficulty level was significantly harder than the other courses I have completed.

there was one diagram in this learning session that tied the words on the left to the words on the right by connecting them with lines. it was very difficult to follow the lines to which one it matched up with.

wonderful site, I am a new at renewal CE's, I checked other sites that left me confused, but WebCE is by far the best and easiest, I found all the classes to comply with my state requirements, I loved the fact that there are packages of the CE classes I needed.

it is my opinion that although most adjusters may hold an All-Lines license the majority only handle one line of claims. Therefore, if there is anyway possible to gear the course content toward a specific line based on the intake information it would be helpful.

The length of the material was less than the required time for the course. It was nice to have an opportunity to review, but I had a whole hour that I had to go back and do so which I felt was much too long.

Ethics hmmm! the products are written in a way that can be construed as protecting the owner/shareholder. The rules are sent down by governmental agencies which are suspect in their ethical behaviors. Insurance is nothing more than a gamble and those machines are rigged.

It is very detailed and has information that every licensed insurance provider should have, but a more engaging experience would make it a little easier to finish. If possible, having a sidebar with the course table of contents would be nice. Showing approximate completion time for each section would help for planning purposes too.
The length of the Chapter 8 material should be divided into 2 or more sections for ease of study and absorption of the material.
Only complaint is that the text was a bit "wordy". Other than that, very good course.

It wasn’t easy to find things in some of the chapters
Some of the contents seemed either somewhat outdated, or the examples were very simplistic (too obvious, and not really educational).
This course was very informative and easy to follow, however it uses unfamiliar/uncommon words frequently throughout the content. I had to look up the word to understand the content (and I am usually very knowledgeable with that). In other words, they could break it down in more "layman terms for those that are not as versed in "big words that are not used regularly". Other, than that I got 100% so I clearly retained the information presented. :)

The wording for the exam questions was confusing on some of the questions (use of double negatives)
TOO MANY QUESTIONS ARE "EXCEPT". Just ask the questions, don't try to trick the tester. WE are not in High School anymore.
The read it to me option was distracting because it's computer generated and mispronounced several words. Eventually I stopped using it.

I did not like the reading option. Many pronunciation mistakes and the lack of intonation made it difficult to listen to. Much better, and faster, when I read the text myself. Self-reading also improved comprehension, as I could go faster or slower on my own pace.

This course is easy to use and is very planned out.
Its pretty standard content, I liked the idea of the read aloud audio, but it read much to slowly for me, I ended up using my mac capabilities to read the text at a speed that matched my reading speed. It also would have been nice to be able to access the course outline without having to close out the course.
"III" should be read as "Three" not "eye" "eye" "eye" and "IV" is "Four" not "Eye" "V" are some examples. There were some other words miss-pronounced.
I have been using WebCe for a long time, the subro class is frustrating to say the least... the way the questions are set up are not right....I bought a new class just to finish my credits. I never had a problem before. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience. See you next time.

There are some grammatical errors that caused me to re-read sections to try to understand what was meant.
the verbiage is very ambiguous
I think there was a typo on a Chapter 6 test question: I think a. should be "Did the" [claimant's] vs. "insured's." 1. Jefferson is likely to pay a liability claim if three key questions are answered in the affirmative. Which of the following is not one of those key questions? a. Did the insured's damages result directly from the policyholder's actions? b. Does the insurance policy cover this loss? c. Has the policyholder presented a current copy of the policy? That’s correct! Key questions deal with coverage, liability, and damages. Insurers maintain policy information in their files and rarely require the policyholder making a claim to produce the policy. d. Is an insured legally responsible for the loss?

There was too much information in one course. Also all of it STULTIFYINGLY BORING. I feel like I was guessing at many of the questions, some of them were very tricky. The computer generated voice over was the worst.
If there is a direction in the middle of the page and it says pause the graphic, the program does not give you enough time to get to the top of the page to pause it and when you have to resume play it returns the audio to the top of the page. Otherwise everything else was good

For an adjuster, time is money and we have to use our days off to do these DE's which makes it, not so much a day off but at least you make the courses reasonable time wise. Thank you
So far I have only take one course but the ease of use and variety of options to study the coursework are very insightful and exemplary.
Although most of the info was general, the BI questions are not geared to Public Adjusters since we cannot handle Bodily Injury cases. Course was obviously written with Company or Independent adjusters in mind.

For the most part I thought the course was excellent. There were a few questions in the practice test that were a bit tricky. I think they were meant to confuse. However, they were not on the final exam. So I was ok in the end.

During the portion about respect, it was said that eye contact was a sign of respect. I am autistic, and I wanted to point out that it is a very neurotypical workdview to say that and it does exclude neurodivergent people who have a hard time with eye contact. It has nothing to do with respect.

There were several areas in the pdf download that said "refer to the online version of the course to experience digital content" but there were no instructions on how to do so.
I'm a screenreader user and LOVE how accessible your courses are for the most part! I would only ask that any graphics/charts be described. If they weren't in this course, I didn't lose any meaning in the translation, but that could happen in another course. Overall very pleased with my experience!

Could use a thorough edit. Portions like "Polarity" and "Character Development" seemed very tenuously related to ethics in insurance, while other parts like the "difference" between trust and trustworthiness seemed a bit silly and incorrectly framed.
I found the course very confusing. There are differences between states. The material assumes policies are all the same.
More student interaction throughout the lessons. Don't wait until the end to do a quiz. Check for understanding along the way!

When searching for phrases for the test I got a lot of no results. Trying to figure out the right key words to put in the search was frustrating.

I wasn't aware of the drop down to select only insurance adjuster courses and had to consult with a representative. Lat time I ended up with agent/broker courses that were not my field.
I feel like I would have a better understanding and scored higher if there were videos explaining scenarios of what we are learning. So having short clips with characters for each chapter and topic would have been more entertaining than reading through the chapter.

I like the auto play audio feature and the ability to review what answers were correct/incorrect. I do not like the computer voice/audio reading the text. I had to go into another area of adjusters to find a 1 hour course. Under adjuster there were zero 1 hour options.

Wish WebCE was the contractor for FEMA's NFIP claim adjuster annual certification class. Their program lacks any educational objectives and is simply a mind numbing 6 hour ordeal that no attendee takes seriously.

Please have a human do the audio reading instead of AI reader. The cadence and inflection of the AI is distracting and I have to go back to comprehend things sometimes. This causes the time used to complete the course to be inefficient and causes me to want a different CE course program. I liked the Ethics course with video human teachers much better, but at least human reader would work.

The digital reader's inflection was distracting. It would be much better if a recording of a person reading the material was used. I had to go back several times because I was confused by incorrectly (in general speech) placed pauses, etc. that distracted or confused me. It also made me struggle to pay attention, whereas the course I completed prior with human speech kept my attention easily.
A few of the questions in this course test had multiple correct answers.

I would love to see the ability to change the speed of the audio, just because some of us can't handle the slower audios. He has a good voice and the information is relevant. I feel that some of the test questions could have been answered differently. There was on test question, about "Gerald" that refers to him in third person but that does not line up with the way the question is posed, so it is confusing. More videos or interactives help with retaining interest during the course.

What i liked most about this course was its relevance to my personal development as an individual. It was interesting to review the qualities that reflect character and integrity in the context of our current political climate and what constitutes groupthink vs individual responsibility. “The happiness of every country depends upon the character of its people, rather than the form of its government.”
I liked the examples. I wish it were easier to refer back to the course outline as you are studying to see under what header you are under. Also, I think there might be an error in the prorated calculations on the first example of that when an auto is covered by two insurance companies.
The voice of the content reader is a bit flat.

There are several types of adjuster. it could be more specific when it comes to terminology.
