When giving examples, please use real estate examples. One example in this course is the contract between a dr. and a patient is not pertinent to real estate. This is not applicable. Use a situation within real estate to make a point.

The information was very basic and the audio simply read the course material. It was useless. I shut off the audio and simply read through it myself.

I liked the structure of this course content. I liked the shorter screens and the shorter chapters.

I was hoping for different material.. rather than definitions of different types of contracts and such... I'd like to know a regular sales contract more detailed and pitfalls that may come of not using or editing it correctly per each client's need.

1st time using and like this so much better than the CE store, the material is presented better and the outline is extremely helpful and the questions were very targeted to the material which also helps.

I usually take courses with another online school, WebCe was much more organized.

Not much to criticize, but a large "pause" button would make it easier to navigate

i will stick with CEshop. i thought i would try something new. things i did not like. the time clock needs seconds viewable. i feel like one minute at times was 5 minutes. i think it is crazy that you don't give the answer after taking chapter exams. i would still like to know the answers that i got wrong. you need a back button. i realize table on side but when you want to quick review the last page you have to figure out where you are in table. i do think the content was unformattable and good. just really did not like the format.

you have this. down to a science, don't change ANYTHING.

Some of the quiz questions were confusing based on what was being asked and the content provided. Specifically, a question/example about 'novation.'

Some of the examples have the speaker saying "HTML and a number" - probably not what the company intended.

Some information is general and not specific to Oregon.

Offer more than 2 questions so that if one is missed there is still a chance of passing the test.

This one i read myself and it only took 5 hours instead of 6-7 like my last 3 courses, Hence they say they are 3 hour courses and i don't see how. Thanks

What i like about the courses was that it is self timing. We do have other duties to tend to but we also have a duty here. What I don't like about this course is that fact it will tell you have passed and missed one question when there is only two.

Amount/quantity of material covered in this section - and in fact, in all sections - seems WAY too high. I spent over twice as much time as the "minimum required" amount of time...and I was moving pretty quickly. Is all of that information really necessary??
