Cyber attacks are a menace and can cause immense damages in monetary as well as safety in protecting our industry. As the Cyber Insurance policies evolve, we still are a step behind the hackers which is a sad reality we must acknowledge in our industry.

The last section which included each specific state's law about recording? Ridiculous. I would never, ever need to know that information. Florida's, of course. But the other states? Again, not relevant.
I don’t know that it was necessary to list all of the recording laws for every single state. That seemed a bit tedious and unnecessary.
I would have liked to be able to download the course content via pdf files, so I have reference materials for the subject matter, should a need arise.

The 50 states laws were a bit redundant. It might have been better to take the state we are licensed in and elaborate. I didn’t understand some of it.
I dont think I would like to do real estate ce courses at web ce anymore. It is too time constraining and the content was stuff I pretty much knew already... so I didnt need to have to study each part. I felt that I could have passed all the exams on the first day i got the study materials...

Even though I am a small business (just me), the information was useful as I am still affected by cyber attacks and the need for security.
This was a good topic to learn.
Very interesting and useful technical material. My only suggestion is that this should be a 4-hour course instead of a 3-hour course. For someone not familiar with the topic (and maybe for some who are), there's a lot of content to absorb in two hours and 30 minutes.

Much of this is geared toward the Brokerage taking certain actions to enhance cybersecurity. I have to think most producers are yawning through this content.
I did not realize how much technology we already have and (Smart Devices) and how much I need to inform my clients and protect them (follow the golden rule) when in someones house

Statement about firewalls protecting from internal threats is incorrect. Firewalls can be designed/configured to lessen and/or prevent Bad Things from "escaping FROM" a system as well as entering. The term is "egress filtering".
