Annual Medicare Training

Plans/Part D sponsors (including 3rd party vendors, if applicable) must ensure that all their agents and brokers (including employed, subcontracted, downstream, and/or delegated entities) that sell Medicare Advantage and/or Part D products are trained and tested annually on Medicare rules and regulations and on the specific plan types their agents and brokers sell.

The WebCE Medicare Training course has been approved in all 50 states for at least 6 hours insurance CE credit. The option to add insurance CE credit is available during the ordering process.

• The WebCE course is online self-study with non-monitored open-book final exams. Students must read through course material then complete exam.*
• Exam passing score: 85%
• If the final exam is not passed on the first attempt, students have 3 retakes before course must be repurchased for additional attempts.

*Adding insurance CE credit may change these course and exam requirements to comply with state regulations.

12 months from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise posted on the course description page and student dashboard.

Online PDF certificates of completion are available to print immediately after the course is completed.
