The Best Places to Work in Insurance selection is based on two sets of data: an in-depth company questionnaire and anonymous employee surveys. Employee surveys make up 75% of the score and consist of over 80 questions, including two open-ended written questions, all of which examine 8 Core Focus Areas: leadership and planning; corporate culture and communications; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training, development, and resources; pay and benefits; and overall engagement.
The remaining 25% of the score is based on an employee benefits and policies questionnaire aimed to assess an employer through company policies, practices, and demographics.
