Repetition and Carryover

Carryover Allowance

A maximum of 15 hours may be carried from one reporting period to the subsequent reporting period. Carried hours cannot be used to meet the yearly minimums or accounting and auditing requirements.

Repetition Rule

Courses cannot be taken for credit more than once in a 2-year reporting period.

The final exam is open-book. Students may refer to the course material as often as needed. If the final exam is not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.

Reporting and Georgia CPA CPE Certificates of Completion

CPA CPE Reporting

WebCE does NOT report CPE course completions to the Georgia State Accounting Office.
At renewal, applicants will provide a signed statement, under penalty of perjury, that all applicable continuing education requirements have been met.

Certificates of Completion

WebCE provides online printable certificates of completion. Certificates of completion will be available to print online immediately after the final exam is passed. You should maintain written evidence of completion for a period of 5 years following the completion of each reporting activity.
