Required Minnesota CPA CPE Hours

Required CPE Hours for Minnesota CPAs

120 hours of CPA CPE are required every 3 year rolling period, with a minimum of 20 CPE hours annually

Minnesota CPA CPE Subject Area Requirements

CPA Ethics: 8 hours of ethics CPE are required every 3 year rolling period.
Technical: Minimum of 60 CE hours every 3 year rolling period.
Group or Blended Learning Programs: Minimum of 24 CE hours every 3 year rolling period.
