Nebraska's Acceptance: Nebraska accepts courses from providers that are members of NASBA's National Registry of CPE Sponsors.

Required Nebraska CPA CPE Hours

Required CPE Hours for Nebraska CPAs

80 hours of CPA CPE are required every 2 years

Nebraska CPA CPE Subject Area Requirements

CPA Ethics: 4 hours of ethics CPE
Personal Development: Maximum 16 CPE hours
Technical Subjects: Minimum 64 CPE hours
Accounting and Auditing: Minimum 32 CPE hours are recommended, but not required, by the CPA Board for those individuals who perform audits, reviews, or compilations.
