Every 2 years from date of issue.

To maintain the certification, you must complete 24 hours of renewal credit every 2 years. There are several ways to obtain your renewal credit.

• Complete any insurance adjuster course with WebCE to have that credit instantly applied to your renewal as well as receive state CE.
• Complete one of the pre-selected CACP Renewal packages with WebCE.
• Complete insurance adjuster courses with another approved education provider.
  Adjuster CE courses completed with an approved education provider in a reciprocal state may be eligible for CACP credit towards membership requirements. Email certificates of completion and course descriptions to WebCE Certification Support. Note: not all Insurance CE courses will qualify for CACP credit and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please allow for 3-5 business days for WebCE to verify provided information and notify you of approval decision.

Once renewal requirements are completed WebCE will renew your certification and provide you a letter of good standing through your account dashboard and by email.

Courses provided by WebCE are classified as online self-study courses.

• Students should read through every chapter of the course material for each course before attempting a final exam.
• Final exams are open-book and do not require a monitor.
• Final exam passing score: 70%
• If the final exam is not passed on the first attempt, students have an unlimited number of retakes.

Adding Insurance CE credit may alter these general requirements. Refer to Important Information page prior to starting course.
