The end prep exam had a lot of different questions compared to the simulated exams.

Some of the content was wordy. I felt some things could've been explained better with more clear and concise wording.

The practice exams being called exam tutor was somewhat confusing when I was first looking for them. The videos were very helpful. Overall, good.

I loved the way the course was set up. They are clear and provide examples which really helped me understand the material. Also having the practice exam available helped mentally and also helped me create my review to practice before my test.

Many of the modules the "red to me" did not match the text, like it was paraphrased by AI. In those cased it also did not go in topic order and I found myself having to jump around the module trying to follow along. The first and third module did this heavily.

In this day and age where short form is king of content, this exam prep course should offer much more condensed study material, only relevant to what will appear on the exam. Maybe a flash card study option, the audio narrator is VERY bad, in a world where AI can generate you 2, more human and real sounding voices, that can deliver the information in a pod cast format to deliver it all in a pleasant and mentally edible format would do wonders for this prep course. I recommend an overhaul to streamline this exam prep course for the newer generation of learners out here. Thanks.

The videos were awesome. I liked the examples the presenter gave and it made things much easier to understand. The text had too much dry policy language and not enough actual examples or analogies like what the video presenter gave.

Several sections were not in sync or aligned to the read aloud option, making them difficult to follow along with during the course. Also, several questions in the practice tests gave conflicting answers both among the test qeustions and the course. The data in the course is inconsistent and I would absolutely not recommend this course to anyone in the future.

Need more interactive learning material, reading through pages of information can become extremely boring and repetitive. Need to mix in videos, matching quizzes, fill in the blanks, etc etc. To really nail the concepts better. The practice exams are SUPER helpful though.

That one question about Elliott suspicion on fraud. The answer should not be he committed fraud since the question and the explanation for the answer is that he is suspected of fraud. Suspicion is not enough warrant an accusation therefore additional investigation is needed.

I was surprised to find that many of the questions in the study materials were the exactly the same (literally word for word) as on the actual examination. I would say the provided study materials were as good as any bar exam prep course I've seen.

There were several grammatical errors throughout the course, the chapter exam questions often did not provide sufficient information to answer the questions accurately. The videos were helpful and more of them would have helped the information stick. Maybe adding in interactive tasks in the chapters would help with memorization. I felt I had to do substansial studying prior to the exam in order to be successful. There is also a lot of uneeded information in the chapters and I felt some items were not explained enough. Adding in way more real life examples to demonstrate the concepts would have been helpful

It felt like there were a decent amount of questions on the actual exam that did not have comparable equivalents in the practice exams. It would also be nice for there to be more practice exam questions, as we were starting to get familiar with the question/ person's names itself, and remembered the answer based off of that vs really understanding the concept/ definition.

It could have been more visually interesting or interactive. It's tough to absorb content when it's presented in such a dry, unappealing fashion. The content, including questions on the test, contained typos or errors that hindered understanding.

Update the percentage complete so that it's tied to the length of time for a given section. It's misleading. A seven minute section gives you the same percentage as a 45 minute section.

The worst part, by far, is the verification of identity every 20 minutes. It would be fine if i knew the answers, but like, the phone number associated with the account? It isn't my number, it isn't our company main number. Same with the zip codes and address. Just make it easier to stay logged in. Especially since some lessons are more than 20 minutes long! I won't recommend this platform until that issue is fixed. It is unbearable, and doesn't even protect the account at all!

The videos at the end of each section were by far the best part of the course. I felt that the wording was too long and inefficient. The sections went on and on and on, endless scrolling and so much to read that it was very difficult to retain. I learned most of the information from taking practices tests and referencing the wrong answers each time to learn what I got wrong. That was about the most I got out of this. The rest was just hours of time reading and retaining very little information. I made my own study guides as well which have been very helpful.

However, the transitions from paragraphs to headers are abrupt, and if you’re not watching the screen, it can sound like the content is running together. Would also like to see a more natural voice options available, especially now that AI has progressed so much in recent years.

You need better proofreaders. Multiple instances of easily corrected mistakes. And you need a better AI to translate the material, the mispronunciations were very distracting.

I have no foundational knowledge of this topic and no vocabulary. It would have greatly benefitted me to have examples with visuals, a glossary of terms embedded in the paragraphs, videos available, more graphics, and anything interactive- especially the formulas. The lack of background knowledge lead me to google many discrete words, broad terms, and to have language simplified. I took copious notes, review them, studies the flash cards, and reviewed all my practice quiz answers and still do not have a deep understanding of what I studies here for over 100 hours. Adult learners greatly benefit from the same tools kids have with visuals, examples, practice, and interactivity (not just reading it to us).

More examples. At times there was too much information. Example, there was a whole chapter on car parts, but that was not in the exam. The chapter on Crops, I believe was the longest chapter and had too much info that I am not sure would be used.

I like how you can go back over the topics unlimited times before continuing to the final practice exam and how the questions change on the practice questions sections each time you choose to go over them again.

First pre-exam was way too easy in comparison to the course content questions.

The whole system was super easy to do and follow along, the tools were excellent and truly felt prepped by the time it was time to take the test.

I liked the AI a lot, I found it very effective when asking questions or needing examples. I would appreciate an interactive tour of the dashboard at the start of a course to know all the tools and features available to me. (I didn't know about the study planner at first) I would also appreciate more videos.

This is all lines, I truly think that there needs to be an auto adjuster only course. We were given a relatively short time period to learn all of this material. I'm also not sure why we wouldn't be able to review our answer results on the final exam being that it is a practice final and not the actual exam.

More practice questions after or during a chapter would be helpful. Also ensuring that the same question is not asked twice in a section.

It seems like a lot of the material is created or curated through AI. There was a ton of grammatical errors and wonky sentence structures. The highlights and key points did not really convey highlights or key points. I understand AI is being used heavily now, but it felt like this wasn't even proofread. It was easier for me to understand since this is not my first test, but if this was my first test, I think I would have had to pay for additional exam material just so I can understand what is being said at times. I also think there was a lot of unnecessary extra information that is not relevant to the test. For example, one of the least questioned topics is workers comp and other coverages, yet there is a ton of material on these subjects. There should be more focus on the heavier parts of the exam such as homeowners or auto. When it came to the actual practice exam, either I underestimated my knowledge, or this was a super easy test exam. It is 50 questions less than the actual exam, there was almost no questions regarding certain topics such as policy type (HO1 for example), and there was almost no questions on objective standards such as the time to notify cancellation or cost equations for coinsurance. I suppose I cannot know this for sure until I take the actual exam, but hearing how it is one of the most difficult exams, I am not optimistic that this was good study/validation material. Again, this aspect I will know for certain once I take the actual exam. And who knows, maybe the practice exam felt so easy because this was actually a great resource to refresh my knowledge. I would be able to give a better answer after the actual testing since I am unsure how it will directly pertain to the test.

You just need to stay on top of State DOL changes. In this instance, even though they were listed in #16 of NY Independent Auto Ins Exam Pre, both the Letters of Character and the $1,000 Bond are NO LONGER REQUIRED BY NEW YORK. Otherwise, the course was very good. Thank you.

When finished taking the final chapter exam, we should be able to go to all earlier chapter exams and retake them.

I'm not sure if it was just me, but it seemed like the recommended times for the individual chapters were half what it took me.

The final testing platform and submitting the exam was ambiguous and the chat help was useless. I have no proof that I did finish and my score because you cannot take a picture or screenshot. Along with that, the exit button says you are "abandoning test" which is not clear as to if it all finished correctly.

Some questions on the quiz were asked preceding the course content. The course content was long! However if you complete the content with the quizzes, you will pass the exam!!

The questions after each section cause the course to be much longer than a classroom course but I feel i learned more doing it this way.

There were numerous inconsistencies in the training. There was incorrect grammar throughout the entire training. I had questions on quizzes that did not have anything to do with that specific module. The videos at the end of some modules seemed jumbled because most of the time they had nothing to do with the module I was working on. I think the coding that provides the "randomness" to the training needs some serious work. It made the entire process very frustrating for all of my colleagues and me. Thank you.

I was worried with the amount of information required to go over in such a short period of time. The detail and format of the course was excellent and provided information in bits that could be memorized.

Some of the 5 questions at the end of each section pertained to information that came up on the next section that had not been read/studied so that made it a bit frustrating if you missed the question and then had to retake.

This course did help me pass the AZ state licensing exam however, after taking the exam I feel the course could be updated as there were many questions on the Exam that were not addressed either at all or enough in the pre-licensing exam course for AZ, and I believe the course should be updated per the exam outlines per state.

Maybe multi-section tests to make sure we reinforce parts learned in prior sections. Terrible glossary, should be able to hover over terms to see definition. Wording of course often left things ambiguous, would include more examples in order to help clear up any latent confusion on topics. Overall, the whole layout of the course was confusing. Although I can see you were trying to group topics as best as you could, it often leaves a novice having questions in one section that are only answered after reading another section days later. I would suggest trying to find a better way to categorize the course to make the flow more logical to a person new to the insurance world in its entirety.

I retain content better when I can read it, and none of the videos in the course offer Closed Captions. I think that would be helpful, along with study materials like definition lists and maybe flash cards. I had to make all of my own study content through Quizlet.

I thought your material was thorough. The testing and the material made it easy to learn. My only concern is the NC state exam used some different terminology and had a different focus. Whereas I was achieving 90's on the practice exam, I barely passed the state exam. Seems like a gap in the material.
