Course was very easy to understand. I preferred to work reading the passages rather than listening to them.

My only gripe were courses that required complete memorization of charts when in the real world, we would have the policy in front of us to help determine coversge.

I like the fact that some of the questions from the quizzes taken from the lesson or on the exam that helped me remember some things

Some of the sentence structures were difficult to understand. Scaffolding of the material and objective would be helpful. There were a lot of grammatical errors in the materials and exam questions making some concepts difficult to grasp.

The gentleman that did most of the short videos after each lesson was vital to this course. He made me laugh and that made me more comfortable.

The exam tutorial function was helpful for practice exams.

I think the course covers the material in good detail, but it's difficult to just read the material. The audio recording is ok, but it was not beneficial for me. I understood the material better by reading it. The video supplements to the lesson were much more beneficial as well. Have some human interaction, even if artificial by way of pre-recorded video, made the material presented easier to understand.

I liked the ability to turn off the read-to-me audio and I also found the videos helpful.

This course was easy to read, well organized with an updated format. Most importantly for me, the authors showed empathy for this student by not over doing the amount of information in each section (most times) and kept the course moving along with clearly written insurance topics. Also, even though I didn't need to use exam tutor and other study guides, I appreciated that they were included in the course.

The practice exams with completion reviews are extremely helpful in determining one's knowledge of course materials.

I really enjoyed the instructor videos with the explanations. It was very helpful and his uses of the props just brought a smile to my face and made my learning fun. Truly enjoyed the course

I very much liked having the Videos and For Your Review after each section. That really helped when studying to take the Final Test. I appreciated the quizzes after each section as well as it helped me to gauge what I needed to look at more or go over again. This was a great course. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to get their license to take this course.

The course is very long and super duper boring. If you can find a way for users to learn this course in a interactive and fun way that would help SOOO MUCH. It took me so long to do this course because I kept putting it off because I was just bored to DEATH!

I wish there was a high light feature as I read and write all the way through I dont listen to the instructor because I cant keep up.

I liked that I could study at my own pace. I took advantage of the practice tests and used those as an additional study guide. A learn-see-do option would have worked well. Showing how policies are set up, would have been most helpful, that way it would be easier to absorb the material for additional understanding. It would be helpful for visual learners to see what actual policies look like.

the guy in the videos was changed about 7/10's through the program and that really messed me up, its essentially irrelevant but I got acclimated to seeing that guy after I finished every lesson, so that kinda through me off , other than that, no complaints really

The course was good and educational.

I think there should be an (optional) practical exercise section where you can run through scenarios on your own time. This would help "visual learners" picture scenarios and help break up the mundane definition after definition. Overall it was good, and I passed first time.

Course pre-tests did not align well with actual Florida licensing exam at all. While having a solid knowledge of WebCe material and scoring above 80% on Web Ce exams, much of the material in actual licensing exam was completely difference and did not translate into results which were even comparable to what i had prepared for.

The exam is very hard and the time is not sufficient to complete. I would think adding 20 more minutes would make the pressure less evasive.

The course content was thorough and I remember a good bit for the answers on the Final Exam. There were a good bit of the property questions that I believe focused too much on the scheduled autos section. That is what hurt me the most. I believe there needs to be only a few questions of each section that way all is equally covered, not one section so heavy for questions as it was.

A. Most sections are written clearly, but a few were not. You should have a single writer (with a single voice) make sections read consistent. B. There are a couple of times where I needed to re-read seemingly inconsistent statements before understanding why they were not, in fact, inconsistent. That took up time. But there is one example that I still couldn't figure out. It has to do with whether you needed to be in the care of a physician in order to receive DI benefits. First it says, categorically, that you must; then a couple of paragraphs later it says you don't (at least not if you've been declared permanently disabled). This was an issue in one of the practice or final exam questions. C. There are typos. Not many, but some. I hate typos. They're distracting. D. Some exam questions are, to put it politely, arcane. Paraphrasing here: "If Mary borrows Tommy's trailer and gets into an accident, how much will Mary's policy pay for damage to the trailer?" C'mon. Really? Having to memorize such insignificant detail in order to pass the exam requires much more time studying than should be necessary. Overall I was pleased with the course.
