Please correct the workers comp videos. The first one read it to me doesn't match what is actually written.

The videos at the end of each section were by far the best part of the course. I felt that the wording was too long and inefficient. The sections went on and on and on, endless scrolling and so much to read that it was very difficult to retain. I learned most of the information from taking practices tests and referencing the wrong answers each time to learn what I got wrong. That was about the most I got out of this. The rest was just hours of time reading and retaining very little information. I made my own study guides as well which have been very helpful.

The voice speeds were either very slow or very fast, need something in between.

I think there should be instructor lead course options as the read to me feature can be confusing for students who are new to insurance. I am tenured and found the material overwhelming

I wish the course did more to organize what is important for testing and what isn't. The course has an overwhelming amount of information.

I used the ‘Read to Me’ audio feature, and it works well. However, the transitions from paragraphs to headers are abrupt, and if you’re not watching the screen, it can sound like the content is running together. Would also like to see a more natural voice options available, especially now that AI has progressed so much in recent years.

You need better proofreaders. Multiple instances of easily corrected mistakes. And you need a better AI to translate the material, the mispronunciations were very distracting.

This is a NY specific course and too often it gave ranges for provisions instead of the NY specific provisions.

Great course, although very long.

I have no foundational knowledge of this topic and no vocabulary. It would have greatly benefitted me to have examples with visuals, a glossary of terms embedded in the paragraphs, videos available, more graphics, and anything interactive- especially the formulas. The lack of background knowledge lead me to google many discrete words, broad terms, and to have language simplified. I took copious notes, review them, studies the flash cards, and reviewed all my practice quiz answers and still do not have a deep understanding of what I studies here for over 100 hours. Adult learners greatly benefit from the same tools kids have with visuals, examples, practice, and interactivity (not just reading it to us).

More examples. At times there was too much information. Example, there was a whole chapter on car parts, but that was not in the exam. The chapter on Crops, I believe was the longest chapter and had too much info that I am not sure would be used.

This is very dry, there is not enough interactive material to keep people engaged.

THe tone of the audio is horrible, monotone. Make it interesting. I've had such a hard time learning the polices with the material provided.

The whole system was super easy to do and follow along, the tools were excellent and truly felt prepped by the time it was time to take the test.

The organization of content within each chapter sometimes seemed all over the place. Better formatting of sections within the chapters would be helpful, especially when taking notes on the content.

This course is riddled with spelling and grammar errors which make the material even harder to grasp. The quality of the video content, while concise is not nuanced enough and there are alot of ums, and uhs. The content was not engaging.

I do my CE through you. Unfortunately, some states decided to not recognize the license I had so I have to take more licensing exams...so glad my employer uses WebCE!

Some chapter exam questions were incorrectly scored.

It seems like a lot of the material is created or curated through AI. There was a ton of grammatical errors and wonky sentence structures. The highlights and key points did not really convey highlights or key points. I understand AI is being used heavily now, but it felt like this wasn't even proofread. It was easier for me to understand since this is not my first test, but if this was my first test, I think I would have had to pay for additional exam material just so I can understand what is being said at times. I also think there was a lot of unnecessary extra information that is not relevant to the test. For example, one of the least questioned topics is workers comp and other coverages, yet there is a ton of material on these subjects. There should be more focus on the heavier parts of the exam such as homeowners or auto. When it came to the actual practice exam, either I underestimated my knowledge, or this was a super easy test exam. It is 50 questions less than the actual exam, there was almost no questions regarding certain topics such as policy type (HO1 for example), and there was almost no questions on objective standards such as the time to notify cancellation or cost equations for coinsurance. I suppose I cannot know this for sure until I take the actual exam, but hearing how it is one of the most difficult exams, I am not optimistic that this was good study/validation material. Again, this aspect I will know for certain once I take the actual exam. And who knows, maybe the practice exam felt so easy because this was actually a great resource to refresh my knowledge. I would be able to give a better answer after the actual testing since I am unsure how it will directly pertain to the test.

The ability to create/modify your own practice exams to focus on specific sections in an excellent source of studying and I appreciated that function.

You just need to stay on top of State DOL changes. In this instance, even though they were listed in #16 of NY Independent Auto Ins Exam Pre, both the Letters of Character and the $1,000 Bond are NO LONGER REQUIRED BY NEW YORK. Otherwise, the course was very good. Thank you.

When finished taking the final chapter exam, we should be able to go to all earlier chapter exams and retake them.

I'm not sure if it was just me, but it seemed like the recommended times for the individual chapters were half what it took me.

there is an overwhelming amount of information just written out and not explained in a clear way for comprehension. more videos explaining the material or examples of how the coverage / policy is used and images would be helpful. just writing everything out doesn't bode well for solid understanding and comprehension. it's also not organized in a conducive way, a lot of it doesn't make any sense contextually.

The end video on “17. - Liability Coverages of the Personal Auto Policy” has a rebel flag on top of a toy car used for a demonstration. There were other videos that had the same car and flag. Not acceptable.

I had to call to get myself registered for the classes I needed. Otherwise it was pretty easy. The person that assisted me was very helpful.

Often, questions asked were not relevant to the material provided until several lessons later.

Some questions on the quiz were asked preceding the course content. The course content was long! However if you complete the content with the quizzes, you will pass the exam!!

The questions after each section cause the course to be much longer than a classroom course but I feel i learned more doing it this way.

I was worried with the amount of information required to go over in such a short period of time. The detail and format of the course was excellent and provided information in bits that could be memorized.

Some of the 5 questions at the end of each section pertained to information that came up on the next section that had not been read/studied so that made it a bit frustrating if you missed the question and then had to retake.

This course did help me pass the AZ state licensing exam however, after taking the exam I feel the course could be updated as there were many questions on the Exam that were not addressed either at all or enough in the pre-licensing exam course for AZ, and I believe the course should be updated per the exam outlines per state.

Maybe multi-section tests to make sure we reinforce parts learned in prior sections. Terrible glossary, should be able to hover over terms to see definition. Wording of course often left things ambiguous, would include more examples in order to help clear up any latent confusion on topics. Overall, the whole layout of the course was confusing. Although I can see you were trying to group topics as best as you could, it often leaves a novice having questions in one section that are only answered after reading another section days later. I would suggest trying to find a better way to categorize the course to make the flow more logical to a person new to the insurance world in its entirety.

I retain content better when I can read it, and none of the videos in the course offer Closed Captions. I think that would be helpful, along with study materials like definition lists and maybe flash cards. I had to make all of my own study content through Quizlet.

I thought your material was thorough. The testing and the material made it easy to learn. My only concern is the NC state exam used some different terminology and had a different focus. Whereas I was achieving 90's on the practice exam, I barely passed the state exam. Seems like a gap in the material.
