Time for the test should include the estimated time to complete the reading and the exam. Length of program should be broken into max 1 hr. We need to keep schedules ourselves, this would help

In all content, there should be a greater distinction between SEC Registered Investment Advisor requirements and those of State-Registered Investment Advisors.
Like that can download the PDF for airplane study time.
I've used WebCE in the past so it was an easy choice amongst all the other CE providers listed through FINRA and the NASAA website.

I received 2 hours of credit, but it required more than two hours of my time to complete. I used the provided audio for most of the course. Being able to speed up the audio or have less material would have worked better for me.
Really and in-depth course going well beyond what a Registered Representative should know.

The course used acronyms or abbreviations, after describing them fully only once. Since there were more than a dozen new acronyms introduced, it was not easy to remember them all. Please include what the acronyms stand for as the course progresses.
The suggested time allotted was not nearly enough.
CONTENT WAS UNNECESSARILY CONFUSING, SOMETIMES TOO WORDY, AND EMPHASIZED WRITER KNOWLEDGE RATHER THAN TRAINING/EDUCATING.

It seemed to take more time with the detailed information presented than the 2 hour CE course stated. If you actually read and processed the information, it took longer than 2 hours.
I have used WEB CE for many years for all of my CE and my Employee's as well.
Audio and slide presentation were monotonous to me. But information was efficient. I like it

Good information. President Trump doesnt care about your stupid laws. He just pardons financial and other types of criminals while I waste my time learning all the laws. Seems pretty stupid.
I didn't understand the lack of an AML exam, but perhaps it was included in the other exams
ethics training is a complete and total waste of time

isolating bitcoin is lazy. it indicates bias or lack of understanding of the digital economy. this is a needs improvement.

The cybersecurity portion was overkill --too way to log to provide the actual individual financial advisor with was is really controlled by the management of the firm.. A overviiew and the role individual financial advisors would play is sufficient. FAs cannot make the decision, don't typically create the casualties, ensure that cybersecurity is in place and practices. NO control...so too much time spent on his part of the course.

In general, it was very detail oriented and informational. However, the information contained regarding BOI is totally incorrect. FinCEN removed the requirement for U.S. companies to report Beneficial Ownership information in March 2025, and you still have not updated your materials to reflect those changes. Bad habit for someone telling us to keep our information up to date.

Too many repetitive examples of cybercrime
OK as a learning tool. Could use specific examples to better highlight crimes taking place. The case studies helped somewhat to get a better understanding of the course material.

Enjoyed the short sections
The objectives were clearly stated and met through the training.
Suggest to remove the extended history lesson about various banking laws passed over the decades and what each of them individually changed/added. It's more important to focus on what the requirements are now.
I use your products simply for the ease of access and price point...NOT for the content. To say that the presentation is lacking is a massive understatement.

This is way too much information for the role that I have at my firm. A complete misuse of my time.
Took much longer to review than time credit allowed. Material was very good. Test questions were excellent.
If anything, there was actually too much detailed content but it was still interesting.

MAKE THE AUDIO BUTTON STATIC SO I DO NOT HAVE TO TURN DOWN THE VOLUME FROM FULL BLAST EACH TIME I HIT CONTINUE ! It is so loud, please allow a one time adjustment for the whole course (I can turn down my computer audio but then I do not hear other important items). Please adjust your audio settings !

Nae helped me get set up today. I have been licensed for so long and never want to repeat classes etc and not get credit. Everyone is focused on the consumer.
The read training could use an update. Very monotone fake voice.

Favorite thing is the progress bar for the course that gives me a better idea of how much time the course will actually take me at my personal speed.
I like being able to turn the audio portion of the class on or off. It is helpful depending on where im at and how I can focus on the learning at that moment.

I thought your practice question answers to simple and straight forward. In that the correct answer could be determined by ruling out the obvious wrong answers. But, after taking the exam, yours was a little easier.

Test questions were to difficult and the course to long. This is just another money grab by the States. Its a simple repetitive course to: FINRA, CFP and Internal CE courses. IT SERVES NO POINT!

The "+" to add credits for other CE requirements (insurance, CFP, RIA, PACE, etc.) was hard to find and confusing to use. Sort that out so that one may easily see whether, or not, a CE is available on a list, and for how much $ without circling back and forth through the "Check Out" process. Offer a better "Cross Check" feature and a clear "Check Out" reminder. It took me 10 minutes to sort through that routine to find and pay for my extra credits. It wasn't very intuitive (think like a "user" and not a "programmer"... place yourself in the customer's shoes, test it on real-world clients first, and on-going), and it wasted too much time. It's good, but may be improved. Thanks for creating this WebCE site; it has served me well over the years.
Questions were simple and easy to answer. Did not really test your knowledge of the subject and material.
I liked the amount of information provided in each category. It was easy to understand and remember. It wasn't designed to confuse you.

i like to formatting of the information - easy to read and really like the questions at the end of a segment of information.

Having AML and Cybersecurity lumped together made for a lot of detail packed into a single course for an exam. I took it in one sitting, but I feel like those topics deserved to be broken out into course of their own, especially for exam purposes.

This training was waaay to long and technical. The amount of Legal Acts, numbers, and detail was too high - should be broken into multiple parts. But the exam was well written and didn't provide technical questions.

This course is a slog to get through and is not very engaging. A suggested redesign may be to create case studies and then dive into the relevant AML and/or cybersecurity elements it touches on rather than the current massive information dumb.

Most of the information is aimed at a firms responsibility to draw up proceedures for the firm. Very little of the information is applicable to financial advisors. The material and info could be dramatically shortened to relavency.
would be nice to have reference links during study material, instead of the back button.
I'm not sure if it was my internet or the program. It kept skipping to parts of the course that I had already done.
way too many acronyms. you need to constantly remind us of what they stand for. We are introduced to them once, then they are repeated along with 40 other acronyms, I forgot what they stood for.

A human voice rather than electronic would have made the read to me audio less droning - tonal inflections were definitely lacking.
