Low price coverage shouldn’t be the only attribute of an auto policy – in fact, it may not be the most important. Consumers need to know what their insurance covers, what may be missing and how to navigate the claims process after the damage has happened. As an auto claims adjuster, it is important to know the coverages provided by your client’s insurance and be able to estimate the cost of vehicle repairs, negotiate equitable settlements and issue payments through the claims process.
Courses included will meet all your CE requirements for your license renewal in Oregon including ethics and Oregon Law.
The voice to text should be programmed to omit the "asterisk, asterisk, asterisk" whenever a *** showed up in the text. It was annoying.
Excellent content and ease of use
Great course. The content and web tools were terrific.
i learned so much from this course and after doing insurance for 20 plus years we need reminded of this every 3-5 years especially bc insurance is forever changing, Thank you WEBCE for exceeding expectations and teaching me more about insurance in which i LOVE # TEAM PROGRESSIVE
The one thing I would find more helpful is the ability to find keywords through a search option in each chapter. This would make it easier to go back to confirm an answer without having to reread so much again. Otherwise it was great!
The course is good and easy. I hope it stays this way.
Course had multiple grammar errors. Especially for a paid course, I would think that everything would be proofread. I also do not like that even though I had the course read out to me at a normal pace, the content does not add up to the full two hours. Just had to repeat sections I already completed for over 15 minutes.
the time should not be 3 hrs maybe 2. is enough time to get through training material
Some visual content with a bit of color to break the monotony.
i would shorten the chapters that are very long, split into two parts verses having a very long one
The course was about fraud. However, the last several sections were on ethics rather than fraud. A lot of case law and California law was mentioned. However, it didn't reflect insurance fraud.
It is a nice platform but i would love better if their was an option for Video studying. Im a visual learner vs just reading.
I used the audio presentation. One thing I think you can improve on is correcting the AI description of various numbers. Example: AI voice would say $125,000 as "One hundred and twenty-five dollars zero zero zero. Very distracting. Otherwise, very good!
Easy to complete, they give you enough time to study and take the quizzes.
Videos would be very helpful along with more real life examples discussed in each topic.
The grammatical errors and missing/extra words drive me crazy. PLEASE hire a proof-reader!
LOVE the audio!
Did not like having to adjust the volume each time
too much missing information during the exam questions. questions not fully explained as an insured or insurer. poor explanation of information.
It would be nice if you pass all the tests that you don't have to just keep rewatching to get the minimum time credentials.
excellent course
Professional liabilty courses for claim professionals, medmal, E&O, public entity, etc
Course contained inaccurate information. I submitted the errors and proof of correct info to customer service via email.
Time allowed by company was not enough to finish
Make it more clear about next steps in the licensing completion process
I liked the fact that this time we were given more time to complete the course. This change gives more time to read or listen to the material presented and have a clearer understanding to fully comprehend the subject matter.
these courses need to be put back in order. commercial use should come after personal use material
Course material and learning objectives were redundant and gave questionable information.
Like the format and ease of use.
I love the format of the course. It is very easy to digest the information.
Download my score in a timely manner.
The login system is difficult to navigate.
Was not happy you have a required minimum amount of time to complete the course. If I finish in less time, I should be done. Some of us have years of experience and can just take the exams. This time limit delayed me moving on to another course.
The questions should be read aloud also
It seems longer to complete than other courses I have used.
This course has great information but needed more charts, visuals and more scenarios. I recommend a top 10 Gap issues scenario table, a Top 5 "tricky scenario", a symbols grid, a coverage GAP and fix grid. It was just too long and paragraph oriented for this material. There's so many endorsements and what if's that as laid out, it made absorption take longer than 2 hrs for me (I am pretty fast learner and typically can absorb information in 3/4 specified needed time.
well presented
overall good experience. Does Web CE directly report this hour to the state of oregon?
Please review that the names of people listed are consistent. Several times a name was mentioned but then later in the question, the name was changed without warning. Proofreading over the test questions would be beneficial.
This was very hard to understand. The questions were long and hard to understand.
Easy to access, read, and listening options.
The physical damage coverage to a rental car was wrong for Minnesota. In Minnesota, the coverage for damage to a rental car comes from the Property Damage Liability Coverage not the physical damage coverage from the insured's personal auto policy.
I would like an option to print the materials for reading as to not sit in front of a screen for another 4 hrs after a day at work. Would be useful to print and read during my commute to/from work where an open laptop isn't an option.
i like having interactive exercises to practice content
The text of the course contained several misspellings, grammatical errors, and incorrect words. I was able to infer the correct words from the context, but the course material would benefit from proofreading and editing.
I loved the course
If there were more interactive elements during the presentation of the course, I think that would help a lot with retaining the information given.
time limit was bit of a nuisance, but overall good material
Some of the answers provided do not correspond with the material. For example, in this course, the two types of physical damage coverage.
Listening to Thor audio, I would listen for 4 minutes and thr time would only move 1 minute. Becuse of this I he tomre-listen to sections over and over. I credibly horrible content and execution. Will never use webce again. Then I answe questions on the quizzes correctly and you mark them wrong,
If you have been an adjuster for 25+ years & you can complete the course in less time, you should not have to stay in the lesson. You should be able to exit & move forward to the next module.
Great course, easy to use.
Enjoyed the course
THe time is very off
Excellent Course
Sitting through the entire course until the timer runs out, even after you've completed it and all the quiz questions, is a waste of time. Not everyone learns at the same pace.
FYI, there were multiple typos in this material :)
Great Course! Learned A LOT!
The only feedback I have is that some people work faster than others. I had to sit in this course for over 30 minutes to get my certificate. I don't think the minimum time frame is a good one.
This course is very dense and difficult to follow, even for someone who works in auto daily. I recommend renewing the content and making improvements to enhance clarity and usability.
Material was clear and well difined with good example for clarity
only question is i can read through the materials much quicker and had to wait quite a bit to take the exam.
There was some redundancy. And sometimes a bit wordy.
Overall this course was good but there were a few times where it repeaded itself in a way I thought was unnecessary.
I repeatedly use Web CE, very easy to use and the courses are good.
Time required to finish the course did not match the amount of content provided. had to go back and relisten to the course for over an hour after finishing and completing all quizzes
material was very confusing and difficult to understand
I disliked having to stay in the program for soo long. Many of the material is things we use everyday. So unnecessary to stay on the screen for no reason when the scores are good.
Enjoyed the web ce for my real estate license--not so much this one. Difficult to understand--questions unrelated to course material
The Content of the course is excellent. I would be nice fo you to adjust this course so that when we are finished, we submit the finals. Having to monitor the computer for the last hours/minutes whether we have finished or not is a Total Waste of Time and not beneficial for our continued education.
this one was harder for me but still easy to use
Great learning and education
The Content of these courses are excellent. The MANNER in which we have to achieve the Testing Process is Ridiculous. IF it takes a person 20 Minutes to Complete a Passing score, yet the Course wont let that person proceed until the Time Allotment is finished.....THAT IS A WASTE OF TIME and Production in our Actual JOB selling Insurance. PLEASE Change the Format to accommodate Agents with Goals to meet.
THE SPeaker talks to fast to keep up.
This course was vey helpful
The fact that we have to sit here for the required course time is absurd. If someone is able to finish before the time is up, we should not be punished for being efficient. There is no learning advantage to wasting time staring at a screen when the course has been completed. It is simply for the sake of filling time. Maybe the amount of CE hours required is excessive and unnecessary and that is what should be re-evaluated.
Some questions appeared to be redundant.
Typos and repeated questions in the exam--
Excellent and effective the presentation format of the course material.
Much of the content of this course was vague and ambiguous. More specific examples should be provided to illustrate the content.
listed to every page at either 1.0 or .75 speed and still wasn't enough time to complete the exam. Had to listen to miscelaneious pages for 30 minutes before i was allowed to take the exam. Seems like a big waste of time.
offer audio
some answers for the questions are in the wrong chapters or researching
there was quite a bit of BAP and PAPs throughout the course. It started to get a little confusing trying to keep up with the abbreviations
I like that it can be taken on a time frame that works with my schedule. The ability to start and stop is very helpful.
learn a lot of valuable lessons from the courses.
Some Audio or videos would help as well
Had to listen to the material twice just to get the required time to complete the course. Also had to slow the reading down to .75 as when i watched it at 1.0, it went too quick for the requirement to be met.
Good courses for continued education credits.
This course is the best! thank you
if have read-it-to-me audio, make it so that it takes the entire time if its reading it and not finish early
I really learn what is needed to stay compliant in the ever-changing Insurance realm.
Good CE but boy is there a lot of info.!
I'd like it better if you achieve over 85% or 90% you should not have to wait the full hours.
I have been using WebCE for over 15 years and you all never fail to provide what I need to stay compliant with state CE requirements. Great content and ease of completion.
I have been doing my CE courses and licensing courses through you guys for years, and this was one of the most interesting courses that I have taken!
The format of the course and ease of use of the website were great.
way too long, much longer than a 3 hour course. The verbiage goes on and on not as concise as it could be and the test question do not need to be all word or essay type questions. Seriously bring it down a notch. This stuff is exhausting and I've been doing insurance for 30 years!
Questions and scenarios are a little long.
READ ALOUD VOICE COULD BE BETTER
One of my questions had reference to something not in the course. API I believe?
The time limit is bogus and you know it.
This course makes "its case" by focusing and reiterating the importance of ethics, a moral code of conduct, and empathy. The course has made its impact on me.
I don't know if this is something that is really in WebCE control but the time duration spent on content. 5 hours that need to be spent on content pages is a bit excessive. I am fast reader and also been in the industry for a long time so getting through content quickly to then have to sit on a page for 5 hours seemed a bit excessive. I know this is probably more so the board with adjusters licensing versus you guys but wondering if there was a way to fix this. Afterall, mastery of the material is what should matter here.
Need to make it simpler to understand what is needed.
This was a lot of information to retain for testing. Test was very hard.
Information was very clear
Making an insurance professional review the material for 2.5 hours is overkill. Most professionals will not need that much time to review the material in preparation for the test.
Well put together presentation, It makes you think more about the correct coverages for your clients!!
Very good course
Took longer than anticipated.
It's so educational and my experience is so great , thank you for being part of it.
Too much Information in a short period of time and not easily located.
I really enjoyed this course. It had a lot of helpful information and was well written for an agent to use the information.
This first section was quite long, I would split it up when going over the appraisal process. Just my opinion.
With one exception I liked everything. Upon completing the exam and test I expected to see a completion certificate that I could print. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I have yet to see a certificate and confirmation that the test results would be sent to my state insurance commissioner for Continuing education ctredit. Otherwise, as usual with WEBCE from beginning to end everything was great!
I learned a lot
great lesson !
The course was very easy to use.
The AI read-aloud does not read the way a normal human being would. Some intonation, proper pauses, and not reading copyright info/citations in footnotes would make this easier to get through.
Good training module
Just remove the time please been taking these for 20 years
GreaT Class!
time was not calculated right per my clock. Time to complete was about 20 minutes longer than my clock timer.
There are several typographical errors, some of the questions are "wordy" and create ambiguity and some of the questions were not worded well at all.
Good content
Great course
very organized and understanding course.
Great explanations for people that do not know PAP.
The Read-it-to-me audio you can tell is AI by the way it reads numbers, money, etc. Very monitone.
he reads a bit too fast for this much content
The questions were alttle confusing on the Business Auto
It's 2025. We need interactive and engaging courses. Not readable pdf's.
The auto accident scenarios were interesting and made me chuckle.
Some questions are too lengthy
THE TIME IT TAKES TO COMPLETE THE COURSE IS TOO LONG
course was very easy to navigate and time to complete
Best author! Can tell author is genuinely passionate about the subject covered. A bit too many examples timewise in the ethics area for someone who actually tries to read every point in a 4 credit course. Still- excellent and glad I took this.
I liked this course was very refreshing and I feel like I learned a lot
The course was a little more detailed and took longer than anticipated for a 2 credit course. Lots of moving parts. The material was good but I though it could have a few more credits.
I enjoyed taking this course. Leaned about ride-sharing and TNC's.
This course went over the top into the infinite details of a business policy!
Great Use of Case Examples for Better Understanding
Great course !
Always learn or refresh knowledge using WebCE
The audio annunciation was off at time and slightly distracting because of it. Hit-and-run came out as "hit an drun" consistently.
The length of some of the questions makes the questions get wordy causing confusion. Unnecessary sentence that have nothing to do with coverage are used. Some questions could be interrupted differently and therefore changing the answer.
The timing feature is stupid. It delays the rest of your day.
Very demanding ,but information was exceptional
There are a couple of typos, but a solid course nonetheless.
What I liked the most was the audio, it was very helpful I was able to do things while I had the audio on, this course was very easy to find the part where I stop. I would definitely recommend this site to other people.
The voice was obviously computer generated. Words were misrepresented and out of context. Ex Lots referred to a car lot but was read as Lots a quantitative value.
The wording and language used in the material was hard to understand. The question like: Hit a hand truck does not easily translate. The questions are hard to understand and cannot be answered easily without reading a few times to ensure what they are asking. Would not recommend this course
I think the best was the interactive videos and the read along made it click easier for me. I really liked how this was done and setup.
The reading and practice questions are not equal to the required time
When recapping or having to read a section just to be able to go back to the section at hand and not have to re-read that particular section all over again since it's a lot of information
It would be nice if the search feature took you to the section you are searching for and not just highlight it in the body of the text so you have to scroll to find it.
It does not take anywhere near 4 hours to complete this course.
I enjoy the content.
Disliked the length of the course. I completed it in 3 hours had to sit and read it all again to make time limit.
I liked that you could easily move through the course, easy to find certain categories etc. Overall use of ease was excellence!
HOW IN THE WORLD YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ON THE OVERVIEW????? THE QUESTIONS GO IN THE EXAM!!!!
the exam questions were too tricky for passing the first time, and could have been an exceptable answer on many
You need better read it to me function, it didn't know how to pronounce certain words or combined words to a garbled mess.
There were a few typos on this particular course. A couple of the explanations had confusing wording.
Another interesting class from WebCE. I've been licensed for over 40 years and have taken a lot of CE classes. Yours are the best.
Excellent courses.
Would love videos to help explain scenarios.
Completed all and timer showed that there was about 20 minutes left and it would not complete at 100% all exams taken and material done
Excellent course, very informative.
More interactive visual aids to explain the concepts of collision and other than collision coverage would be helpful for a visual learner.
questions can be asked on knowledge, not tricky
Excellent courses! Works great on a desktop computer & a mobile device. Very quick & accurate grading of the tests. I appreciate the option to print the course also, for use when no wifi connection is available. There is an error on page 30 of the "Personal Autos used in Business." course. In the first sentence, under "Ride Sharing." there is a number "4" after the "Uber, Lyft and others" that doesn't need to be there. THANK YOU!
Ethics class needs updating to more current examples and references. Referencing war & battles and Cicero are not pertinent to insurance material
I will give a better rating on the two last ones, but it was hard to know exactly what you missed if you did not pass the test. It will help to show you even if you pass which was the right answer. Especially if you are doing the CE's only to keep the license and not working on that field. But other than that it was good.
A lot of material in the course, however it was organized very well.
I thought your courses only have tests after each chapter not 30 to 50 questions after each course, Did not like that. Did not like having to wait hours to do final exam.
Informational and easy to follow content.
super helpful to use web ce
I have ADD, CE classes in the past made it very difficult to absorb the material. The material flowed easy to understand and plenty of time to complete
Great information & content for knowledge in insurance.
the length of time could have been shortened to finish the course
Oregon Insurance Law is about as boring as possible, and personally, I think it's ridiculous that we have to take a class every two years. HOWEVER, this course made it bearable and easy to get through. I really appreciate the structure and content of the lessons.
I read through the course myself and I am not a fast reader. I did the questions at the end of each chapter. The time required was 1h 40m and I was done in 1h 27m. I think there is too much required time for this course.
Some answers were vague
There was a question in my exam that had incorrect information. It stated that owned private passengers autos was Symbol 2 instead of Symbol 3.
some of the answer bubbles on this survey are different sizes. It's distracting.
the questions were structured to align you with the facts
WE SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO STAY LOGGED IN FOR THE ENTIRE 3 HOURS IF IT TAKES US LESS TIME TO COMPLETE THE COURSE!!!
Very well written Contents and Practice Exams.
IT'S RIDICULOUS THAT WE ARE FORCED TO SIT IN THE COURSE FOR THE ENTIRE 6 HOURS WHEN WE HAVE COMPLETED AND PASSED THE CHAPTER TESTS IN LESS TIME!!!
Very good content
The Ai reader pronounced words incorrectly and read the dollars like $100,000 digit by digit.
Great course!
i was not getting any video through out the course .
The questions in the quizzes were very vague.
I liked that it read to me and that there were quizzes after each lesson.
This was a good course but should qualify for 2-3 hours.
Straight forward and simple to follow the instructor materials for the test questions
Test Exam questions were tricky, didn't provide enough info to pick correct answer.
It would be nice to have the content presented by an actual person.
Read-it-to-me audio is a game changer, made it SUPER easy to comprehend the material.
Like the fact that you can stop/start course to fit in with your day. Like the option for audio, since I personally learn better via hearing the course as well as following along by reading.
The whole timer thing is annoying! The countdown time is not correct with the time that it so that course took. For example, 3.25 minutes only shows one minute for your counted time. :((
After taking a test it would be nice to know which questions were wrong and showing the correct answer.
When using the Read-it-to-me audio, it leaves too much time left before you can take the final exam. It is about 40 minutes
great course!
The timing accessibility. I used the Read-Along feature and finished hours before the required time and had to wait before I could take my exam. I was firmly expressed by my job I risked not getting my license because I had to allowed more time/days to go back to the CE course just to complete the course. I had to let the clock run out to take the exam.
Great and detailed information
course very easy to understand
course was great
i started the course yesterday for the first 2 chapters and saved it for today. Came back today and the clock had to restart??? 3 hour course took 5 hours!!!!
The structure of this course was difficult to follow.
Good Quality information.
Chapter 4 Practice Question - #3 the Adjuster didn't go over the coverage that the collision fell under - the Policyholder had to call back in to understand what coverage the accident was covered under - that's failure to interpret Stanton's Policy Correctly during the first contact with the damage - this wouldn't be "Fair Claim Practice" - Fair Claim Practice would have been going over policy details and how the accident would have been covered, which the Insurance Adjuster did not do, and the Policyholder had to call back to find out what coverage the accident fell under. BAD BAD BAD Claim Handling - nowhere near Fair Claim Practice.
The only thing I don't like about the course is the word problem questions. The questions are way too long
Explaining auto coverages using primarily written verbiage makes comprehensive difficult due to the number of different coverage scenarios. It would be helpful to use charts and sections of applicable policy sections to illustrate the written narrative.
I think there is a difference in a carrier denying liability versus denying coverage. The content was not clear
I think there should more indication of what the most important piece of information during the reading. Highlighting these would be a great start
There is never enough time provided to read the content and test. The content is too detailed for 1 hours worth of reading and then testing.
i love the pop culture references in the questions :) Ed
This course was well done and timely!
just wish I could find out the correct answer at the end of chapter exam if I miss a question/s
I liked the practice questions, they get you thinking and preparing for the final exam.
I liked that it was self paced and explained why the answers I had were wrong.
I disliked the facts that there is a required time limit before you can take the test. If I'm able to read and comprehend the material before the required time I shouldn't be penalized and forced to wait before taking the test.
It is an excellent Course.
Sometimes I take an exam and it shows I got everything right, but doesn't give me a 100% score. I'm not sure if that's because it's an overall score for the entire course or if your course is simply not able to do simple math on a test. Example is the last test in this course. It showed 88% even though I got all of the questions correct.
The time required when reviewing course material, classroom equivalent, would be nice to know.
The time frame to complete the course was not accurate. It takes longer than the time frame provided.
The new time parameters were excessive.
Can't say anything negative. Great course. Very simple.
The required time was too long, Easily finished in 2 hours and time should have included taking the final exam
very satisfied with the web ce course for keeping educational products
The requested time is too long, People read at different speeds and can take exams faster and just having to wait to get course credit was a waste of time
Wish they will update hourse soon
it doesn't take over an hour to finish this course - not sure why I had to stay in a lesson for over an hour just for the clock to run out
The amount of time to take the course is significantly less than what is required to remain in the course to get the credit. As long as all material is reviewed and the tests are passed, there should be no time limit. This is a ridiculous requirement made by individuals that do not care about the quality of the education, only some arbitrary requirement.
This is not a 2 hour course. It took much longer.
would like audio ty
Some of the questions on chapter 20 Exam were from things reviewed in chapter 21.
TIME OF COMPLETION WAS A BIT TOO LONG.
I liked the examples.
EVERY YEAR IT IS BETTER THAN THE LAST. I DO WISH THE QUIZ QUESTIONS RAMBLED LESS. THANK YOU!!
have some photos, visual and make it more fun.
The corse was easy to follow.
images depicting coverage helps to concrete knowledge - the 3 phases of ridesharing as an example of helpful content
This is based on the course I took. Personal auto in business. I am not a commercial writer, this had a lot to do with commercial and not the personal lines. It needs to cover what we can or can't write in personal lines....not commercial
Easy to understand and very relevant material
Having the ability to go to the chapter related to the question on the test.
in the past, some of the questions were so complex and rambled for almost a paragraph, you forgot what the question was by the time you got to the end of the question. This was a better effort to be more concise.
This course helped me refresh on policy knowledge and terminology I found to be incredibly helpful!
I liked the way was organized and how the course was ready for continuation.
The time requirement to complete the sections are too long. the average adult reader can complete in less time than the required course completion time.
when you review questions missed at the final exam, it would be nice to see what the correct answer should have been and where to find the information or why this is the correct answer
The quality of contents and the read back audio was excellent!
very good case studies. i liked the depth of questions regarding diminution of value and other than collision.
Read-it-to-me audio and ease of use with no time requirement.
I took a 10 Credit course that had a 100 Question Exam. The content of the course was very confusing, as was the Exam. The Exam questions were difficult and not really equated to an Exam for a Personal Insurance Rep.
Great content. Easy to understand except for 1 question
The hypothetical situation examples helped with understanding the course content. Heavy content and the AI voice kept the content very dry. Please use an updated, improved AI voice for the auto-play feature that includes more natural sounding speech.
great learning methods
course was very well laid out
ease of use. Great.
You need to offer new courses for Property/Casualty Insurance Law in Oregon so that I can choose a new course to take in 2 years or I'll have to go to a different CE company.
Computer generated reading was too slow and monotone. Would be helpful to add a speed setting.
The course is too long. The question are tricky.
The course was easy to follow no changes needed
Good course overall.
This was the most difficult material but it was easily explained. Took me a couple of times to pass it.
Quite a few typos are in the text. Suggest going through the course for these.
Seria valioso revisar las traducciones ya que en ocasiones son un poco confusas.
certain sections were too long had to much to digest
I found another random number left behind: Ride sharing (a service offered by Uber, Lyft, and others)4 involves I hope that helps you to clean up typos as there are still a few in each of the classes I took this time. Overall great content, and for someone who actually reads all while listening to the audio, the longer courses take me about twice the time stated... a 5 hour class takes me about 10, the 6 hour took me 12. It's a lot of time invested! But thank you for helping me brush up on relevant content. I appreciate the information as I haven't really taken an auto insurance class since 1985! lol.... :)
The audio freezes and it will not restart in certain places. i forgot to tell you about that on another course, but it is one I took this year, so you can review my courses to find it. The place it froze was about Ch 2, in the 22 minute segment, around 8 minutes. In case you're interested n fixing that.
this was long and every long to get to understand
Great Exam Process
it would be more engaging to have videos, graphics, and other forms of media besides words.
great practical course that was extremely relevant
Some questions were ambiguous. IE were all the electronics permanently installed in the vehicle?
Very informative!!
test wording are very confusing
The mentioning of the endorsement numbers was distracting and would not be used in day to day activities. The names of the endorsements are complicated and confusing. Just say, " the policy can be endorsed to cover (or exclude) such and such
some audio words pronounced wrong
a video vs read it to me would have peaked my interest more.
The read it to me needs much improvement. When reading dollar amounts it single numbers them- which is distracting = also reading the subject and the chapter as with the same wording is not necessary and slightly annoying. Lastly the ability to read the words as they are written and should be pronounced should be looked at.
The read-to-me audio is monotone and has no inflection or modulation. It is impossible to make sense of what is being said when it is read in that manner. The read-to-me voice just becomes hypnotic and sleep-inducing. Arrgggh
There are a few typos in the material. RE: CAPA: USAA, not USAS. among a few others.
The Read-it-to-me audio is a disgrace to your company. You really should review the audio on this module. The mispronunciations make it hard to comprehend. If my employer didn't have an account, I would never choose this site again for CE.
Hate being read to. Let me read myself
great course
This is very helpful For I learned and reviewed insurance.
New fresh updated materials, explained in detail
Great contents.
The questions and answers could be worded better.
Make the log in CAPTCHA LESS TIME CONSUMING. It takes me 15-20 min to pass to log in.
I think pictures and or vidoes and diagrams would be helpful to people who sometimes have a learning curve or disability when it comes to just reading or listening to audio.
I tried to use the Read-to-Me option but found the audio very stilted and dry. There wasn't a lot of inflection and I found my attention drifting so I disabled the audio and read it myself. Otherwise, the course material was very good.
Too many questions on the test. Unable to review the test results if you received them wrong. While I got a 90% on the test it would be very frustrating if I had failed and unable to see what I got wrong.
WAY TOO MANY TESTS, LONG QUESTIONS, JUST WAY TOO MUCH.
good course
easy to understand
Love the ease of use!
The course specified it's objectives and met them. It was easy to navigate and understand.
The monotone reading is horrid and makes it hard to learn.
I liked how the ethics section gave me the correct answers when I got them wrong. I did not like how the next section did not do that! As a result, I had to take the tests multiple times. I wish it was consistent. When telling me I gave the incorrect answer, I'd like the correct answer given. It helps to know and is more efficient.
The course was easy to follow and informative
Some of the questions are extremely long. Some of the answers are extremely long. I just feel that the questions should be more direct. I do not have any other concerns other than those.
This course was nice and short, but there are some courses that are very long, but other than that, everything was good.
This particular subject material was not well written. It was overly technical & wordy, making it difficult to understand. (Personal Autos Used in Business)
some of the examples were hard to follow, not showing examples of when the coverage explained would apply, but rather instances where the coverage would not apply. It was a bit confusing. The boss's daughter being in an accident while borrowing her friends car was one example
I really read it to me audio.
I felt as though so of the cases included weren't clear. I wasn't sure what grounds some of the claims were denied upon. In the case of the house that burn down & the ex was trying to get the insurance money was the house rebuild with the claim money or did she become owner of a burnt down house & lot? Other case studies I didn't understand as they were too brief.
The Captcha security box doesn't always off an option to verify. It only gives a "next" button. This is a time consuming hassle.
This course was clear and precise. Thank you.
Easy and informative!
good, clear content. i wouldn't recommend anything. Thank you
The AI person reading is annoying. It doesn't pause at commas, or stop at the end of certain sentences. Very very annoying and awful!
The time limit is to short
One of the practice test questions on test 3 may have typo because it is unclear.
Some of the passages were confusing, especially regarding non-owned vehicles.
More examples for the tested content.
Please check the questions and answers. You have multiple answers that are incorrect across the coursework. It's hard to learn when i am being told I am wrong but the answers are in the coursework in an OPEN BOOK TEST.
Sometimes the wording can be confusing
For me this course less clarity especially for Repairing the Vehicle.
For a 2 hour credit, this class is way too long. It should have been 4-5 chapters. Just seems a little bit unreasonable in length, even though the material was good.
very educational, good examples. questions wear hard to read to comprehend
Some questions poorly worded.
Easy read
Thankful to be able to be able to go back in the chapter to help find answer.
Would definitely benefit from some more interactive lessons.
great curse with less reading which helps alot
love the read it audio
the read it to me feature as I follow along helps me so much . its like Im in the class.
Course was clear and easy to navigate.
In my opinion the audio goes to fast. I would like it a little more slowly
I am 100% pleased with the quality, instructions to complete course and cos. I will recommend it to my friends - Thank YOU !!!
This is the only course I took from you this year that had errors in it. Many places where numbers were inserted as if to hold a place where someone had to insert something. Clarifying words were missing and Jessica referred to as him. Speed of narrator just a little to fast when trying to comprehend the material. For conversation or listening to a book, the speed is fine, but not for learning. When I slowed the speech down 1 notch it was too slow. Would be nice to have more speed choices. Thank you for helping me pass my CE this year !!!!!
Remove all gendered pronouns used in the training material. The gender of a person described in the training material is of no concern to the material. Using they/them will allow all material to be viewed with less bias and factual representation of the material.
Very easy to use and great explanations on the questions
You really need to include videos
Some of the questions were a bit repetitive and back to back on the exams. There are also some instances where the grammar of the questions are incorrect and cause confusion. Also, might want to update the AI voice, it mispronounced several words causing some confusion when following along. Things such as sayings 'lives' wrong or 'three zero zero, comma, zero zero zero' instead of three hundred thousand.
read it to me audio is excellent. thank you.
well organized and professionally presented course
Love the "read it to me audio"
Chapter 9- The pro rata calculation example is incorrect. It states 33% of $10,000 is $3,333, it should be $3,300. And 67% of $10,000 is $6,667, it should be $6,700.
Great reading & like the Video read aloud.
Acronyms were tough to get used to meaning PAP and PAB for the first section.
Efficient course
It was a bit confusing knowing when course chapters were complete. I initially thought I was done only to find out that I had 2 more chapters to complete.
Your answers are quite esoteric and even after scanning the entire section, I was unable to find the answer you were looking for based on the options given. Don't make this test about trying to trick people.
I wish there wouldn't be a minimum time in the course. Some of it is redundant after being an agent for so long.
I did not like the computer generated reader. The pronunciation and phrasing can be all wrong.
Excellent course! Easy to obtain the necessary CE credits required.
The audio was very rushed and did not flow in an understandable manner. The prerecorded audio was very rushed. It needed more human pauses i guess to be better consumed and understood.
This course needs an update to simplify the terminology and provide clear and concise wording. There are also a number of text and/or grammatical errors that need an editor to clean up.
very easy to use
Information is easy to understand and the quiz help you self check your learning as you go.
Best course I've taken
I really like the audible reading,
it was easy & smooth
was super good class
i enjoy the course
This is alot of reading and quizzing at one sitting. I think you need to break this up a little. This is a lot and it takes longer than what you claim. Other than that, very very informative and it does cover everything.
The audio needs to be the right amount of time for the course. 1hr and 40 minutes of audio when we have to stay in the course for 2 and a half hours makes it difficult to stay in the course for that long and listen to materials twice.
This course was a good refresher for total loss handling, ACV, replacement cost, and diminished value. Good course for individuals new to claims.
Excellent course and easy to navigate through and complete.
Some questions & examples were a bit too "wordy" but I could work around that
The course was nothing more than a reading of the Oregon Insurance code from top to bottom. No good examples, no discussions and explanations.
There was not enough time scheduled to complete the course and some of the material was repetitive.
Web CE is great to use! Very Easy and clear
THIS COURSE IS VERY HELPFUL
The text in this course was confusing and hard to follow.
The system is seamless. It's very streamlined and easy to follow. The format of the screen is appealing and the content is relevant and easily understandable. My favorite way to complete my CE courses.
It would be good to know the correct answer when reviewing the error questions.
Easy to use CE.
questions were confusing.
Too many exam questions needed to pass the class
There were a handful of typos, no biggie though.
There's a typo on one of the questions, when describing a policy term one of the policy term years is listed only as 9 when it should be 2019
This one was easier to me
This is clear, concise and easy to follow.
I like being able to check my answers and review the material for the test.
Some of the review questions were poorly worded
I liked that the course material was presented in a way that was easy to understand.
Would be nice to have more interactives, diagrams, etc.
This course was more difficult than I thought, but very informative!
I didn't find out the correct answer to the question I answered wrong on the exam. Would have appreciated knowing
outstanding learning tool, easy to read/listen - very satisifed
I liked the smaller tests after each section.
Question #17 of this Law course is worded wrong, UPD is NOT required in Oregon, therefore 20,000 is not the correct answer. D is the correct answer.
The audio guy did not pronounce things correctly so it kind of throws a person off. It is already confusing enough using and understanding the acronyms.
Informative. A lot of technical information. Presented well.
Thankyou, this is an excellent training program! _Mark
The use of AI in the presentation removes vocal inflection and accentuation from the delivery of the material. Far too impersonal of an approach to education.
It would be amazing to have an option for highlighted text to keep pace with the Narrator. Would be much easier to follow instead of rewinding to try and find my spot I left off of.
material was hard to follow on this course
These coursed really have nothing to do with the role I am in, all of these scenario's we would refer to the agent to handle. Also, there is way too much reading. I am not able to retain the information. I am a visual learner and would find video's to be far more beneficial.
Understanding how many class credits apply was confusing
This one was a bit more challenging material, but the test was easy. I'm glad I took the course.
Subject matter is well written and easy to understand.
some of the questions where confusing and hard to fin in the reading material
Not sure if it was my doing but when I printed the course, the print was very small
The course was very informative. What I liked most about the course where the examples that were integrated within each section. The ability to retake the exams is a great option as well as being able to re-visit the course during the exam. I enjoyed the training.
This was a good education type course
The "Read-It-To-Me" audio was too robotic. Went back to just reading the material.
It is easy to get lost when following along with the narration. You should add a cursor that follows where the narration is in the content.
There are typos in a few questions
The only thing I didn't understand is how to obtain the CE Proof or if you send the passing of the course directly to the state
Revise read-to-me program so that correct word pronounciation occurs.
The GUI is not consistent from course to course. some of the exam questions do not have the correct answers, and you have no way to tab from searched term to term. I'll finish the package of courses i have bought for this round, but will be shopping for a new vendor the next time i need CE. Your product has the smell of slapdash.
The Endorsements have similar wording. Maybe head each chapter with a Question, like "What if....." then head the chapter sections with another question. It is hard to distinguish one definition from another bc of the similar wording. Using Company names like Drugg and employee names like Jessica helps the student keep it all straight. This was a hard class because the content is not interesting, albeit important.
Too much information to process. Maybe break up the large sections into smaller sections.
Fast Coaverage but clear and easy to understand
Can you PLEASE show the correct answers on missed questions? Why would I review my wrong answers
There were some editing issues that made some of the content ambiguous.
The modules would stop "talking" ever so often.
Great class, learn alot, love WebCE because it makes it easy to understand.
I actually learned things during this CE course that I did not know before
Very informative course
Good Course.
I think 12 hrs would be sufficient ,to many words/long sentences makes it harder to retain the information as well as repetition.
I believe there is a typo in beginning of lesson in an example using the word "employee" instead of "coworker" which made the example much harder to follow.
Very educative indeed.
My knowledge of UM/UMI has been significantly broadened. Thank so much.
An excellent refresher course for any producer in the industry!
lots of spelling errors not caught on reading, but found on the audio version.
The course is well tailored towards the objective and satisfactory relization.
I only needed 1 law credit but I had to take this 3 credit course because it was the only one offered. it was PAINFUL. Was it read by a computer? Sounded like it. Would be nice if you made the subject matter interesting.
I like the audio
LIKED THE AUDIO
Questions unclear. this test felt like it was trying to fool people
This was a difficult topic to understand
Very dry instruction
Its tricky to fine the link on Safeco ignite, for CE is all i have to say that is complicated.
Thank you for your Professional, Comprehensive and Quality Learning Experience; I look forward to continue forward with your products and services Ralph Gandara
This course wasn't the best. Too many Endorsement #'s.. would have been great just to explain the coverages and exclusions without all of that...
I like hearing and reading the material.
It didn't relate to my actual job as an insurance adjuster except in a few instances
This was a very informative and great CE course all in all.
Only recommendation would be for the audio not to have a monotone voice.
This course is complex to the point where advertising it as 'continuing education' is irrelevant. There's no educational point to it. It's at least 90 % legal jargon with no practical application.
This was little hard to follow.
Great material easy to follow and understand to achieve material refreshment of what we do on a daily basis.
the suggested timeline to complete the learning modules should be extended to take into account the variables; like having to retake a quiz, or maybe even rereading a passage or question.
Thank you for your professionalism, clear and concise material makes learning fun and relevant Ralph Gandara
There are typos and spelling errors. There was also a wrong answer in the practice questions. In the question it said she had $40/day rental and used it for 20 days, but the answer was $600. The math doesn't work.
spoken word would be so much better than AI.
The time allotted for the courses is not enough. We have to read 20-35 chapters in 4 hours with a quiz after each chapter. Yes the material is common sense for insurance agents but the scenarios presented need a bit more critical thinking. Next license renewal should allow more time to process, learn and master the material.
Excellent course!
Extremely long and time consuming. The last 40% was mostly redundant.
Pease break up the text better, the line spacing is too close and without any color differentiation or other content (such as picture, videos, etc.) the course is hard to get through on the eyes and mind.
The person reading the content of course was really hard to listen too. It could just have been a computer reading the course to us. I have taken other courses of your and we could see the presenter and they talked and did not just read the content.
Better clarification of coverages
This is not the material of the course I chose. I did not choose auto insurance lines
I just thought there was a lot of reading in between the chapter exams and maybe a little more break-up in the intervals would be good.
As mentioned the length of time along with conent should better match the number of credits. Also would like to full agenda displayed to better gage the amount of time need to take course. For example you see the titles for the agenda then click and there subtitles.
the reading could be a bit more "real" sounding but otherwise great class
Courses are too long
The audio for this course was not very good. The guy reading it was robotic and monotone. I turned it off.
great training
I appreciate the variety of courses.
The reading process is too long - it should be shortened to provide equality time to provide answers quickly - not drawn out by reading such long scenarios.
Other than a few spelling and grammatical errors, the course was very good.
The wording that includes double negatives should be rewritten in this course it seems to cause confusion
There are some errors in the course materials, and some of the test questions have more than one answer that could be correct. You really need to go through this course with a fine tooth comb. I really don't care if you do or if you don't. I got the CE credit either way.
Highly recommend - very informative and easy to understand.
I liked how the questions were after every chapter.
Great content!
The read-to-me-audio AI in the Law course was not as well done as the Ethics course. I found it harder to understand and listen to. Otherwise, content was there. Thank you!
very easy to understand, great examples, relatable content
Would like to have access to comparing or listing what the course hours are needed from the interested party (me), the ones already completed, and hours needed.
I feel that the sentence phrasing could have been better.
No complaints it was a great teaching coarse.
Easy to log on and always up to date
The question about proof of delivery for cancellation was a tricky question.
enjoyed the course and it's content.
The course was too long with too many repeated scenario questions.
Fun to learn
Very confusing questions and answers. I used to love Webce. This last course was brutal.
I think too much time was allowed for the course-I went through it in 1 1/2 hours and had to go through it again to meet the 3 hour requirement
easy to learn
Course content good however, vocabulary is VERY FORMAL & difficult to follow after a short time. The wording should remain simple and effective for studying.
I just wish the audio was not like AI... if it was read by a narrator it would be so much better, that's my one piece of feedback
The use of initials UM, UIM and others without explanation was very distracting and required doing a look back or going to a third source. Not up to IRMI standards. This is not the usual quality of writing we get from IRMI. I am a 20 year client.
I repeated some things multiple times. A fair bit of typos and grammatical mistakes. Some of the language was confusing.
The speaking option would be much better if it weren't so robotic. The robot makes it very boring and not very interesting
I am sorry, but what crazy person wrote this exam? The questions were borderline inappropriate at times! I felt like I learned nothing and it was a waste of time.
Great content! Learned a lot!
it was easy
I like very much not having to read since I stare at a screen all day as is.
Monotone AI voice hard to follow
Almost seemed like an ethics class.
Very confusing and difficult to understand.
When choosing the courses, it is not well specific as to the category it belongs when needing specific hours. For example, I was needing general education hours and this course was not specific. I completed but not sure if the hours will help towards what I need.
The information I needed was very hard to find in this course.
I use WebCE exclusively for my credits. Love the ease of use and the content. It makes a difficult situation easy to navigate. Thank you!
questions were long and too wordy, it makes it so confusing.
The material was written in such a way as to sound complicated, dry, dull and mind numbing. The speaker's voice was so monotone and boring that it made an already dull subject -insurance- positively unbearable.
I really enjoyed this course. I feel like I learned a lot!
The audio recording was a little slow. I found myself reading faster than the audio.
I learned a lot from doing my CE through WebCE
Good content to help understand how to make good decisions and take proper care of the insured, while applying the policy provisions correctly and consistently.
there were issues with the test questions where they marked correct answers to be incorrect.
I had no problem with this course, every lesson was easy to handle.
Loved the audio.
EXCELLENT COURSE AND WEBSITE
This course in particular requires extensive review and study. Much of this content is necessary for me to be effective as an adjuster. I will be reviewing this course in its entirety well before my next qualification date.
The content is very easy to Navigate.
I did not have any system issues, it was so easy to navigate.
I would appreciate seeing what question I got wrong to better understand what material needs to be studied
Good course content, organization is ideal for "at your own pace" learning.
The time that one has to complete the course if beneficial to think over the questions.
Excellent course.
Need more time to complete credentialing courses for license renewal than a day and a half
This course is terrible, the automated voice grinds on your nerves
Good content, excellent organization, and reference material was great. Liked the test questions as well.
