The AI voice got some syntax wrong but it was nice to have it read. I would hire a human to do the recording.
TIME EFFICIENT CE TESTING.
I really like that you can just take the exam right away. Very helpful and time saving.
I enjoyed learning the material. I did not like the questions. Some of them were made to trick you where you had to choose the "most right" answer instead of there being just one correct answer. This is the first time I ran into this on WebCE.
Very informative course. I enjoyed the learning experience.
This course on IRS type of scams had a lot of repeat material. It could have been condensed shorter. Also I realized I should have bought a custom course or create my own bundle instead to this package to study topics of my interest.
The virtual voice/Ai voice was awful. dronelike and bad pauses and inflections hard to listen to.
On the test with the 2026 Annual Tax Season Update, I found question 42 confusing: • 42. Carol wants to participate in the voluntary Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) for preparing 2025 individual 1040 tax returns. By what latest date must she complete any required continuing education? (Search Chapter 7) o a. December 31, 2025 o b. January 31, 2025 o c. February 15, 2025 o d. April 15, 2025 Shouldn't the CE be completed by December 2024 if you were doing taxes in 2025?
I always use WebCe for my mandatory exams.
Excellent course content.
Extremely informative and I learned so very much!!!!
Some of this was new information and incredibly helpful.
way too much information
Just too detailed for what was needed to convey
course too long
This is my first course and I didn't interpret clearly that the audio would be read aloud. I just stopped it at the beginning of each page as I prefer to read silently.
Good course covering pertinent topics!
Always fair and easy material to go over
Not sure why one of the test questions is asking for a specific section of the tax code.
The contents were well selected and timely. I liked the indept look at scammers and the IRS dirty 12. The ponzi schemes was effective.
Clear and effective learning materials
The questions are hard.
Excellent CE Materials and Learning Guides!
Excellent Course!
The exam that was given with this course does not match the materials of the course at all. I completed the course and then none of the questions were relevant to the materials. Fortunately I was familiar with enough of the exam questions that I was able to pass the exam and gain my certificate.
GOOD FOCUS. I WISH THERE WAS MORE OBBBA FORWARD-LOOKING MATERIAL IN THIS COURSE, HOWEVER, YOU OFFER ONEINDEPENDENTLY, AND THIS PARTICULAR COURSE WAS PREPARED TIMELY FOR 2025 RETURNS, OS I THINK YOU DID VERY WELL WITH WHAT YOU WERE GIVEN TO WORK WITH. EXCELLENT JOB, AND THANKS FOR THE ADDITIONAL COURSEWORK THAT BUILDS ON THIS!
Everything was easy to follow. Thank you.
gave very thorough examples on due diligence requirements
I have a question regarding when you review the incorrect answer on the test they don't provide you with the correct answer. Why?
The complexity of the test was completely different than previous years, too many callculations and similiar answers that could have been correct
Some of the questions and the reference Chapter noted on the question was not correct. For example questions relating to the Direct File were in Chapter 1 and not Chapter 7.
I really appreciate the "Read-it-to-me audio". Didn't know how much until I took the 2026 Annual Federal Tax Refresher course that did not have this feature. There are a few subjects that I would dearly love to see CE courses available for. If/when you provide CE for Truck drivers returns, NOLs, AMT, and certain (OR, CA, NM, NY, LA) individual state returns, I will be first in line to order them.
Especially this year, there were a great deal of changes to tax law. I feel you spent too much time explaining what the old law were before going into what the new law is. I already know what the old law is, so a simple rehash, perhaps under the heading "Current Law" would be sufficient
pls update to make smooth transitions from your older original course with the currently added materials, to display in your course summaries
easy to operate the course
I was told this course would cover all of the Big Beautiful Act. It sisn't
Issues with the technology for during the practice portion some of my answers I selected, were recorded under a different letter. For example, I would select A and instead it was recorded as C or D. Also, the questions on the exam should be worded better.
Very well organized and made easy to understand and prepare for exam.
Excellent course content
This one was a little confusing but I think I have clarity
This was a fun course. I would provide more examples of people getting caught and the courts penalties, as they are memorable and interesting.
Some of the questions didn't match the correct answer.
One of your questions needs to be modified on the exam. For my exam it was question 43 (I copied it below). Either the question needs the year to change to 2026 so the appropriate answer of 12/31/2025 will be correct. Or one of the ansers needs to be chaned to 12/31/2024. 2026 Annual Tax Season Update 43. Carol wants to participate in the voluntary Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) for preparing 2025 individual 1040 tax returns. By what latest date must she complete any required continuing education? a. December 31, 2025 b. January 31, 2025 c. February 15, 2025 d. April 15, 2025
Very helpful update for so many new tax rule changes
little pricy for individuals to keep their license active
Great course!
Am disappointed that I cannot save the course material for future reference as in the past. I often go my saved CE file and review during tax season. I cannot do that now.
Question No. 38 on this 45 question exam is not answerable based on the review material presented.
Material did not seem to flow in order. It jumped from one thought to another thought and was hard to follow. However, overall good education.
This year the course was a little harder to go through but was able to again learn more than from where I started. For this reason, I like this course.
lots of the questions were not current answers needed to be reinvestigated
Enjoyed taking the course. It was very informative.
One question was about unscrupulous CPAs. In the chapter test promising "free" was the right answer. In the the final test promising "free" prep was the wrong answer. Might be a problem here.
Appreciate being able to download the course materials after as it will be good to reference back to in the future.
A few suggestions for improvement: 1) Watch the length of your sentences. Clear writing is generally characterized by simple, declarative sentences of 15-25 words. In contrast, many of the sentences in the course are 35-50 words, with many commas and qualifying phrases that cloud the meaning. 2) Eliminate the double negatives in sentences. 3) Fix the wording in question 14 of the exam. It appears one or more words is left out, and other words are reversed in sequence.
I like your course packages and they are affordable. However, your courses are always very dense and difficult to "digest." What I mean is, all paragraphs are so information-heavy. I was an A student in college and have an above-average IQ; even so, after 1 hour of reading your material, it becomes too much to absorb. As a result, many times it all starts to sound like gibberish and I can't appreciate what I just learned, as I can barely remember 20-10% of it.
I haven't had to deal with this subject a lot in my career, so I really appreciated the in depth coverage.
I did not see the option to download the course material in PDF even though it stated that PDF was available.
