Funeral professionals are in a position requiring technical skills and regulation knowledge as well as ethical awareness and emotional intelligence. You need to be able to help clients through every step of the funeral process to make sure their loved one receives a personalized, engaging funeral. Our basics package will allow you to refresh your knowledge on funeral service laws and regulations while also learning communication techniques to aid in special circumstances. Learning the funeral basics will help create a strong foundation to build your career upon.
Courses included will meet 12-hours of your CE requirements for your license renewal in Iowa including 2 hours of Law.
Please note that this package does not satisfy the 12-hour minimum classroom requirement.
adding additional states is cumbersome and not user friendly to understand if each state will accept courses once order is placed.

WebCE has been my source of CE for a number of years. I'll keep using it. Our North Dakota state conventions do offer a few sessions with CE. However, even after 2 years, they don't provide enough for MN 15 CEs.

I had to retake the test of the ridiculous pop up securtiy questions. After answering pop up questions repeatedly, the test said I had NO unanswered questions. I had only completed half of the test. Here is why? Every (Move to the next step button) on this course is GREEN. When the pop up questions come up, the EXIT button is green and the SUBMIT button is white. That needs to be fixed. Thanks.

This is quite minor but the narrated voice mis-pronounced some words or ran words together. Pace of narration was a bit quick but the ability to pause to read or re-read was welcome.

The audio reads too fast. Mispronounces certain words which threw off making it easy to follow along. Practice questions were perfectly worded and easy to understand, a few test questions I felt were purposely worded in a way to trick you. I'm sure those are the ones I got wrong. Overall good module!
