Pennsylvania Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training
Overview
Pennsylvania’s Child Protective Services Law mandates certain adults, known as mandated reporters, to report suspected child abuse. This includes all health-related licensees and certificate holders, such as funeral directors. The law ensures quick investigation and protection of children.
The course covers the law, child abuse components, reporting requirements, and procedures. It includes scenarios and warning signs of abuse and meets Pennsylvania’s two-hour training requirement.
