Having a PhD (Intergovernmental Mediation: A technique for Successful Local Government Partnerships, I find this Course to be well organized with excellent information. One suggestion focusing on Mediation... some of the reasons "Why Mediation" include, it is voluntary, it allows conflicting parties to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution, it is cheaper than Arbitration, it's faster than arbitration, it salvages relationships and it keeps people talking and when people are talking there is hope.

Professional and educational
The audio reads too fast. Mispronounces certain words which threw off making it easy to follow along. Practice questions were perfectly worded and easy to understand, a few test questions I felt were purposely worded in a way to trick you. I'm sure those are the ones I got wrong. Overall good module!
