While the "read it to me" feature was helpful for me, I was significantly annoyed by the obviously AI voice that sounded very much like a robot. The voice isn't really ready for prime time. In addition, I would very much liked to have had an option for changing the speed of the robot. In my case, the robot spoke slower than I was reading, which was quite annoying. I learn better by hearing the text rather than silently reading it, but I ended up just skipping quite a bit of text because of the annoying vocals.

I only use webce for my continuing ed! Easy to use, clear and efficient support. Thank you!!!

The course focused too much on insurance and annuity contracts and issues. While interesting, most portfolio managers and RIA's only occasionally deal with such issues.

Since I use the audio feature, I would have preferred that I could continue without having to select the button “continue,”

Hearing the information is better than having to read it. I retain more information that way. I was able to leave my computer for a few minutes without being logged out which was very convenient.

Extremely time consuming!

Notably, this course is aimed at insurance salespeople and therefore understates the negative effects of fees on insurance policies. Non-sales based advisors will not recommend certain insurance policies only because of the high fees.

The cybersecurity portion was overkill --too way to log to provide the actual individual financial advisor with was is really controlled by the management of the firm.. A overviiew and the role individual financial advisors would play is sufficient. FAs cannot make the decision, don't typically create the casualties, ensure that cybersecurity is in place and practices. NO control...so too much time spent on his part of the course.

For a course described as "case studies," it was very disappointing that the course offered so little description and individual color on so few specific cases. More like another overview, rather than true case studies.

I completed Firm Element in early Oct 25. Still showing as a requirement here causing me to have to verify I was credited 6 Credits for those 6 credits. Do you have a relationship with FinPro? That would be valuable.

In general, it was very detail oriented and informational. However, the information contained regarding BOI is totally incorrect. FinCEN removed the requirement for U.S. companies to report Beneficial Ownership information in March 2025, and you still have not updated your materials to reflect those changes. Bad habit for someone telling us to keep our information up to date.

The comparison of the tax deferred annuity vs a mutual fund was not very accurate as there many factors that affect taxation. For example, a growth fund would distribute little or no dividends and unless there is a capital gains distribution, there would be very little tax. If there is a capital gains distribution, the gains are only taxed at 0 or 20% so the investors income would be a factor. I found the comparison lacking and may lead some professionals to believe the deferral advantage is greater than it is in real life. The other glaring mistake is that living income riders costs often 1% or more. In the olden days, the cost of a guaranteed income/withdrawal rider was .30 % to .50%, but no longer!

This was my first experience with WebCE. I was impressed. I am a CPA and will use this program for those CE credits.

After taking the final exam and then grading the exam. I reviewed my answers and noticed two question errors in grading my exam. the program did not record my answer response correctly. What's up with that? It doesn't matter, now because I did pass the exam. Even though the exam did not record my answers properly!

I loved the courses I took on Web CE, but did find the Exam multiple choice answers to sometimes (perhaps many times) be too simple, or even ridiculous. The apparent intention seemed to be to give test takers an easy route to complete the courses, which--at least in my mind--does a disservice to the industry. I'm not saying we should make the multiple choice answers so difficult that the exams no longer serve as a capstone to the course material. What I am saying is that eliminating silly answers, or ridiculous answer, would allow the serious financial practitioner who chose Web CE as their provider to enhance their knowledge in a legitimate manner. Including silly and ridiculous answers to exam questions sets a low bar for those practitioners who take their craft seriously.

The last session 3 hours is TOOOOO Long. it should be broken down into sub - sections of 1.5 hours each or 3 x 1 hour sessions. It took an entire morning to complete and not optimal during a workday.

The content was entirely too long and should have been broken up into smaller segments

some data presented is out of date. Nobody retiring wants a reduced income in retirement so teaching that 60% to 70% is necessary in retirement is not accurate.

I believe some of your content is in error.. and you should check for yourself. The specific item is "Withdrawals from Roth IRAs are tax free, provided the owner is at least 59½ years old and has owned the account for five years or more. They also are not subject to the minimum distribution rules, and Roth assets can be passed to heirs tax free. Withdrawals can be spread out over their lifetimes, which will give their inheritance additional years to grow, tax free." It is my understanding that even tax-free inherited accounts must be liquidated over a 10 year period.

This is a REPEAT of CFP CE. Internal corporate CE, FINRA CE. This is a scam by the State of Florida to fleece investment professionals out of money by requiring them to duplicate CE done elsewhere. THIS IS A FARCE>

Test questions were to difficult and the course to long. This is just another money grab by the States. Its a simple repetitive course to: FINRA, CFP and Internal CE courses. IT SERVES NO POINT!

I liked that the practice and final exam questions tested you on a clear understanding and not tricky/close or looking for minor things such as remembering a certain date or regulation number.

You asked a question on "legal efficacy" in the exam but did not cover this term in your prep materials. Secondly, the first sentence in Bold Letters of "Fraud Defined" in your prep material states "Fraud is any activity that relies on deception to make a gain." In your practice test you had this as an answer choice. I selected it and you marked it wrong. Don't list it as a choice if it is not an acceptable answer.

The "+" to add credits for other CE requirements (insurance, CFP, RIA, PACE, etc.) was hard to find and confusing to use. Sort that out so that one may easily see whether, or not, a CE is available on a list, and for how much $ without circling back and forth through the "Check Out" process. Offer a better "Cross Check" feature and a clear "Check Out" reminder. It took me 10 minutes to sort through that routine to find and pay for my extra credits. It wasn't very intuitive (think like a "user" and not a "programmer"... place yourself in the customer's shoes, test it on real-world clients first, and on-going), and it wasted too much time. It's good, but may be improved. Thanks for creating this WebCE site; it has served me well over the years.

The course included way too much about annuities and not enough on Senior Clients. Questions were a joke and much too easy to answer. I didn't need to read the material to answer the questions...

A little bit dry and parochial compared to FINRA CE and our Firm CE, which was more entertaining and used different types of modules, instead of just straight data.

Pro: case studies; Con; once I selected the "audio /playback' , I couldn't go back and change it to "decline". Overall: A+

There was one contradiction in my opinion regarding insider trading. The exceptions listed Directors and Executives of corporations are exempt, but following that were examples where the SEC made arrests included Directors and Executives of Corp's.

The read to me audio is not good. I like a real person doing it. The AI feature does not understand the nuances of reading the material or how to pronounce all words.

I'm very disappointed in how the wording in the annuities section made them sound so appealing. I consider them terrible investments that push the boundaries of being allowable if you call yourself a fiduciary. They exist, so their rules should definitely be explained, but comments like, "ideal for retirement planning" and the like should be left out.

Having AML and Cybersecurity lumped together made for a lot of detail packed into a single course for an exam. I took it in one sitting, but I feel like those topics deserved to be broken out into course of their own, especially for exam purposes.

These mandates do nothing and are redundant based on firm specific CE/Ethics and do not even factor in whether a professional has a CFP or other designation that has more enhanced CE or ethics requirements. FINRA has failed its charter and operates as a predatory institution extorting professionals in the industry for financial gain.

three hour course is very long - maybe too long.

Extremely boring. I know it is not WebCE fault, but the amount of CE required is getting out of hand.
