I would like a Audio Version of the Course

As a previous customer of webCe and returning for this course, I was happy to see the differences in content and the way the courses are taken.

While this E&O course was self-led and primarily reading, the examples and choice of wording helped with better comprehension - both of the industry, as well as E&O dilemmas and solutions. Document, follow-up, and document more!

I have used Web CE for years and recommend them in my FB insurance group whenever the question comes up.

That was a hard class. So glad I passed on the first try:)

I was confused trying to pick up my classes and which one I needed to decided. I couldnt do it by myself online so I called CS and she was great and helpful.

Grammatical errors/typos identified.

I'd prefer that I could have tests at the end of each chapter as opposed to one big test at the end. It was a lot harder than the other tests.

Thanks. I really appreciated the convenience of the materials and tests. I also appreciate the clarity of the test questions.

Need to take into consideration the fact that some of us are slower than others. It took me much longer to get through all the material than the three hours recommended, in fact I could have even spent much longer than I did to really learn it all well.

The read it to me audio needs works. It mispronounces things and reads things literally that should be said differently (ex. 100/300/100 limits)

On open book tests having the test questions in the same order as the manual would be helpful but overall the materials were applicable to the test.

I don't like that there aren't questions i could answer in preparation for the exam. The information was helpful though.

All the concepts were put in a way that were very easy to understand and the read-to-me option helped me remember them even more. The cases helped me understand the concepts in a more practical way as well.

Only negative is the computer generated voice. Very boring voice and no inflections on wording.
