i chose the bundle based on my wanting medicare related courses specifically. The course was all life insurance and marketplace health insurance. I misunderstood the reason for it being in my lbundle other than it satisfied my law reequirement

I thought the exam on this particular course was extremely easy.

The Oregon law section would benefit from a rewrite that uses more conversational language to present the legal terms

The read aloud feature is nice. However, the voice needs to add inflections in the right places. Otherwise, the meaning of the sentences could be misconstrued.

The recission section concerning small employer health plans needs some examples of what is constiutes fraud. Unable to consume the concept and retain carrier requirements.

Very easy to use and I will be using this system again for more CE as needed.

The first part of the course for me was like reading a foreign language. It would have been helpful if there had been some illustrations of the message that was being conveyed.

Just an FYI - there are some typos in the presentation. May want to peer review so corrections can be made.

It would be nice to have some visual examples, possibly videos, and some sample situations as well.

While most of the material was clear and easily followed, a few areas were less clear due to both grammatical errors and the material being only partially clarified.

If one is in the process of taking a course (Oregon has a daily limit of 8 hours), it makes sense to have a clearer option to REVIEW aspects of a course prior to the date of completion. My comment is in part due to the presence of COVID exposures leading to a delay of completion or other medical/life factors. I prefer to complete courses well before the renewal date and there were items in the OR law that changed that I may have not remembered from my previous study time. Appreciate the good course content, as always. Not a fan of the read it to me feature - good for others, but I am a visual learner, not an audio learner. Keep up the good work!

Robotic voice makes me sleepy. More human inflection and some visuals, instead of 100% text, would be helpful.
