The same objectives could have been met in a shorter version. The course too often brought up a subject or term advising as previously stated or will be discussed later on. Better to thoroughly discuss a subject once. Also the course went into too much old law detail. The course is far longer & detailed than ISO CE courses as well as requires a written test at the end which causes (me) distress.

I like the audio option while reading the text.

Several Questions in the 40's are inaccurate in the real world.

The courses are too long and wordy and the tests have too many questions for the number of credit hours earned.

The content of the course was very interesting, although it could use more interactive pieces or videos. Since the information can be extremely dense, having that variation can improve focus, enjoyability, engagement, and retention.

Why are you using outdated concepts like Nose Coverage? Also, you are using examples on D&O and EPL with retro dates! It is extremely rare for these coverages to have retro dates.

I enjoy the classes. Plus the funny names in the questions help keep my focus.

my only complaint is the use of Names that are puns. This ends up making things confusing. While I appreciate the attempt at humor it would be easier if the questions just used simple names.

I would like videos to go along with the coursework instead of just audio, the audio sounds a little glitchy like it is AI or a fake voice.

I thought the use of examples in the text was VERY helpful. Some of the test questions were slightly unclear/could have used more context to answer accurately but overall, fine.

The materials were well done to prepare you for the exam, however the presenter was very distracting, was off-topic a lot of the time and often times non relevant information was given. I had to mute her and just read the materials.

The questions regarding the 70% coinsurance the answers seemed like none of them were the correct answer to choose.

don't like the double negative method of asking questions

I signed up to have better understanding of the EPL policies. It is work studying for anyone in the profession of risk and employers' liabilities management. A very good learning experience. will certainly sign up for other courses. cheers from Rome, Italy

Regarding the exam, some answers are not related to the question, or just too easy to not consider them as a viable alternative. Therefore, even if a person does not know the exact answer, is not difficult to eliminate some options and end up choosing the correct one.
