The objectives and summaries were excellent tools to aid in reading the chapter contents!

While the read aloud is going, it'd be nice to have the highlight of the section to ease some strain on the eyes while reading along.

I wasn't able to search for questions for exams

This three hour course took almost 4 hours to complete without any breaks.

I was finished with the contents in half the time allotted, and I had to wait and let the program just run in order to take the test. This seems unnecessary and a waste of my time.

I think the required time to review the materials is too long.

Would be more interesting if there was some interactive areas and not so cut and dry. Thank you

please update the recommended time to stay in the course, maybe a min of 2-3hours

Use real narrators instead of AI

Much of the reading content was written in an extremely "Purple Prose" manner, making it sometimes difficult to read. The wording was more distracting and over-complicated, making it too decorative and taking away from the content itself.

Content seemed repetitive and very high level

2 issues for me. 1. the volcabulary used in portions of the material were confusing such as conversant, codify, Promulgating, poultice, anachronistic, imbued, fungible, pejorative, and parlance. I was distracted by the use of the work and had to rewind some of the audio. 2. The amount of time to complete the course was more than 5 hours. It took me about 1.5 to 2 hours more to finish the course.

The material was presented in a way that was good to learn, and the practice exams helped prepare me for the final exam.

GOOD CONTENT

The estimated time appeared off. I'm a fairly fast reader and had the reading speed at 1.5 and the course took me over an hour and a half past the estimated time of completion.

Providing instructions for the auto-play would be nice.

I didn't use the read-it-to-me, interactives, or video, so I could not answer to the appropriate. I would like to be able to review the exam questions I got incorrectly, to learn from my mistakes.

I loved how easy it was to save my place and return at a later date. There were multiple user friendly ways to restart and get right back into the correct spot.

I like the feature provided for the exams to review the content to check for the correct answers.

Love the audio. Cant say that enough so much easier than trying to read through for a visual learner!

Some of the questions were not clear as to what context you were pulling from. These were mostly the scenario ones with a bunch of commas. They seemed too open ended.

From the Claims 101 Course, I felt that the amount of information AND the time given for the course minimum were not realistic. I would think that the minimum amount of time would be 2 hours instead of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The course took longer than anticipated. If you had to go through the entire content without rushing through, it takes much longer than the minimum amount.

It would be great if you would show the answer to any missed questions.

I don't recommend the course because its TOO MUCH INFORMATION to try and retain/remember. Its crazy that we are expected to recall such a volume of information and the State of Oklahoma needs to revise its requirements to retain a license. Thank you.

Very frustrating that I read through the course and completed the practice questions in less than three hours. The Department of Insurance instated this year that you must spend six hours and 40 minutes in the course before being aloud to take the final exam is absolutely ludicrous in my opinion. A waste of valuable time.

The time constraint requiring you to stay in a course for a ridiculous amount of time. I went through the program reading and answering the questions, and then listened to the entire course, and still had to go back for almost two hours re-reading the course to meet the time requirement. Very frustrating and time wasting.

More interactive components can help with staying engaged. The introductions/summaries were accurate, so I appreciated that. Notating topics that were outside of the course's scope was also helpful.

This course should be 4 hour credit instead of 3 hours. It took me with much longer to complete any with the read out loud option.

The read it to me voice was a bit monotone.

I listened to every module and completed all exams and found out that after following the program I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to take the final exam because I finished too early. How can I finish too early if I followed the program? Very frustrating.

some questions are ridiculous

The questions on the exam or poorly worded. The unusual names for people and companies are unnecessary in the exam questions and make it hard to follow what is actually being asked in the question.

Most people could get through the modules quicker than the hours required for each section. The time frame that is mandatory before moving on to the next section is a big waste of time and frustrating.

This was a lot of material, but it was so well organized.

Test questions were humorous but not challenging at all..

At the review incorrect answers section, it didn't really show your incorrect answers and explained why it wasn't correct, while also not showing what was correct.

Have the audio slow down.

I have almost always used WebCE over the years. I am aware of WHY you guys require a certain amount of time in the course before allowing people to take the final exam, but for me, it was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I am a very fast reader. I realized this was going to be a serious issue when I read through the first 4 hour ethics course (yes I read it) and couldn't take the test because I didn't spend enough time in the material. Not even close. I tried leaving it open on my 4th computer screen while I worked on the other screens, but it kept timing out. The only way for me to accrue enough time to take an exam was to leave my computer on at night for hours and hours and not touch the mouse. I doubt this was the goal for you or for me. I also kept having to log in again and again as it would log me out for inactivity. Took me days to complete all my CE that I used to be able to complete in an evening. I'm not sure if all online CE companies are forcing time limits like you are, but next time I'm going to have to try a different CE company. This was the most frustrating CE experience ever...

The Read-it-to-me audio was much needed this year because I am starting to have some memory and concentration issues from a medical condition. As a seasoned claim professional, I am knowledgeable and able to make educated guesses, but new information is difficult to retain.

Great presentation of material

At one point I advanced to the next page and got an error message. I was concerned that my progress had not been saved and was happy to find it was when I logged back into the course.

We need more credits geared towards what we actually do. I am a WC adjuster and not a liability adjuster. We need specific courses per adjuster. Not all Adjusters are liability adjusters and NM seems to only geared towards liability and not WC.

In the practice questions for chapter 6, question #3 pertains to a liability claim scenario. One of the options asks if the "insured's" damage resulted from the policyholder's actions. Shouldn't the question refer to the "third-party claimant's" damage?

The chapter exams helped a great deal, as do the ability to check back in the chapters to confirm your understanding.

There are a lot of questions where there are multiple answers that are correct. Just one is more correct than one answer and that can cause confusion.

Really liked the feature for Stopping me from completing the "Grade Exam" because i had 1 unanswered question. Life Saver for sure!

Really helpful audio in the long run

A lot of content seems to just be filling space. Explaining different regions of the country to describe how an organization may have geographical departments? And the final exam asking about coverage to a Henway? RIDICULOUS. A Henway is a joke; while humor is important, it should not be used to "stump" the reader. The lesson also used slang like "stump" that is to say stupefy the reader.

You told me which questions I got wrong, but you did not show me which answers were the correct ones. This did not help me.

Some of the final exam questions had funny multiple choice answers. It was obvious what the correct choice would be but it actually spurred me to read the question and answers a couple of times just to have a laugh. Genius.

I disliked that there were no visuals throughout the course material. The entire course was just reading bullet points. I tried to use the voice audio for part of the course but whatever AI your program uses made this information even harder to follow along with because their voice was so monotone. The information you gave during the course was important for new adjusters but the way you presented it (ie no visuals and awful AI voice) made this course difficult to follow along with)

These courses appear to be designed the cheapest way possible, using a robotic voice with little-to-no inflection or pause for parentheses and other areas one would expect a brief pause. The content consists of blocks of text - nothing more. As a person who does not absorb information via lecture, I get the bare minimum from these courses.
