Sometimes the material was long winded and almost too legal. I felt at times that the paragraphs were too long and the facts lost in the wordiness. Potentially, more use of bullet points would have been better.

The course was clear and well-organized. I especially appreciated the practical examples that helped me understand long-term care insurance concepts

Materials are clear and concise...especially like the read to me audio...that is a game changer for me.

It was all good and very clearly presented.

Chap 10-12 content was written poorly and way too wordy. Course is way longer than 8 hours therefore, will not be my first go to for CE Credits going forward. Content in chapter quiz showing chapter answers was not correct, needs to be more accurate because of the sheer volume of content!

Course material was good overall. However multiple test questions were very misleading and vague, which came down to a matter of personal opinion rather than actual facts. Additionally, the answers to multiple questions could not be found in the chapters indicated. Lastly some questions were not written clearly enough to know which answer was correct. All other CE courses i've taken through WebCE have been great, however this course was horrible and did not live up to the normal standard. The exam questions should be rewritten completely. Thanks,

Some of the questions asked were not found on the correct course given. I had to go through other courses I remembered to find the correct answer.
