This course is quite boring in its presentation. I feel that there must be some sort of instructions from the state of California that require it to be a .pdf format. It is not engaging in that format and quite a bit of information to get through.

You should invest in quizzes after each chapter to help with review. That gives us practice before the exam.

This was the best course out of all of them I took this year- granted, it was also worth the most credits/units. But it made sense and was just easy to read and well formatted.

Good information

Many of the questions on the exam required knowledge of obscure and irrelevant information pertaining to trivial bureaucratic requirements that a selling agent doesn’t need to know. Very irritating.

WebCE is easy to navigate, I can always find course material for whatever continuing education course necessary, the web page is user friendly and all arroud it is my favorite place to get my CE done.

Overall, this LTC course was fine. However, I would have appreciated video lessons to explain some of the material. A great example is the Ethics and the Trust Factor class - that was an excellent class with great videos that clearly explained the concepts!

The EXAMPLE on page 41 is wrong. The amount allowed should be $4,710 not $4,770 Otherwise, this is the best course I have taken with you

This course did not have practice questions at the end of each chapter.

One recommendation. Have chapter modules and short quizzes after each chapter or section. Instead of just having to download the PDF booklet for said course, and only having the option to take the exam. Exam length is fine, they're just not as interactive as I would expect for a sought-after license.
