Material is a little on the mundane side.

I believe WebCE has the clearest content available for health insurance related CE requirements. I dread taking coursework from other sources when a carrier or state requires it. I tell everyone to take WebCE courses when asked.

Long 5-hr course, but took just over 4 hrs to compete thanks to print format. Good info for someone who has written life pols for 20 plus yrs. Thanks. 1 bad experience w/another class thus lower "recommend" score - see Ethics.

I find Web ce to be very good...

It was very informative. I greatly appreciated learning the origin of the term "underwriting." Something to fix: at the start of one of the pages, two distinct sentences were linked together in a way that wasn't immediately obvious because of the lack of a properly placed period. There needs to be a period placed at the end of the first sentence, and the first word of the following one needs to be capitalized.

Some courses could be shorter. But the courses are easy to follow

The interactive elements and examples were especially helpful in applying the material. Overall, the course was engaging and efficient to complete. One possible improvement would be adding a brief summary or key-point review at the end of each section for quick reinforcement.

It would be awesome if you were credited the alloted time in the module for getting a 5/5 score or something like that where you are credited time for your good performance. It is silly to have to stay on the site if you finish early. Just plain silly

Some of the materials were challenging to understand and be able to answer the questions. I am glad there were a lot of questions which made it easier to answer.

As a former senior life underwriter I noticed a few incorrect and outdated questions. One that comes to mind is about the bodily systems and underwriter would not use to evaluate a risk. You said the answer was "skin" and I immediately thought "What about melanoma". Anyway, it can use some modernization.

The course time limit requirement is irrelevant and irritating-- some people can cover the content faster than others -- this should be corrected.

This course was fine, but another course I purchased did not clearly state that a specific (other) license was the focus. I signed up for that (other) one as an elective, but had no idea that one sought to cover/report a license I didn't have.

the course takes 2.5 hours to complete, then you have to waste 2.5 hours before you can do the exam

5 hour course took me 2.5 hours to complete the data; had to pass time...wait...review what I already knew. got a 96% on the test. This is a policy run by some states that needs to change. Whoever wrote this is either a really slow learner and very new to the industry/information. Ugh!

The 7-hour course should be broken down into 3.5 hours each. This will make it easier to understand because it's a lot of information to retain.

The read-it-to-me audio was really bad during the course it would read sometimes and at other times it would not!

Quite a volume of material but it helps in thouroughly understanding the information.

The CE should be reported for other designations like CFP, CIMA, and some investment licenses. Your company doesn't allow us to report them.

THis course should be adjusted to three 8 hour sections to better conform to the 8 hour per day rule.

I was done with this course in short time as well. 5 hrs is way too much time for such little material

Well-written materials Right-sized information so as not to be overwhelming. Loved the quizzes at the conclusion of each chapter rather than following multiple chapters. Read-it-to-me audio is a tremendous retention tool. Loved it!

Course Material was amazing

I have 21 years experience and finished the courses in half the "required" time. So I sat and let the read it to me play at low volume for 90 minutes. I passed the exams, many times with 100% but needed to let a voice play over the same material again and again. If you want me to spend more time, make the material longer or the exam longer. What is the point of time requirement during an exam?? I have not seen this before , ever and Its so stupid that I will endeavor to never take a web CE course again and will let as many colleagues know about this as possible!

It was very clear, and the course materials were very helpful

The CT requirement that only allows you to take only up to 8 hours a day should be bold or highlighted! This is a new requirement and if you have a course less than 8 hours you can’t take a 4 hour and a 5 hour course in one day and you can’t take a 9 hour or more course in one day. It can now take up to 5 days to complete when you could do it in several less days .

I like h the WebCE course designed for all the learners. Superb.

I feel that the format or volume of material was too much and took much more time to complete than it should have. With all the pauses, tests, diagrams, tables, etc., it took way longer than it was supposed to take.

This course was 5 hours and should have be 3 or 4 hours. It was somewhat DEFECTIVE in that I was done in 3-4 hours and had to go thru the course again in order to accumulate the additional time needed before being allowed to Tale the Exam - Look into this Operational Defect and FIX IT

it would be more helpful if the content of the course was sufficient enough to take 5 hours to complete. the audio doesn't run for even half of the required course time. please adjust course time requirements to fit the content, or vice-versa.

This was an excellent course covering many aspects of underwriting and the life insurance application process. Great course for a beginner needing foundational information.

I like the "read to me"....I observed sometimes that there is an error of my correct answers switching to the wrong ones when am clearlh sure I ticked the right one.

It was an instructive course but only offers 4 hours and it took me at least 6 hours to complete.

Chapter 3 had a question with typos in the answer. made the people mentioned in the questions sound like freaks. 10/10

I like going Chapter by Chapter on the testing rather than one big test, much easier to retain and relate to the info you just went over

The final exam was kind of tricky on this one. However, after reviewing the course again I scored 90%!

Question number 14 on the test I took for underwriting has a minor spelling error. It says "Rick" instead of "Risk"

It would be helpful on any incorrect answers by student to post the correct answer for study and learning purposes.

This was a very good course. It kept my attention and reminded me of things that are important. I do think the test bank for some of the quiz questions at the end of each section is not entirely accurate though. It seemed that at times there would be a question in a section that did not relate to the material of that chapter, but related to a previous or future chapter. I don't mind being quizzed on something from a previous section, but it's not prudent to have a quiz question is a section from future material not yet covered. Please have someone review the test bank to ensure the questions appear where they should.

I didn't care for the robot voice. Perhaps you could have a live actor read the script? Thank you!

The content was not enough to fill 5 hours of course work.

At the end, before I submitted for grading, I did not receive a warning that I had 'unanswered questions'. Upon reviewing my incorrect answers (only 3), one was unanswered and counted against me. The unanswered question: What is the first step in underwriting process? The program did not alert me, as each of the previous exams taken (I have completed 11 modules/classes/exams in the past month) .... they have shown an alert after clicking 'grade exam' 'you have no unanswered questions... proceed...' That is not only unfair, it gives me a lower score. The alert isn't operating properly. FYI

It allowed for a easy to use and easy review for this agent. :)

This course was good however you could add more content and info. I actually was ready to take the exam in 2 hours.
