Health insurance courses focus too much on Life Insurance.

Sometimes the language of training is difficult to understand because it is reads as legal.

Some final 25 questions were confusing &/or unclear.

Felt like exam focused more on contracts as a whole, rather that life and health insurance.

Dislike the 150% of the course fee.

This specific course was tough to get through and actually stay engaged with simply because of the density of the content and the length. It was still a perfectly fine course, but I may have done better with staying engaged had it been broken into smaller pieces.

I always feel I have gained new knowledge and refreshed previously learned information. I would like to see the read along improved for pronunciation and emphasis. Sometimes the inflections of the AI cause the meaning to be distorted

A very lengthy course. But very effective and professional. I really did learn so much. I like to take it because it really helps me understand and stay abreast with he insurance laws. Holds me extremely accountable!

The "book" has way too much information for a 50 question exam. Time requirement to study, memorize terms is too long for what is tested. It's not clear what the focus should be for the exam. It would be helpful if required testing material was narrowed down in the book i.e cut book in half to narrow scope of tested material.

The test provided examples that were not really examined in the course.

The jargon related to insurance is so alike. Some of the explanations needed to be made clearer—such as the underlying principles versus the definition of sound-alike terms. Overall, it was understandable, yet went over the subject with insurance terms more than general terms.

Too much was unclear in the writing style. Some items were unclear even upon repeated readings.

Easy to do from home and be done with these hours.

The content was excessive.

Have been with you for more than 10 years. Your materials are very clear and well-structured Definitions of key terms are especially clear.

I did not like the fact that this course only included one or two exam questions for each chapter. I also did not appreciate that several questions on the final exam were from the exact same content. It was heavily loaded on chapter one.

The illustrations about death benefits really helped make concepts clear.

This course and exam was sub-part compared to other courses offered by WebCE. The test questions were repeated with different names/amounts and also they were at times ambiguous. Disappointed with this course.

Easy to understand materials that are nicely laid out. Exam questions are fair without being too difficult as to testing the understanding of the material. I learned a lot and it was also a great refresher! Bravo!
